The place is beautiful but waiters are so slow at everything and there is no big choice in the menu. It changed so much from the beginning. I hope that they ll reorganize all of this

Cute hotel for relaxation. Enjoyed their barbecue chicken and fish with chips.

It has a Very Modern and refreshing vibe, great location, great design, Very Security conscious with a through and calm Stop and Search, before going in to the hotel, it has Laundry service, a gym, 2 pools one including a kids pool, a buffet stand with delicious delicacies, and a very good customer service, would definitely return.

The best hotel in Bobo-Dioulasso

Was there for a working dinner. The eight of us left the place disappointed by the service. Food service is very slow and the waiter was not very professional. Otherwise the place is nice.

Overall, this hotel is comfy. If you only speak English, then you might find it difficult to ask or request assistance from the hotel employee as most of them barely speak English. There is one employee named George, he could speak English fluently. So make sure you have his number if you are staying in this hotel. Overall, the hotel staff is willing to help you, but the language barrier makes it hard.

This place is cute and beautiful. The services are OK however you'll pay extra for anything you want in addition to yours limited breakfast options

Nice rooms, lovely pool, heavy security which is tedious but reassuring, slow service at bar and restaurant but food was incredibly good. Parking is a major problem.

Hotel environment is clean but breakfast is awful(repetitive) & every writing; from info in lift, direction around, TV etc, is in French as if it is not expecting English guest. Apart from the BIA write up in the restaurant (5th floor), no other info in English. Make the hotel international.

Hôtel is good and very safe. The restaurant is ok, the pool is fine, in the gym, several tools need to be repaired, cables broken, should be easy to repair. Staff is fine, polite and effective

My Friends and me just had lunch here: new building with swiming pool where you can seat around board for have drink or food, Pizza..... don't recomended Other food, no bad; waiting serving time, interminable Toilette, clean with a modern hand dryer Bill, normal; Place to hang out more for drinking than eating.

First of all....the security into the hotel is intense, and I thought the airport security was tough. It seems the security is just for the entrance as surrounding buildings are so close and you can almost 'touch' the next building. Once you are in, it seems like a different place. Good pool, good drinks. Didn't like the room, bathroom looked as if someone had recently used it and didn't clean up. If you don't understand French, the food menu is a struggle, I'd to call a waiter to assist (not that it worked too). Average meals. Very poor WIFI

Don't recomand his restaurant. We have dinner with my colegues on 20/03/2021. After few hours all of us get alimental poisoned. I have stayed with feather 4 hours. It seems that they use expired products or do not comply with storage standards.
