Hotel rooms were OK, but the gym had an incredibly dangerous treadmill. Please be careful. I was working out at the gym and went for a run on the treadmill in between my sets. As I was running, all of the sudden, I had slipped (as if something had grabbed hold of my foot) and for a split moment thought I was going to come crashing down. Luckily, I hopped off just in time. There were 3 bystanders who witnessed this and gasped when they saw what had happened. We all took a look further, and it turns out the treadmill was missing a piece of the track. This is no excuse for any hotel and more routine inspection should take place to be proactive with their property (rather than wait for an accident to happen to learn about it). People die every year from treadmill accidents. I unplugged the machine and notified staff immediately. The manager followed up and said they’d fix it, but please exercise with extra precaution when using ANY of the very outdated gym equipment here.

My husband and I were meant to stay at this hotel and we had an emergency. We called to explain the circumstances as we had just had an accident, incurred expenses and needed to cancel the reservation. The booking site we went through gave us the option to request a cancellation waiver. Immediately we called the front desk staff was rude and did not listen to anything said and immediately charged us. We travel to Vancouver frequently and will obviously not be booking this hotel again. From the response to reviews here you can also tell this is an organizational culture as it’s probably part of the staff training to not be empathetic. You’re running a hotel and not a prison. There is an opportunity here for the management to do better.

Stayed here for a night. The place is dated and not well maintained. My room seriously needed a deep clean - the outlets were very dirty, and various things in general were dirty/stained (e.g. lamp had writing on it (which was creepy because it says "I hate my father and __"), found items from previous person on the nightstand, found hair on the bathtub). The towels were clean but stained. The bed and surfaces were generally clean. The bedroom had no available outlets for me to use, which was inconvenient. My room was large but the soundproofing wasn't good because there was a shared door that led to the room next to mine. The toiletries were extremely drying and made my hair feel like dry grass. The AC is an old machine and I could only set it to be constantly blowing or completely off. We had two prepaid rooms but we still had to pay a $300 deposit, which is more than the cost of my room! The service was ok... The front desk was empty for a while when we arrived.

Nice hotel at a very convenient location. Stayed here for a night. Reception staff was kind and welcoming. Room was nice and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was the best of all. Room service was quick in catering to our needs. Breakfast was included in room rate and was pretty decent - croissant, blueberry cake, muffins, apple, juice, jam, butter and coffee. Pool and hot tub were open, but we didn’t use it and preferred in-suite jacuzzi 😁 The coffee maker in room was great too. Overall kitchenette was good - had basic stuff one would need. Free parking, nice and peaceful neighborhood. It was so relaxing to sip on coffee in the balcony 🥲 Not a 5 star experience but certainly worth the price.

My wife and I booked a king size bedroom with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was great. It was huge. The jets worked perfectly. The room was partially updated which was nice. We had an issue with the TV in the living room and we let the staff know about it. They offered to move us to a different room but we declined. We said it was fine since there was another TV in the bedroom. About 10 minutes later one of the maintenance men came to our room to see what was happening. He had said that it looked like the TV would need to be replaced. We told him not to worry about it while we were there. About 30 minutes later one of the front staff members came up with another TV. This was some great customer service! It was definitely appreciated. We went down to the lobby bar and restaurant for happy hour which was great. The staff there were so pleasant. The next morning we went again to the lobby restaurant for breakfast. The food was really delicious and the portions were huge. Overall a very nice stay.

We’re at the hotel for 2 weeks for training in Vancouver. My room was excellent, clean, and quiet. A necessity for our ongoing government evaluations and testing as we rotate out with other staff consistently. My colleague, however, got stuck with noisy neighbours a few nights in a row. Not the hotel staff’s fault but, regardless, recognized the importance and swapped her to a quieter section of the hotel. Well done and was much appreciated by all. Would definitely stay here again. Bar, restaurant, and room service staff are all fantastic.

