    Michael surely is the best personal trainer that I've even met! He is very professional and knowledgeable, offering tailored strength training and nutrition consulting to meet my fitness goals. Most importantly, Michael is extremely encouraging and proactively reaching out with a positive attitude that has helped me overcome physical weakness and stick to my training routine.     I've been an avid weight lifter and gym goer for over two decades, and I've got post secondary education in the Kinesiology program. Despite my knowledge of the fitness world, Michael has been an ongoing source of cutting edge training tactics and nutrition advice. With his latest program I've been able to cut from 18% body fat to 13% in a span of a month and a half, and I'm still making progress towards my goal of 10% or below. His positivity and coaching style have been inspirational, and I would recommend him to anyone on the path of self improvement. He will take the time to assess your current performance, experience, and your goals, then help you to achieve them!

    Mike is a solid trainer and makes it easy for me to squeeze in a quick workout. I’ve trained with him in kickboxing as well as weight training since the pandemic and he’s kept things fresh and just hard enough for me to see solid gains. If you’re starting out or a seasoned vet, Mike can put together a workout based on your needs. #bathtubbody2beachbody

    Before I starts training with Michael I was told by a chiropractor I shouldn’t be lifting weights because of a back issue. I’m mostly a sedentary person with a desk job and I’ve been training with Michael for a year. Today my back feels way better and stronger, I can lift a lot with confidence and i feel overall healthier. He is great, fun and easy to talk to. Michael is like that gym buddy you like to hang out with while training. If you are looking for a knowledgeable Personal Trainer that not only makes you stronger but looks after you, look no further!

    Awesome coach! Mike is super professional, and his workouts fixed my back! I've been having years of lower back pain, visiting RMTs, Chiros, physio's and nothing seemed to be working for the long term. I started working out with Mike and my back pain has mostly gone away! Thanks!🙏🙏

    Ive been working out more regularly with Michael over the course of the past few months. Michael is not only a great personal trainer, but a great guy too. He's very encouraging, non-judgemental, and makes you feel like he's more than just your personal trainer. My wife first started going to him, and now I've been hooked as well. My biggest difficulty was motivating myself to regularly exercise with shift work and just being tired all the time. With his flexibility, encouragement, and positivity, he has motivated me to exercise on a regular basis to maintain and improve my fitness and health. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Michael Fu turned my one-pac into a 6-pac! I highly recommend Michael for his professional, tailored approach to coaching. He possesses an incredible knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and martial arts (ask him about the knee breaker!)

    Michael has been training me for the past 2 years. I have never worked out in a gym before previously in my life! I started kickboxing training with him and then added strength and conditioning classes. As I have never weight trained before, Michael taught me proper techniques and made the programs both fun and challenging. His background in kinesiology made sure I was training safely and effectively and catered to my body weight and type. I have never been in better shape now in my mid 40’s. If you need personal or semi person training, I highly recommend Michael.

    I had an awesome experience with this personal trainer! I've recommended him to a couple of my friends already. He focuses on your personal fitness needs 100% and tailors to your ability. Flexible and available to work around my busy work schedule. Highly recommend.

    Definitely the best personal trainer in the area! Besides being friendly, his teachings will never be forgotten since they’re precious and crucial for anybody who wants a healthy lifestyle. The gear used is another important point that made this experience incredible. My progress was impressive due to this excellent fitness coach!

    I've been going here for over a year, and Michael has definitely made me a stronger person!! As someone who started at almost zero, I'm glad Michael was encouraging without being intimidating. His kinesiology background means he focuses more on functional strength, which makes a big difference day to day. All I needed to do was to show up to see results. Just be ready to be too sore to walk after the first couple of sessions!

    First of all, I hate exercise (who really loves it?!)! I've been through numerous gyms and countless personal trainers but feel so lucky I found Michael. He is the best one I've had! I started training with Michael in January 2021 and just in a few months my mood has significantly improved and I am just getting stronger and stronger everyday. Michael is not like other gym trainers who just want your money... He actually prescribes me exercises to do from home on my off days. He genuinely wants the best for your health! I think that's really what his life calling is :) If you are looking for a professional kinesiologist/personal trainer who is knowledgeable about the human body/nutrition, has your best interest in mind, and is super fun to work out with, look no further! Your health is priceless and you need to invest in yourself. I highly recommend Michael and the InFighting Training Centre in Burnaby! @befittothrive
