Update: we went here again and I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was delicious!! I had to take one of the chicken pieces off to eat the sandwich, but that made for great leftovers the next day! My husband had the Cuban sandwich and it was also delicious. We got some cookies to go and they were a great nighttime dessert. Definitely recommend! Original review: Went here for lunch and the place is so adorable! Love the decor and the colors. The food was excellent. I had a classic burger with cheese and it was the perfect amount of meat. Not overstuffed. My husband had the schnitzel sandwich and that was also great. The house made picked peppers were delightful! Very friendly staff. Definitely a must visit! If I lived in town I would come here all the time!

The food was delicious! My husband and I had been wanting to go here because they pay their staff a liveable wage and we wanted to support this. We still tipped even though it wasn't expected. We got the naan-chos with impossible shawarma, beef stew, buffalo cauliflower tacos, squash and sprouts salad, and peanut butter pie.

Love the retro, yet modern, diner atmosphere. We ordered the specials of the day - Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and the Cowboy Burger. The food and service was great. Will be back again soon!

Went there for lunch and the food and service was great. I had the schnitzel sandwich with fries and egg nog bread pudding for desert. (both pictured) both were perfectly prepared. I did eat some of the fries before snapping the pic. Nice tasty skinny fries. Nice facility, friendly effective staff. This place is serious about serving great food

Pretty good place that just opened in January 2023. The big draw is the paying of liveable wages for the workers and they heavily advertise NO TIPPING! No option on CC payments for it either. The weekend special of the duck and beef hamburger is really good! It is definitely the best thing on the menu as others in our party ordered different items. It is a small place, so I can really see it getting packed during the summer tourist months. Decent diner with the weekend special of the duck and beef hamburger.... But the bighest draw is the NO TIPPING REQUIRED!

Would come back to Newburyport just to eat here again! The food was delicious (and the milkshake was to die for!). Our server was lovely, and the 90s music was the cherry on top. It’s an adorable & wholesome spot that everyone needs to try.

Such a welcome retreat from loud average pubs with tvs, fast food or fine dining. This is the happy medium--the kind of place we want to eat at most of the time. Quality food. No fuss. Great style and service.

I have enjoyed my burger and the apple cake. Super friendly and cosy place. Recommend!