This place choose to cancel my room reservation at 10pm one hour before i arrived to check in after a 7 hour drive. lied to my face saying my card was declined (later paid $650 at another location 2.5 hours later once i actually found a room last minute ). NO THANKS TO THIS HOTEL. (the current person at the desk was kind but at a loss of how to help) person who did the cancellation was off shift so room was cancelled, no call, i left a message with the manager asking for a call the next day, a written note with the kind gentle working as well for the manager, no return call apology or squat. 21 years on the road, this hotel tops the bottom of the chart for service, when a manager can’t even own up to mistakes or accidents, with an apology or explanation call or return a message why do i expect the staff to follow any other lead then the poor one displayed by their leader. This hotel is a great place, but due to lies, no follow up, apology, poor management and just for cancelling a persons reservations at 10pm with out even a call. (all other 6 hotels i tried that night i asked, would you cancel a reservation with out a call? their answers all matched, we never cancel with out confirmation via a phone call or attempt a phone call first) I’d rather sleep in the tim bottoms parking lot then give this establishment a dime. WORST EXPERIENCE REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DATE!! stay clear!! lots of choices, i suggest you look else where, this place does not deserve your hard earned money or business. FYI, i waited 4 days to review hoping i would get a call, or something to follow up, nothing so here is my first review in 21 yrs on the road working.

3 main aspects I can comment on: 1) Location/facility - the hotel is located right next to a skytrain and one main road so there are a lot of traffic and noise. I think there maybe a fire station nearby as I heard two fire trucks at 2am in the morning. The hotel itself seems quite old, the room I was in was in an older condition, the washroom itself was not really clean as I saw some mold. The water pressure of the facet felt like dripping rain... Only positive thing I can say about the room is that it was decent size. 2) The front desk staff was quite unprofessional, he saw me coming up to the front desk and walked away. I initially thought he was busy with other things but 10 minutes passed by and a different staff saw that there was a lineup so she asked the staff to come back and it turned out he went to the back room to eat. His attitude was also unprofessional, the way he spoke to me like he was the one doing me a favour and had zero courtesy and manner in speaking to a guest. 3) They charge for parking here, they say its $9 a night but there's a "fee" and taxes included in the parking which totals to $12. I have never been to a hotel where parking is not free, I have even stayed at 2-star hotels/motels where parking was free and yet this so-call 3-star hotel charges $12 for parking. Overall, my stay was terrible and will never consider this place again, I booked for 4 nights but only ended up staying 2 nights because I was so dissatisfied with the experience I had here.

What a disappointment. Went here as a sports team for a tournament in the area. The person at the front counter was condescending and rude. He gave us, a family of 4, a small room with 2 tiny beds (definitely smaller than a full bed), and he gave another family of 2 a big room with 2 queen beds. Even though both families had booked the exact same type of room. Our beds were literally over a foot smaller than the bed frame. Queen frames with tiny beds, we left with bruises on our legs and feet. It was a hazard. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower had no pressure. The tub felt like it was going to give way when you step into the shower. The one thing that was nice: housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor: book the Marriott down the street. Edit: correct, our booking was under my husband’s name, not mine. We are not headed back to Burbury anytime soon. But if we do, we definitely won’t be staying here.

Room wasn't in good condition. Curtain were ripped, drawers had dirt/debris and there was an odour upon entry to room. Dirty dishes and food collecting in hallway was unpleasant to walk past. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the extra space afforded in the suite.

This place is disgusting I’m not sure how anyone could give this anything above 1 star as it doesn’t even deserve that. I checked into my room and their were crumbs and food on the floor the rooms are old and outdated and down right disgusting. I mean look at the curtains they are shredded how is that ok?!! I mean you can tell this stuff is old and warn down! The staff are very unprofessional and could care less about your needs or stay. All you do is hear them fight in the back room downstairs very unprofessional. I can tell you I’m 100% no executives have ever stayed at the executive suites, I would spend the extra money and run far from this place.

