Today I got a massage here and the man couldn’t understand me that gave me my massage.I was telling him about 30 times it was too hard and he was hurting me to the point where I can feel where I’m going to get bruises. It wasn’t relaxing whatsoever. And at the point where you get wiped down with hot towels the towels were cold and wet and smelled like rubbing alcohol leaving my skin with a burning itching feeling. Then he proceeded to give me the rest of the massage without lotion on my dry skin which really hurt. It also felt very rushed. I have gone here quite a few times before it’s nothing to write home about.Though this time I couldn’t relax the entire time to the point where I feel I need to get a massage somewhere else to relax from this experience. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back because it is very close to my house it’s convenient and well priced. I would’ve appreciated after telling the person at the Front desk when she asked how my massage was. I relayed that I didn’t have a good massage maybe they could’ve compensated me. If I do end up having bruises I will go back and complain. I probably will not continue business there anytime soon. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but if you’re somebody that likes really deep tissue massages I think he would be perfect for you l. They lack of communications skills and understanding their customers. This is a big put off!! I feel as though for a company you shouldn’t have to have a translator come in to make sure that everything is to your liking. No one did come in to see if I was OK and no one asked me anything I was taken to the room and given someone that couldn’t understand me . I feel like they should at least learn enough words to communicate with the person that they are working on. In the past it hasn’t been a problem but today it was. And as I said it’s nothing to write home about I go to a place called Izumi but they book up really fast so I chose to go here I think I will just wait next time for the other place because they are amazing also I have a membership there. Never have I left in pain or have to correct them on the massage itself. All I can say is go here knowing that you may not leave feeling better. This was also for a full body massage not what they’re down for but I feel like if you don’t have people that are capable of giving a proper massage be a place for just foot massages. Communication is a huge need it in a place like this

Absolutely my favorite feed massage for years! They keep prices low so that you could keep your masseuse/masseur as you like. Every time and amazing time. I moved away but still struggle find anything as awesome in my new state.

This is my go to place to be for a relaxing massage or a deep tissue de stress massage after a long week. I highly recommend Kevin if you’re looking for a heavy handed strong deep tissue knot grinding massage. Kevin will find and release that tension! He is amazing! I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely worth the visit!

My husband and I have been coming here for years now. We absolutely love the massages they offer. We are also a pet of their loyalty program which includes collecting points through your phone number to acquire free massages. They are consistent and effective. Clean and organized. Sanitary & quite. Truly an excellent experience 👏

I was feeling overwhelmed and took a quick lunch break. I had a wonderful massage, quick power nap, and I am back in my office feeling refreshed. The place is clean, people are nice, and no complaints.

I love going here. Everyone that has massaged me has been great and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. Their prices are very low so please make sure you tip the person who massaged you properly, not based on the general cost. There are suggested amounts displayed at the reception.

Went here for a couple’s massage with Michelle and Kevin. My massage with Kevin felt course and painful—not the least bit relaxing. I wish I would have spoken up during the massage to have him lower the pressure. The next day, my back hurts in a way it has never hurt before. This alone is the reason I will not be returning. Additionally, the pacing felt off—most of the time was spent exclusively on the back, with little work on the legs or arms. Finally, the ambiance here left much to be desired, with the walls not reaching the ceiling, allowing for constant background noise from the rest of the business.

How is it that this place in been in business for a decade and has only 90 reviews, mostly positive?? I know that they reuse linens and spray rubbing alcohol on dirty towels between clients instead of proper cleaning. Others have commented on this but their reviews don’t show up.

Love love love this place. I've always had amazing massage therapists there. And with the foot massage the therapist covers most of your body and can do deep tissue if you like..Definitely supports your body. Highly recommend.
