1. Unreliable - if you are ok to wait for your order for 20 days then order from here. In today's world when grocery orders are delivered within 10 minutes to up to max 2 days, 20 days is a long shot. On top of that expected delivery date is NOT displayed while placing the order so you never know when to expect while placing the order. 2. Non responsive / arrogant customer service - you continue to follow-up on your order over email - they will respond when they they want. Most of the times there is no response. The response when received shows arrogance in language - like why are you following up. Phone number is either switched off or nobody picks the call. 3. Quality - nothing special to write about. Normal quality spices 4. High pricing high, low value for money Would suggest ordering from here if you can plan your spice requirements one month in advance and / or you are getting a very hefty discount

I ordered makhna from zoff foods on CRED See I have got a product There are worms in makhana

Location - Urla Industrial area nr. Sarora. Manufacturer type - Spices processor and packaging industry. Known as Zoff food. Staff behaviour - Very helpful and welcome. Plant cleanliness - Good and Hygiene maintained well. Machinery - FMCG and packaging machinery consumer. Plant Infrastructure - Good and newly renovated. Accessibility - Public buses available nearby.(One will have to do a auto/by walk for 2 kms from bus drop location). Overall experience - Very good.

Poor quality products. I have two different products from zoff. First was chicken masala. It was one of the most ordinary masala available in the market. Didn't tasted good at all. I also ordered 50 gm hing from them which was listed on their website at Rs.299 but when I received the product the price printed on it was Rs.110. Going to Shark tank won't make you succeed. Instead better quality of products, ethical trade practices and better customer experience will make you scale high. Pathetic experience with your products and your service

Worst dry fruits ever purchased. There is no zero rating provided in the star recommendations otherwise I would have gone for that. Very frustrated with the purchase, and the poor recommendations from Times Prime. Very bad quality as well they have given some rotten products also. I feel like this kind of company should be sealed under the customer cheating act of providing false and poor-quality products. I probably taking this matter to the consumer justification. As a company, you should have at least ethics to provide a good quality product. You people should be shame of yourself for providing tag line as premium products.

Scammers don't buy them they use this Ekart courier service who never deliver the product. Ekart don't have a customer car phone number also. You will never get your products and lose all your money I received clock instead of spices

Placed order on 12Oct. Got email on 13Oct that shipment is on way. Followed up for status on 19th Oct, and got confirmation from Zoff foods that order is in transit. But order was actually shipped on 21Oct, as per the tracking shipment progress. Order was finally delivered on 27Oct. Manufacture date on product is 20 Oct 2022. Packaging and quality of product was good.

I had placed order on Cred app after almost 2 weeks it showed me that order is undelivered reason - they have booked poor logistics company for low rates to stand in the competition but the bad effect of the same is where products are to be delivered in maximum 3-4 days zoff takes almost 1 week to ship the product and then their shipping company takes 1 week to deliver, making overall experience bad for the customer and the company as it can never achieve the revenue it wants as in a month they can nearly increase sales by 10 times only by word of mouth marketing. My suggestion go with air mode instead of surface mode select bluedart instead of another companies. Lastly my order has been refunded back by Cred Image attached for reference In cities like Bangalore we have 10 minutes delivery from Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo It's better to offer your products in bulk to these platform than wasting your energy like this. Ordered 3 packets of makana via cred app. Thought that it will be premium quality. But the quality of makana is totally bad. Chemically treated with chemical smell coming from the makhana. Not edible due to the smell. Please avoid. No return possible.

Company needs faster shipping and faster order processing else they will loose business. Their shipping is the slowest ever and will not sustain the competition. Good luck to them

The most unreliable order delivery service. They have cancelled two of my orders after more than 1 month. Be prepared for uncertainty over your orders placed.

Scam alert...never order product from this company. It has been one month since product order and they are unable to deliver the product moreover if asked for refund they give excuse to complete the delivery on next attempt and do not do so, this process remains the same all throughout the order cycle.

Bad quality salted pistachios. many of them spoiled, tasted sour. guess they simply bought the lowest quality discarded ones and thought processing them will make it appetizing. Don't buy and save your health and money.

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER(1139300INS) AND HAD PAID THE AMOUNT ONLINE. AFTER A WEEK I RECIEVED AN SMS NOTIFYING THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND REFUND WAS INITIATED. I WAITED FOR 3-4 DAYS AND REACHED OUT TO THEM BUT THEY PRODUCED VAGUE REFUND DETAILS THAT DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS TO WHICH THE REFUND WAS CREDITED. EVENTUALLY THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES AND CALLS. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO GET FOOLED BY THEIR OFFERS THAT I GOT VIA TIMES PRIME MEMBERSHIP.