Great service! Raghav and Reet provided great service for me. Apon check in Reet did a wonderful job giving me all the information I needed to know along with having a friendly attitude. Raghav also was very informative with a very fun personality. He provided me with information I may have never new about if He didnt tell me. The suit here with the queen size bed was very nice and spacious. a great set up over all. I like how the fan keeps going and does not turn off as in some hotels. I recommend this hotel if your in town!

My flight was cancelled by airlines and the hotel with no mercy charged me for a day. I have pleaded my case with the manager but he did no show any mercy. The hotel was completely booked for the day. When they are able replace a guest why should I get penalized for something which was out my control. You guys are in hospitality industry and you can do much better to accommodate a already hurt guest. I would never book with this hotel again.

I have hosted events at this hotel in the past but this was my first time utilizing their accommodations and I was truly impressed. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The housekeeping staff were on point. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and the staff are really professional. Highly recommended.

Courteous and friendly staff. Stayed in a Queen Suite special booked only two days prior to my stay. Very reasonable price that included breakfast. The room was very comfortable, very clean and had full amenities. Room service is available. Will be staying there again.

Spacious and clean rooms! Quiet. The bedside tables have embedded wifi chargers for the phone, the lights above are pretty too. There is a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a hot iron and even a safe. The mirror in the bathroom is nice! Did I mention the whirlpool bathtub for two people?

Loved this hotel, had a 2 week stay here for my work and it was great. The room was very spacious and included a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates, bowls, silverware etc. My room had a separate bedroom as well. The bathroom had a jacuzzi hot tub which was awesome, worked really nicely, was quite clean as well. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool and hot tub , pool was closed when I was here, hot tub was quite small. Cleaners did a good job up keeping the room, one thing it took a full day for the cleaners to clean my room, Had left at 7 am and put my service tag on and got back at 4 and my room had the bedding taken off and put onto the floor, so I had to wait for someone to come by and finish it which was kind of annoying because that took a while too. Cactus club right down the parking lot which was nice, as well as shopping5 minutes away. Would recommend this to friends and family and would stay here again.

I booked a Jacuzzi suite and upon arriving at the hotel the girl at the front desk explained there was a maintenance issue with the room and they shouldn’t have sold the room to me. She decided to give us 2 adult breakfasts in the room for the inconvenience. The next morning we ordered the breakfast to the room and we were told it doesn’t cover room service: I said that can’t be, the girl told us breakfast in the room! The room server said ohhh I think she made a mistake she meant 2 breakfast ON the room! I called front desk and was met with a super rude girl who stated she was still working and she was the one that checked us in last night. She then started making up a story that she had told me to check with the restaurant to see what kind of a breakfast would be covered and so on! That was a blatant lie! I asked that she at-least alter the price of our hotel room last night since it was not comparable to the one we had originally booked, she replied nope! Can’t sorry! What horrible customer service! I’ll be going through the Better Business Bureau to get my money back and will never be staying here again!

Just a couple of minutes from Pacific Center, great service, even got a room upgrade which was lovely, and had a late checkout opportunity. Clean, spacious and a fast breakfast for room service. Spacious bed and jacuzzi in the room. The only thing is that we were unsure on how to increase the heater on the living room area.

Our room has queen size bed frames with double mattresses on top. Great for smashing your shins on when getting out of bed. The other annoying thing is the bed frames are to large so the interfere with closing the door. rooms are very small but the biggest problem is how unfunctional they are. Not kid friendly at all. Rachel in the bar is awesome though!

