I
will
preface
this
by
saying
I’ve
been
to
Zoup
several
times
before
and
I’ve
never
had
issues
with
their
portion
sizes
or
quality
of
products.
They
have
always
been
slightly
overpriced,
but
the
quality
was
fine
so
I
was
okay
with
paying
the
price.
Today
I
was
in
the
Sterling,
VA
area
and
decided
to
stop
by
to
pick
up
a
‘pick
two’
soup
and
sandwich
deal.
Their
customer
service
team
was
great,
they
greeted
me
at
the
door
and
politely
offered
for
a
taste
sample
on
their
variety
soups.
I
ordered
my
lunch
to
go
then
opened
the
bag
in
my
car
to
find
that
my
“sandwich”
is
extremely
small,
excessively
greasy
and
tasted
like
cardboard
with
a
hint
of
pesto.
I
could
not
believe
how
tiny
the
sandwich
was!!
Normally
I
would
expect
a
half
size
sandwich
and
cup
of
soup
for
$6
like
other
similar
sandwich
shops
offer
but
I
paid
$12.72
and
not
to
mention
the
poor
quality!!
So,
I
did
my
diligence
and
called
the
Zoup
store
back
to
confirm
that
I
wasn’t
just
mistakenly
cheated
on
the
“deal”.
I
explained
that
this
4-inch
half
sandwich
is
pathetic,
and
they
have
over
charged
for
this.
The
clerk
explained
that
there
is
nothing
he
can
do
or
offer
and
that
I’m
not
the
first
person
to
complain
about
this.
Management
needs
to
take
these
complaints
seriously
or
you
will
lose
customers.
I’m
disgusted
at
their
dishonesty
in
quality
&
prices
and
I
can
reassure
you
I
won’t
be
going
back!
I
will
be
telling
all
my
colleagues,
friends,
and
family
that
Zoup
will
take
your
money
without
a
second
glance!
Please
save
yourself
the
money
and
DON’T
support
their
outrageously
inflated
sandwiches.
