BE AWARE OF DEBIT CARD RETURN SCAM AT THIS STORE .. I BOUGHT EXPENSIVE ITEM . ITEM WAS RETURNED .. SIMPLE RIGHT ? . ANYTHING BUT .. WHEN I DID RETURN AND TAPPED SAME CARD I USED FOR ORIGINAL PURCHACE .WELL IT WENT TO SOME RANDOM DEBIT CARD THAT IS NOT MINE OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY . Sfraud was expected when looked into customer service said inwas at fault and did nothing but told me I made the mistake so this store is doing something to fraud customers beware

Small pet supply store makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats. My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)

Great, friendly staff. We brought in a voucher for a free bag of expensive cat food we got at a convention and despite the voucher being kind of vague, the staff honored it no problem. The voucher got us as our cats love the food so now we're stuck shelling out big bucks here each month, but we're happy to support this business!

Took my pup to GroomingDales and Veronica took great care of him, he looks so handsome when I picked him up.

The FRIENDLIEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by 😊. Honestly! Not only are they supremely knowledgeable about all of their products; food, supplements, toys and treats, but also so welcoming towards all clients, both 2 and 4 legged! Excellent, and I mean AMAZING, selection of both dry and wet food for dogs and cats and a plethora of treats including NUMEROUS Canadian made options! 🇨🇦 ya! Prices are fair, comparable to other shops with similar inventory but most certainly not near the selection or options provided at Tisol Market Place thus I would not go anywhere else.
