Got
a
consultation,
and
the
initial
process
was
easy,
this
review
is
based
off
the
aftermath.
I
appreciate
the
service
they
offer
here,
but
their
communication
is
bad.
The
person
I
did
the
consultation
with
was
great,
and
I
really
appreciated
their
empathy
and
understanding,
I
mentioned
in
my
appointment
that
I
was
very
stressed
and
struggling
to
cope,
this
could
have
been
a
good
time
to
mention
the
wait
time
for
the
documents,
as
myself
and
many
others
have
mentioned
having.
I
was
diagnosed
well
over
6
weeks
ago
and
have
not
received
my
documents,
I
have
emailed
them
several
times
and
have
been
ignored,
they
have
no
phone
number,
so
I
have
no
other
way
to
contact
them.
I
do
understand
if
there
is
a
delay,
but
they
didn't
even
give
me
any
time
frame
so
I
could
manage
my
expectations,
and
come
up
with
other
solutions.
Looking
at
other
reviews,
I
am
not
in
a
unique
situation.
I
am
sure
they
are
aware
of
how
essential
medication
is
for
people,
so
they
should
be
much
better
at
communicating
delays.
It
is
not
hard
to
send
a
email
advising
the
wait
time,
or
adding
this
to
the
confirmation
email,
and
there
is
no
excuse
for
not
doing
this,
especially
when
it
involves
mental
health.
To
reiterate,
I
am
not
upset
with
the
delay,
but
with
the
zero
communication
about
it.
Despite
all
the
other
reviews
talking
about
this,
they
have
done
nothing
to
remedy
it.
So
disappointing.
*to
follow
up
to
their
response,
I
have
triple
checked,
even
in
my
spam
folder
and
I
have
not
gotten
anything
from
them,
nor
a
reply
to
either
of
my
emails.