Overall this hotel did exactly what we needed it to, the rooms were clean and serviced daily, they were dated and could do with a upgrade eventually, but if you are looking for a cheap-ish and we'll located hotel then I can recommend. One of the servers in the bar area is a bit of a loud, arrogant gent... I could use other words to discribe him, however on the whole the staff are friendly, one thing we did find though is that if you book bed and breakfast, only certain things on the menu are available, which was fine except that seemed to change dependant on who the server was, 2 morning we were offered the express breakfast inclusive of our room price and 2 morning we were told after we ate it that it was chargeable as an extra, even when we asked specifically for clarification the 2nd morning. It was all sorted out, but worth bearing in mind and worth checking when you are ordering. On the whole the hotel did it's job well and we had a grand stay.

Great location if you are travelling without a car. Near sky-station. You can have an early breakfast and a late dinner. the room was not very new, but clean. Room service helped to deal with the key and carry the luggage. Good price for the quality provided. Recommend to friends.

Spoke to some guy name Frank tried to cancel my reservation with the time period. Charged my CC anyways after explaining to him that I cancelled outisde of 24hours and that's what I was told. Frank did not even confirm with his team that this was the correct information but charged my card. I will be doing a chargeback as well as reaching out to managment tog et this sorted out.

HUGE rooms and nice amenities! But the soundproofing is not very good - you can hear people talking, walking up and down, and the TVs from other rooms. The laundry room was also kind of run-down and there was an issue with the safe that couldn't be fixed until the next day. Staff is nice and professional though!

We stayed for a couple of nights. Upon entering the hotel, we found the lobby very modern and clearly renovated and updated. The lobby does not reflect the exterior impression. We got a room on the top floor. The interior suite was older style with some modern updates. I love the wood floor in the living space and the built-in shelvings. The jacuzzi-sized bath tub was surprising, though we never used it. We appreciated the microwave and security box. I did hear from a relative that she got a room with a stovetop. The only drawback was the choice of materials that retained stains and evidence of usage, ie sitting area carpet. The restaurant was nice and there was an outdoor pool. We did eat at the restaurant and the food was decent. The proximity to nearby businesses is a bonus. You can easily access public transportation to expand your travel destinations.

Bad hospitality and bad management. The hotel was under renovation but I was not informed of. In the morning sharp at 9:00am, hammering sound just right above my room awakened me. When I stepped out the room, I found that my room was just like sitting in the midst of construction site. I went to reception desk, the staff was rude and said they are lawful to work. What a hospitality it is! I was very disappointed and angry about this. When I made a request to contact her manager, she told me that he is busy and so I have to sit aside and wait without knowing how long should I have to wait. I am sure that she had not pass my complaint to her head.

Pretty good place but you can't close the door due to the bed frames. And the roof started leaking water in some places. But it only seemed to happen for one night. The staffs were nice and friendly and they helped with most of the problem. The location was also great. With a good number of stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Suites are spacious but not very cosy or much attention to interior. Restaurant offers a good selection of both breakfast and dinner options. Gym space and outside swimming pool present.

The location of this hotel is great as it very close to Brentwood and 2 skytrain stations to take you anywhere in the Vancouver area. Service is nice and the lobby is inviting, but the rooms are lacking and need some upgrades. It feels like they tried to mix some modern with old dingy hotel and the result just isn’t great. For the price it’s a good place to just sleep at night, but wouldn’t recommend for longer term stays or a nicer experience.

Overall a nice hotel. Big rooms, comfy beds, nice reception and I liked the pool and hot tub. $12 a day to park which I wasn’t aware of. 20 minute drive to gas town area. It’s a nice hotel if you are looking for something a little bit outside of Vancouver.

  • 3/5 Brayanna W. 7 months ago on Google
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and cleaned in a timely manner. Bathroom was very small and hard to work with 3 people, also the air conditioner was very noisy. No openable window, 1 of the elevators was out of service, main hallways and the 1 operating elevator were very hot and the only ice machine was on the ground floor.

  • 1/5 Adekunle A. 7 months ago on Google
The front staff at this hotel is very rude. I had issues that I needed to cancel and he was very rude when listening to my request. Did not give me an option to talk to anyone. If this is the way staff treat people I struggle to imagine what the customer experience is like. Stay here at your own risk. I do not generally leave reviews because I know what it’s like to run a business but this was beyond unprofessional.

