Got a consultation, and the initial process was easy, this review is based off the aftermath. I appreciate the service they offer here, but their communication is bad. The person I did the consultation with was great, and I really appreciated their empathy and understanding, I mentioned in my appointment that I was very stressed and struggling to cope, this could have been a good time to mention the wait time for the documents, as myself and many others have mentioned having. I was diagnosed well over 6 weeks ago and have not received my documents, I have emailed them several times and have been ignored, they have no phone number, so I have no other way to contact them. I do understand if there is a delay, but they didn't even give me any time frame so I could manage my expectations, and come up with other solutions. Looking at other reviews, I am not in a unique situation. I am sure they are aware of how essential medication is for people, so they should be much better at communicating delays. It is not hard to send a email advising the wait time, or adding this to the confirmation email, and there is no excuse for not doing this, especially when it involves mental health. To reiterate, I am not upset with the delay, but with the zero communication about it. Despite all the other reviews talking about this, they have done nothing to remedy it. So disappointing. *to follow up to their response, I have triple checked, even in my spam folder and I have not gotten anything from them, nor a reply to either of my emails.

Paid out of pocket for the urgent ADHD assessment, and had a great experience for the assessment. NP was very friendly, and everything went smoothly. I was quoted about 4 weeks to receive my report, and when I had not received it a couple days after that period I got worried, especially after seeing some of the reviews on here. However I emailed the office, and they got back to me with my report the next day. Everything on the report is accurate as far as I can tell. Overall a very positive experience!

I had my appointment with an NP that was kind and listened to my concerns, an overall great experience. I had informed the NP that I will be leaving the country soon and therefore need my report sent over in the next three weeks, which she said she would make a note of on my report. I appreciate the flexibility and understanding of the clinic in this matter and look forward to receiving my report soon! I will update this review once I have received it. Update: Received my report after just 7 days!

I paid for an urgent ADHD assessment because honestly, my life is getting out of hand and I’m struggling to the point that it’s started affecting my ability to perform well at work. I was booked in for an assessment within a week of making the payment and the NP who I spoke to was great. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and met me on my level; they didn’t rush me or try and force answers out of me, and I felt very comfortable talking about my issues and experiences with them. It was a very good experience. However, I was told I would receive my report within 4 weeks, and it’s now been 6 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. My doctors office also tried to follow up about it and I don’t think anything came of that either. I understand the significant increase in assessments and reports, and I absolutely think that the clinic is doing their best to support all of the patients they see, but it is frustrating. I think the longer wait time for the report is something people should take into consideration for sure.

Paid out of pocket like many of us here. The actually meeting/assessment went fine no hiccups there, however getting the results had been a pain. It’s been months and nothing has been received back. I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt with the 4-8 week time period but it has been way longer than that (Had the assessment in August so it’s been around 4 months now).

Booking the appointment and paying was easy. My appointment with the NP was satisfactory. My appt was 5 months ago. I sent an email 3 weeks ago, and again 1 week ago and have yet to receive even a response. I was prepared to wait for this report as many had reported it taking longer than initial time quoted. However, 5 months is beyond ridiculous. Not impressed and ready to reverse the charges on my credit card.

I was able to get in for an initial appointment quickly and my report was promised to me within 2 weeks. Staff is very quick to respond at first, and after your appointment they seem to disappear. As a university student (especially during finals), it has been very frustrating to deal with the empty promises of academic supports and medication that I am unable to access until I receive the documentation. It has been almost 6 weeks since my appointment and 4 weeks since I was told "a few more days". There has been no email correspondence since this and their phone line is a dead end as well.

I paid out of pocket for my assessment, although they were able to book me in quickly for my assessment, which was a good experience. I was told that my Doctor would revive their repot within 4 weeks, it has now been well over 4 weeks, I emailed and the response to my first email was dismissive, i received no response at all to my second email. As my GP wont prescribe any medication without the report, I have been feeling pretty hopeless at this point that it will even come anytime soon. It feels really disappointing to have to constantly advocate for ourselves in our health care system, and even privately feel completely dismissed. I had previously recommended the service to many people, and am now regretting that I did

I was quoted 4 weeks for production of my report. After 6 weeks of not receiving the report I followed up via email and received a response that I would now be put on the “priority list” which was quoted as having a 2 week turnaround. Once that deadline passed I followed up again, this time to no response. It has now been 11 weeks since my appointment. I understand the high demand but it seems like additional resources are needed so that the team can provide adequate service to customers. They kept the second star because booking an appointment was easy and my experience with the NP doing the assessment was satisfactory.

