I am one of Mrs. Millie's tenants, and living in one of her properties has truly been and uplifting experience. She took a chance on me, with not so good credit, and for almost 2 years now, I can say she is the difference in renting that we all need. She's a one of a kind woman, and appreciate her dearly. I'm a tenant of Mrs. Millie's and I've been renting from her for four years now, she's a prime example of a GREAT landlord. She has excellent relationship's with her tenants, me especially I love Mrs. Millie and so do my family. If there's a problem with anything in my home, she's just a call away and someone will be out in a timely fashion to fix the problem. It began as a great experience and she was understanding. Around last year the property manager and the office manager decided to send a 10day notice and went back on the court agreement because “it wasn’t enough”. We went to court and the judge decided to lower our balance because they didn’t have a license to have any occupants in the home. After the judge did that the property manager and the office manager decided to send 3 water bills even after we had been asking for water bill. All this and we paid the 10day notice balance. In stead they sent 3 10day notices and decided to change thee amount. Even though we paid thee initial notice. All in all it ended up being the worse experience ever. Now no place to go and evicted I can only say they unprofessionalism, the lies and the corruption will bring its karma very soon.

I’ve been dealing with Millie for at pleats 3 years now. She’s a wonderful property manager and I couldn’t ask for anyone any better. If I EVER have an issue or maintenance problem it’s taken care of in a timely manner. Honestly I’ll stay with her as long as I continue to rent. I can’t be happier. Millie told me she’d find me a beautiful house 🏡 and she did just that. I swear I love Millie😍💕

Millie has managed my properties for about 7 years now and I've had a wonderful experience with her and her team. I really can’t say enough about how great it is to rent from a truly professional property manager! I’ve been with PYRPM for over 5 yrs. Any problem I’ve had they were right on it!! It’s also nice that I’ve never had a problem getting someone on the phone and then they’re always polite and helpful, 2 things that seem to be in short supply at other places. Ms Millie is the best and her staff is excellent, you will not find a better place or nicer people to rent from.

I have been a tenant for 3 years. I so love my house. I love the communication between myself and Millie. You can call with a problem and Millie is right on it. The relationship between tenant and owner is very important. I am glad to have that relationship with Millie. You can trust the people she send to your house to fix things when you are not at home.

Millie is absolutely phenomenal! You gets the job done. She says what she is going to do and does what she says. I do not have worry about my property or the tenants, she handles everything. She is fair and honest. I could not ask for a better property manager.