Awesome spot! I will definitely book here again for concerts or visits. The outdoor pool is nice with a very open relaxed feel, you can sunbathe and the staff are very friendly. A lot of hotels are super restrictive in Vancouver, so it was nice to be in one that is more guest friendly. It sucked we came at the same time a group of entitled hockey parents and their brats took over, but the hotel handled it pretty well.

This is not a bad place to stay. I used it for an overnight trip, as a place to stay at night. The room was clean, the area is reasonably quiet at night, and close to transit. Now, for my honest observations. This hotel is rather tired. The staff seem to be working to keep it clean, but the building is showing wear. The elevator is small, very warm and slow. The doors in the hallway are all scuffed, and the design is a bit dated. My room seems to have been partially renovated, with a vinyl plank flooring. The bathroom features a small, useless bath tub, complete with dated tile and discoloured grout. My bed was quite squeaky on one side. The windows have an aluminum security bar, which is nice, but doesn’t completely reassure me. There is no screen for the window, so you’ll roll the dice with insects if want fresh air. And finally, the staff weren’t the friendliest or most welcome. They did their jobs, but did not greet us warmly or go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Despite this, I would stay here again. The location is good, and I was really just looking for a clean place to stay after a long day on my feet, for a reasonable price. This fit that bill. It’s certainly no luxury or spa hotel, but those amenities might have been wasted on me this trip.

  • 5/5 Zohra S. 2 years ago on Google
The location is perfect. Everything is nearby and rooms are clean. The breakfast was ample. Though their customer service is questionable. This can be personal experience as well. The price is also a little towards the higher end. They have a pool which is a plus if you are into pool.

Incredible customer service! A+ Ramy at the front desk fixed an issue we had from Hotwire, which had our original room completely mixed up, and my wife, son, and I were squished in tiny double beds. Ramy got things sorted out and got us the perfect room for our family. We're so grateful! Thank you!!

Staying here overnight for my birthday and already front desk staff have been more than accommodating. We were able to check in one hour earlier than normal and was upgraded to a king jacuzzi suite. Thanks to the team for already exceeding my expectations!

  • 1/5 Gerald L. 2 years ago on Google
I’ve been here in the past and had good visits, up until my recent one. Recently I ordered a suite with a jacuzzi and to my surprise, I didn’t realize we didn’t get a room with a jacuzzi. The bathtub looked similair to a jacuzzi, but wasn’t one. We had paid for a jacuzzi and after asking for some sort of reimbursement for the mistake, we were told that their wasn’t anything they could do. So essentially they had scammed us into paying extra for a service we hadn’t even received. Not only did we not get reimbursed, but we also were blamed for not telling them sooner. I didn’t realize the mistake until after, as the tub looks very similar to the jacuzzi, unless you investigate closer. We weren’t planning on using it until the morning after, and so upon discovering we thought the very least they could of done is return the extra money I had paid for it. I enjoyed going here in the past, but I don’t plan on returning if they plan on scamming me of my hard earned money.

On the plus side, the room was clean and spacious. On the minus side, the bed was too soft, We felt the food was overpriced considering the portion size was small and the quality was poor. There was also a lack of hot water in the shower tap.

After a slight mix up with availability of our reserved room type upon check in, Cara and the front desk staff went above and beyond to resolve the situation and meet our needs. They showed a lot of understanding and compassion for a mom travelling with two children with a mix of mental health and medical issues, and made our weekend away a comfortable one!

  • 4/5 Joseph C. 2 years ago on Google
My first experience here was pretty good, all things considered. Room service is fast, the food from the restaurant is great, check in and check out is fast, plus every question I had was answered with enough clarity that I understood it. There definitely needs to be some maintenance for the rooms (wall damage was visible in several spots), and the wifi is, at times, spotty. I do wish I had been able to stay longer, as that was the most sleep I've had in quite a while. Will likely be back there again during off season.

