My husband went in for the first visit which is a free consult for them to give you a treatment plan and go over the cost of everything with you since We are self-pay. However, when he went, they did not give him a plan, and when he asked about how much things that cost they told him it’s really expensive and you’d be better off going somewhere that has better cash prices instead of just giving him the price. He felt very discriminated against like they felt he couldn’t afford treatment, and it’s not their place to determine what he has in his bank account they need to do the same thing for every patient whether they can or cannot afford treatment. When I called to complain to the manager, she did not seem to care or even apologize for their behavior, she just blew me off And when I told her I wanted to cancel my appointment and she of course was happy to cancel my appointment would not recommend anyone at this point.

I would highly recommend this practice. Very friendly, helpful, and honest staff. Thank you Affordable Dentist for making me feel so comfortable. 100 stars for you guys.

The Dentist was very warm and welcoming. She had great bed side manner and she made me feel comfortable. After she finished with her exam a staff member comes in and informs me that I have no insurance. I simply reply yes ma'am I do, I was referred here by my primary. She continued to say ma'am you have no insurance, your insurance ended in May. And because I disagreed with her and said I will call my insurance right now so they can confirm with you, this "office manager, Bacardi?" had the gall to put her hands on me to take my smock off and Says "okay you can leave now". It was extremely unprofessional. I felt violated and extremely confused. I left very upset. I waited for 38 minutes for staff to come and release me. I too left without a written plan. Without a competent office manager, this clinic will continue to have problems.

Today was my first day It was the best yet they made me feel very comfortable love this family atmosphere.

My appointment was at 11:00 and I got there at 10:50 and checked in. I wasn't called back until around 12:00 and got xrays done and then had to wait another 20 minutes or so. I understand maybe running a little behind, but it was ridiculous. I just think if their running that late they should tell people where they can decide if they want to wait or not or re-schedule their appointment for another time. I just don't think that's right and was actually thinking about walking out after like an hour.
