Both
are
unicorns
in
the
apt
renting
world.
Dom
is
the
only
reliable
person
on
the
maintenance
team.
While
he's
hard
at
work,
you
can
find
the
rest
of
the
maintenance
team
somewhere
in
the
shade,
on
a
golf
cart,
just
chit
chatting
with
each
other
vice
tackling
the
back
log
of
maintenance
requests.
He's
honest,
personable,
funny,
fast,
knowledgeable
and
follows
up
with
residents.
He
takes
the
time
to
know
the
residents
he
is
helping,
without
wasting
your
time.
Just
remember
to
put
in
your
maintenance
request
"Please
only
send
Dom"
if
you
want
your
problem
to
get
fixed,
correctly.
Abdul
goes
the
extra
100
miles
to
help
residents.
When
I
had
to
change
apts,
he
took
it
upon
himself
to
go
to
Home
Depot
and
purchase
some
large
plastic
totes
for
my
belongings.
When
the
3rd
party
contractors
repairing
my
apt
threw
my
belongings
in
a
bin,
causing
them
to
break,
he
took
care
of
it
and
quickly
worked
a
solution
that
satisfied
the
contractors
and
myself.
He
patiently
worked
with
me
until
I
found
an
apt
I
could
quickly
move
into.
He
did
so
many
"little"
things
(that
ended
up
being
a
huge
stress
reducer)
that
I
can't
name
them
all
in
this
review.
Takeaway,
he
genuinely
has
empathy
for
residents.
It's
nice
knowing
there's
a
mgr
that
cares.
I
deducted
1
star
because
there's
a
complete
lack
of
signage
to
support
the
bad
layout.
This
means
packages
are
lost,
stolen,
food
and
grocery
delivery
services
can't
find
you,
etc.
You
can
also
hear
your
noisy
upstairs
neighbors
at
all
hours.
My
current
upstairs
neighbor
stomps
like
he's
500
lbs
and
sounds
like
he's
dropping
weights
on
the
floor.
I'd
hit
the
ceiling
with
a
pole
when
he
did
this.
That
didn't
work
as
we
ended
up
sounding
like
Blue
Man
Group.
Placing
2
speakers
on
the
ceiling
and
blasting
"Baby
Shark",
"Peanut
Butter
Jelly
Time"
and
the
Chipmunks
Christmas
proved
much
more
effective.