Worst management ever. Horrific and inhumane treatment. Book at your own peril. Reserved 4 nights in a jacuzzi suite as "a quiet room to work in" while home renovation underway. Despite the mostly empty hotel, we were booked into a suite directly above one that was under renovation from early the next morning. Management: "You must be racist to complain." I've owned a hotel and a vacation rentals firm, and I'm Mètis. These people are ridiculous and don't deserve your patronage. Stay with nicer people who do. (Head Office did not even bother to respond to the subsequent complaint.)

No frills. They are able to charge a premium due to location. Definitely not a $350 a night place. Everything is dated with slow and musty elevator during the summer. $12 daily for parking. Maybe it was due to the long weekend with no reso that they were able to bump the rates

  • 3/5 Shea D. 1 year ago on Google
All in all, the hotel was pretty basic and, well, fine. We only stayed one night and the staff was friendly. The rooms are a little dated but still pretty clean and the space of each room is really nice. My biggest complaint is that the deposit required is just too much... It should never be over 50% of the room cost (maybe if it was a 4-5 star hotel?) Parking lot is a bit strange as Google really insisted on us taking the back entrance and we originally went in through the back door not really knowing any better. Not sure if I'd rush back but is a fine stay.

The room was clean. For me, that's enough to be "good". However, the room was poorly renovated. It's old and it shows. Broken floor boards, chipped mirror, and bubbling wallpaper, to give you some examples. The receptionist also mistakenly said that nobody would enter our room, so we would have to request service. That was wrong because housekeeping was in our room the next day. If you are looking for a clean room in that location, it's a good pick. Just don't go out of your way for it.

  • 4/5 Nina D. 1 year ago on Google
Nice hotel, restaurant food was terrific. The only thing I would say for the restaurant is to include salt and pepper with room service. My Mom doesn't enjoy anything until she's added salt and both nights it was not brought. So I had to get them to make another trip. But that's not a problem. I just felt that including salt, pepper, and other confiments automatically could avoid any further issues. Overall, a great hotel.

Building is quite old, but a reasonable 3 stars hotel. AC works very well and room is reasonably clean. Very rude staff at the front desk tho. When I checked out this morning, she was talking on the phone and didn’t even look up while I stood there waiting. Then I said thank you after I told her the room number and that I’m checking out, she just took my card and continued looking down doing her stuff. No customer service at all.

The hotel exterior and hallways are old but the room itself is really good. Very clean, a/c is cold for the summer, and I love the bed sheets and pillows. They are very comfortable and soft. It’s also near a skytrain stop.

We paid ~$600 for 2 nights after tax for a large suite (king bed) with NO windows or balcony. It had that stuffy old-building and cigarette smell to it. No way to air out the room since there were no windows. I guess I learned my lesson that even if you're spending a lot, you shouldn't assume your room will have a window that can open. For this price, I am never coming back.

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days whilst doing a training program for work. Not only did they misinform me about the date for check in, so arriving a day early they handed me the room key to then days later say they were not supposed to do that & they will be charging me $200 for ONE night for THEIR error. In a room which was never vaccumed, the fridge didn't even keep my food cold enough to avoid getting sick, the bedroom TV didn't work at all even though staff persisted it was just the remotes (yet 3 remotes later still no resolve). They wickedly overcharged for room service, I ordered 3 tacos & a margarita which were the hotels 'deal of the day' yet was charged a whopping $50...? This hotel WILL NOT be a place I am staying again, especially for what they are charging & the stress I got out of my stay. Truthfully one of the more stressful hotel experiences I have had.

