Don't exchange your old ornaments here, I had given my old pure 22carat gold but they told me before exchanging it ,purity test must be done; after purity testing they deduct money saying that this is impure ,this is not from our jewelry shop even some of the ornaments from their jwellery and hallmark ornaments are also there. And finally they fixed a exchange price which was very less with compare to my gold ornaments. And they failed to provide a proper bill receipt for that instead they only gave a estimated memo for that. After contacting a lot of times they failed to provide a proper bill .
