Amazing, authentic Mexican food. We grabbed an Uber from the airport in between our domestic and international flights and it was so worth it! Generous sizes with fresh ingredients. I had fish taco, but they also do a veggie taco. Order and pay at the counter, they will bring it out to you. Saved to come back next time we’re in the US.

We went at 4pm on a Wednesday. No crowd, minimal wait for the food. Staff was very friendly and everything was delicious! We had the carne asada, shrimp fajitas, tacos, and chicken quesadillas. Will definitely eat here again when we're in the area.

Absolutely the best tacos I've had outside of San Diego! This taqueria does not disappoint and is absolutely worth the weight. I personally love the Al Pastor tacos, but my friends are huge fans of the lengua. The shrimp tacos are also quite good. They absolutely pack these tacos with meat and they are well worth it!

My last meal in sf on the way back to the airport - found this gem! Didn’t realise it was so highly regarded. It is definitely worth it!

Michelin recommended Tacqueria San Bruno. 5 Estrellas ! Fantastic 1st visit and looking forward to future visits. Ordered the Wet burrito and a bottled Jarritos - Mandarin. There is a salsa bar where I scooped up some mild and hot sauces. Carnitas had some delicious crunchy bits sprinkled in with the Super combination. Fabulous ! One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars! I approve of this review, Jay M.

We wanted an authentic Mexican restaurant but did in a neighborhood where we felt comfortable. The long walk to get here (parking is bad) is well worth it. The food was delicious. With children, we were a little slow on ordering but the young lady behind the counter was friendly and patient (there was a rush of people who came well after us so I am glad we got there before they did). This was definitely a quaint location where the locals eat which was a good sign. Tip: Food is only ordered at the register but they bring it to you. The el pastor was my favorite!

Great little hole in the wall authentic Mexican food. Don’t be scared to try the lengua or cabeza if you haven’t had it before; they’re both delicious. Parking is a pain so come at odd hours. My only complaint and why I deducted a star is the extremely long waits we’ve experienced multiple times for our food to come out. The last time we were there, we waited about 30-40 minutes for 3 people, 1 entree each.

First time here, great mom and pop taqueria. I ordered the beef cheek super burrito and a carnitas burrito. The cabeza was delicious soft and juicy, the burrito was well balanced with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole. It was also huge. Plenty to take home. The caritas burrito was really porky and crunchy, awesome. The salsa bar has lot to choose from and all the salsas were fresh and really good. Great place to get your burrito 🌯 fix. I’ll be back when I return to the San Bruno.

This place is a hidden gem next to auto body shops and not likely to be found unless you're working in the area or look it up online. They were Michelin recommended before and their food deliver consistent quality. I always go on the tripas where they're crispy and flavorful so they don't smell or taste like funky intestine when not cooked properly. Their canitas is also great where the meat is fried to almost like a jerky texture outside but still remind juicy inside. Their other meat choices are tasty as well and this taqueria never disappoint if you dine in. I tried take out a couple of times and not having to eat it fresh really affected the quality of their food. So try to dine in for your first time to see what this place is about because take out doesn't do its justice. This place is always my go to spot but parking is usually tough in the area since most of the body shops have their cars parked on the street.

Good tacos. All the different meats that I choose for my tacos were flavorful. Make sure you tell them that you want to add the cilantro and all the engredients yourself because if you don't, you'll have tacos with too much cilantro. Chips were great.

Had dinner here and then lunch the day after before heading to the airport. Didn’t want to miss out. The food is so so good and the staff is super friendly. Don’t miss it!!!

Overall, very overrated. - over 30 min wait when only 5-7 orders were ahead of us. Each number took over 5 minutes to get through. You can’t call yourself a taqueria if you’re this slow. - salsa bar is not good. pico was not good and did not look appetizing. - hard to find parking - due to all of the above, my expectations for the food were very high… but the food was honestly extremely mid. Nothing tasted authentic. Way too sweet, onions and cilantro didn’t taste fresh. The strong reviews and previous michelin plates made me think I found a hole-in-the-wall LA/SD-level taqueria… but it was just so disappointing. Not sure if it’s always been like this or if things changed. It’s worth noting they lost their michelin plate/recommendation a few years ago.

It’s a Michelin guide taqueria. Beef cheek beef tongue are most order. The meat is tender and juicy. I enjoy the seafood options too.

Personally, I think 4.50 a taco is a little pricey. However, the meat was plentiful and the flavor was good and the beers were cold. Don't go hungry cuz we waited 40 minutes for our food.

Probably the biggest burritos you'll find in the area. They're very generous with the servings. Food was both fresh and excellent.