Very nice suites. My room was a bedroom and a small living room with two TVs. However I was escorting a youth. And this youth was supposed to get their own room. The youth had no ID even though a credit card was used to book both rooms, they would not allow an 18 year old youth to have their own room. I called my supervisor, who called their district supervisor, but they would not understand our situation. At this price, one would hope a little understanding would be in order. While it does not affect the room quality, it did affect our stay in a negative. And it did make a youth feel unwelcome and unwanted. Not to mention singled out. And because of this I would not recommend this Hotel youth might need their own room.

Good place to stay. Close to Skytrain at Gilmore station. Suites have a comfortable sitting area. Tubs in the bathroom are large and have Jacuzzi circulation - great way to relax. Very reasonable price. Nice restaurant and bar on site with above-average quality food. Two-course meals $35 per person. Hot tub and pool are being renovated and should be ready March 2023. There is a modest exercise room but sufficient to get a good workout. The brand is very reliable. They have several hotels around Vancouver. I have stayed at two of them. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The staff were really awful. Extremely unfriendly and just stand around playing on their phones and gossiping. Mind you when my partner and I listened, it would seem they have every right to complain as the management/owners had been very abusive to some staff and the staff had decided to confront them. The rooms were very dirty with long black hairs in the sink and each time housekeeping attended. We were asked for a tip by the front desk who was complaining because we had left a large tip for the restaurant and he mentioned it was unfair. There were used tissues under our bed and the toilet did not flush properly.

The only reason this hotel gets 1 start and not zero stars is because the hotel restaurant room service was decent. I know a star has to be used to give a rating...No idea how this is a 3 star hotel on Google Staying at this hotel was the worst part of our vacation. The halls leading to the rooms are so small that several times it was difficult to get the luggage cart around the housekeeping carts. The suite we picked had a jetted tub, which was functioning but very dated - like the rest of the room. The shallow bathroom sink was hardly big enough to fit a hand under the faucet. The room felt very cramped. You also have to pay for parking in the hotel lot that is in need of repair. Instead of going on further, I will just say the hotel is outdated and if you have a family emergency and need to leave a night early they will not refund any amount because you prepaid on Expedia. I have never had any issue like this with another hotel paid for on Expedia. A rep from the app even called them and they wouldn't budge.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. They let kids run around screaming until 10pm because that’s when quiet time is, even tho this is a hotel NOT a playground! As someone who is only here for business as well as doing a couple university courses I’m angry that I’ve had to ask multiple times myself for the kids to stop, I’ve asked the front desk multiple times and nothing! So much for being able to focus in a hotel that’s meant to be quiet and professional! Not to mention the cleaning is absolutely horrible, nothing was actually cleaned properly, and throughout my stay the cleaning ladies fail to replace a lot of things like towels, soap, note pads, etc. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be advising my company to use alternative hotels as well. Seriously hate this place! And as someone who used to clean I know damn well it takes longer than 10 minutes to clean this size of a room. They’re always out in 10minutes or less…… and I’ve never seen a bed made so weirdly before. They don’t change the sheets unless you ask, I’m pretty sure they never wash the duvet even between each customer, there’s just 3 top sheets no fitted sheets and the mattress cover doesn’t even cover the entire bed! Place is gross and poorly run, staff are unable to help you with anything. The one day the lady at the desk was super sick and would sniffle and touch her nose and continue to touch everything else. Just gross! Response to management: families with children are no issue. A group of multiple children for a sports event that are not being told to stop running and screaming in the hallways for hours is a problem! Not once have I rushed a cleaning lady and there was only 1 time that I came back and they were in there I said take your time don’t worry I can wait and they were only in there for 10 minutes. From the look of the cleaning they have no attention to detail and don’t seem to care to try, I know the difference between allergies and having a cold, I personally struggle with chronic rhinitis and don’t come across as sick ever. From your reviews I can see you’re a terrible hotel and from your responses to complaints I can tell you do not care and make a thousand excuses rather than solving the problem. In my world I call that being cheap and cutting corners. DO BETTER!
