Besides the usual menu and decor, this IHOP is kept decently clean and the service is better than average. The food's up there with any other well run IHOP. For a Saturday at noon, it wasn't super busy so we didn't wait long at all before being seated. Decent amount of floor staff, too. 5 star experience

So we stopped in for a quick bite before shopping. Had a delicious veggie egg white omelet with avocado. So filling I could not eat it all. My friend had the fried shrimp and fries. The kids had you guessed it. Pancakes 🥞. One had birthday cake and the other had a chocolate chip. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs. Very little customers for noon, there definitely should be more. Clean tables, silverware and best of all no dusty windowsills. Lol!! Time to give IHOP another try, you will not regret it.

Great food, meals are big enough to leave you even with leftovers for later. But most of the menu isn't healthy, which for a tourist is weird and narrows our options but besides that 10/10.

My go to place. The service is exceptional. I am vegan and there's no food off of the menu for me but Efren the manager, created one for me to try and that's been my go to food since then.

Frank, our waiter, hostess and cashier, was over the top friendly and attentive, given it was late at night, and we were the only ones eating at the restaurant. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and staff was professional.

Went on a vacation to CA, and bumped into this iHOP.. We had a good run, and then went to for a breakfast :) we were hungry for sure, but the food we got could have served my whole family :) lots of food.. be sure what you order and if you can share one item/dish.. half of what we ordered we wasted :( Bulls eye, and egg pancake was awesome.. my kid loved the banana berry pancake too, but he couldnt finish 25% of the pancake :) coffee was average, but they let us refill coffee... customer service was good, but it was crowded and took us sometime to get a table.. once we ordered we had to wait another 15 mins to get our food.. and it is expensive than a regular breakfast place :) costed about 30-40$ for 2 of us.. overall it was a good expensive breakfast :)

I drove past the IHOP and knew right away where I was going to eat lunch, and as soon as I drop off the control board I picked up in Beirut for the Haufstalter 30mm Autocanon to my pal Wilhelm Vonn Krousemyer I'm going to the HOP for their famous Grilled Sourdough Monterey Cheeseburger. What a treat! 5 Stars all the way! ☆☆☆☆☆

Got the 55 plus buttermilk pancakes and a coffee (costs over $3.50 for just a small container now). Since I am not overly concerned about price, I was happy with the experience and flavor. Might mention that I only traditional maple -like syrup was at my table. I seem to recall it offering blueberry and another type in years past

It wasn't a crazy busy place on a Saturday morning, we got a nice corner table right away. The food was fine and the staff were friendly. There was a small mistake in our order and they replaced it right away. I will definitely go back to this place.

Great for all day casual breakfast! My friends and I often grab dinner here on weeknights and we’re often the only ones there. Excellent service

Props to the chefs for making the food look as good as it is in the photos. Tableside service was very, very slow for a restaurant below half capacity. Expect to be there for a while