The experience of getting an appointment and consultation was great and quick. It was very simple process and explained great. After doing the consultation I was again quoted four weeks. I then emailed and was told I was going to be put on priority meaning my report would come in two weeks. I continued to email and check up and was not able to get a hold of them. It’s been over a month since the consultation and I’m a bit confused as to why no emails of mine have been responded to or why no report has been sent. I have had to cancel all the doctors appointments I made regarding the report as I was not given one. I still continue to wait with absolute radio silence which is very unfortunate as this is a very important report and much needed. I understand it’s busy but it’s been over quoted time and with no communication it’s been very difficult and frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic during my initial assessment. I was scheduled two days after payment and the interview itself went wonderfully. The nurse practitioner was very understanding and empathetic when listening to my symptoms and in helping me reach a diagnosis. The three stars is intended to reflect the wait time since my initial assessment and the clinic's lack of communication. I was informed during my initial assessment that the wait time would be about four to six weeks. I did ask for my assessment to be prioritized after a few weeks of waiting due to my performance at work and school suffering. So far I have sent two emails to the clinic to speak of, the first which they answered and another from about a week ago that they have so far ignored, to inquire about how much longer I would have to wait. I was told in the first email that they would do their best to send my report to me in two weeks time. It's been about three weeks since I sent my first email and I have yet to receive an update on how much longer it shall take. I understand the stress they must be under to complete everyone's reports, and this is a relatively short wait compared to the decade I've gone without treatment, but I have found the clinic's lack of communication with me to be rather frustrating. All in all, I would recommend the services of this clinic if you are seeking a professional ADHD diagnosis so long as you're ready to wait.

I paid for the private assessment of $300. The NP was great and I had my appointment on Nov 26. I was told to email for a rush on my assessment paperwork, which I did and I got a response back that it would be 2 weeks. It’s now been 6 weeks and I have emailed a few times in the last week for an update on how long for my assessment. I have not heard back at all. A bit disappointed in the lack of communication and how long it is taking to get my assessment. My job is in jeopardy and I’ve shared this with them and they don’t care because they have ignored all of my emails. I am still waiting to receive my assessment paperwork.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks my family dr has emailed the adhd office and I’ve emailed trying to get the details expedited to himself because he could not start prescribing me on any medication I’ve already been diagnosed and I talked to over the phone for the actual appointment, ive showed up and was told it was going to be expedited and it’s been 2 weeks since then and then just get the same automated email sent back to me every time I’ve asked. I’ve called in and the person who had answered told me to email so I did again and the same result with that automated message back from email. This includes going private, multiple emails and phone calls to voicemails. And showing up in person to try to get this dealt with and still the same result. The nurse practitioner did a incredible job and was amazing while diagnosing me hense the 2 stars but waiting this long to get paperwork over to myself or my doctor to try to get the paperwork is disappointing while trying to learn how to deal with this.

They were slower than they promised to get me the report, but they did get it to me eventually. After multiple calls, an email, and a negative review they sent me my report. They said they faxed it to my doctor as well. Their initial appointment was fast and easy to book. This is my initial one-star review: It has been almost seven weeks since my initial assessment and I still have not received my letter of recommendation. My doctor has not received it either. I was initially told I would receive it in three weeks. I called them four times and no one picked up. I tried leaving a voicemail twice and both times their system cut off my voicemail. I sent them an email but I doubt I will receive a response.

Thank you for a very smooth and fast assessment + delivery of report. Got assessed on Mar 14/23 and received report 12 days later. I can finally begin my journey! I was very nervous at first after reading all of the reviews but I think they really have improved their procedures. I’ve always gotten a response on my email queries at a timely manner. Highly recommend <3

I appreciated my assessor's perspective when we met. I was told the report would be 3 months. It took 14 months. Folks who struggle with following-up with things shouldn't have to hound our doctor to get the report that says we struggle with following-up with things and other admin.
