From
the
beginning,
this
has
been
a
disaster
and
a
disappointment.
Diana
Rubio
assured
me
in
my
Zoom
consultation
with
her
that
if
they
did
not
call
me
within
two
days
maximum
for
my
appointments
if
I
was
not
satisfied,
the
most
important
thing
for
me
was
to
have
the
treatments
done
before
my
travel
date,
on
December
6,
they
would
give
me
my
money
back.
She
sold
me
the
package
ensuring
the
aforementioned.
She
told
me
that
she
would
send
me
her
email
to
contact
her,
but
she
never
sent
it
to
me,
I
can't
communicate
with
you,
nor
with
her,
or
with
anyone,
they
don’t
respond
to
me,
and
they
never
contacted
me
in
two
days
maximum
as
she
assured
me.
After
countless
calls,
my
assistant
finally
contacted
someone
from
customer
service,
the
call
took
a
long
time
to
schedule
my
appointments
with
the
respective
treatments
and
today
it
happens
that
they
did
not
attend
to
me
because
they
made
the
wrong
appointments.
I
work
in
a
law
firm
and
I
have
no
time
to
waste,
I
had
to
be
working
and
I
am
losing
time
and
money
since
I
did
not
receive
the
treatment
at
the
scheduled
appointment
I
have
been
trying
to
get
some
type
of
response
and
solve
this
for
6
hours.
I
demand
the
immediate
return
of
my
money
and
proof
of
cancellation
of
the
contract
right
now.
I
can’t
wait.
Your
poor
treatment,
lack
of
responsibility,
words,
and
professionalism
are
unacceptable.
I
don’t
have
more
time
for
this.
