I love this gym. I am 64 and have been coming to this gym for 7 weeks. My mood and my fitness level have improved. The harder you work the more you get out of it. This is a fast paced 30 minute work out with trainers to help and encourage you throughout. If you have fitness goals, tell them before you get started and then work! I never knew how hitting something hard and repeatedly was so cathartic. Put a face on the bag! You will leave smiling every time.

30 Min Hit - Burnaby is very clean and safe. I feel comfortable working out here because I see the trainers frequently sanitizing the stations . Each hitter is two stations apart so physical distancing is not a problem. I love this gym and especially grateful that itโ€™s open so I have a place to de-stress and stay healthy! ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐ŸฅŠ

Id like to know where in the membership contract does it say that a member can only do the circuit once a day or where it says that a member cant bring their own resistance ankle band?? Ive gone through the contract several times and no where does it say that. Or is 30 min another bs franchise that makes the rules up as they go?

I've been a member for about two years I love the idea of a workout on 30 minutes you feel like you can totally do it and that motivates me to go. However the schedules are crazy and it is REALLY difficult to adjust. If you can't workout on the 8:30am to 1pm you can't go on a Friday and Saturdays the gym is FULL and they close at noon ! Who closes at noon on a weekend ?? No way to workout on a Sunday (closed), so that leaves you with Mon - Thursday and if you have any commitments then you end it up only working out 2 times. I had to supplement with another gym drop in for the days they close early or not open. I love this system I just wish I could go every day or at the very least 5 days a week without worrying about their hours.

I want to give 4.5 but I'm not allowed to give half stars! Pros: Fantastic trainers! Some give you more attention then others but if you want some feedback or want to try a different technique just ask the trainers working! Such a motivating environment and your heart rate reaches the fat burning zone quickly! This circuit style of training is really great for whole body cardio and conditioning! Based on my personal experience and results I highly recommended everyone to give this place a try! Also you feel really relaxed and safe (aka no guys checking you out since this is an all female gym)! Cons: The only complaint I have are the hours. I can only go 2-3 times a week as I either can't make it in the morning or can't make it in the evening due to work time constraints. Then on sundays the location is closed. So no complains on the workout or staff just the way the hours are laid out.

I like the Hit. I did my free trial today. However I'm struggling with their hours. It's not conducive to people who work a full time day job so I may have to find something that has hours before work and after And on weekends. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

I joined 30 Minute Hit in Burnaby this year and I think the staff, gym, and program are exceptional. - It is a clean, attractive, and well-kept facility. The trainers are friendly and helpful, providing input to improve my technique and pushing me to work hard. I walk out of each session feeling like I had a really great workout and a positive experience in my day. - The program is efficient and effective, and I get a lot done without the frustrations of waiting for equipment or planning a workout. - There is a lot of diversity in the ability levels of other gym members. As a beginner it did not feel intimidating. It's also really great (and encouraging!) to see women who are more advanced. Most importantly, the kickboxing workout is incredibly fun, and I can see improvements in my strength, fitness, and ability every week. Definitely recommend!

Love this gym!! Been going here for over almost 2 years. 30 minutes intense fun workout. Very safe environment with social distancing and plenty of hand sanitizing options. Being a new mom I want to get in and out quickly, efficiently and safely. The gym's current Covid safety precautions make me feel very comfortable. I will continue to come for many more years. Staff are really awesome!!

The ladies know their stuff and can give you great tips and corrections to improve your technique and stay injury free. I've been a member for 3 months and definitely feel stronger. I really appreciate the clean and comfortable changing room and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer, hand cream, face wipes etc. I mentioned once, just in passing, that the music was pretty blah and they have since started using a new mix- that was a really nice thing to do. Of course my favourite is letting Bob have it! Thanks Jessica, Christine and Olivia- you really know how to kick butt.

Love the workouts and atmosphere, only reason I gave 4 stars is for the hours, though I make it work, it makes for a lot of juggling and missed days as my hours are inconsistent! However it is a super motivating atmosphere, I would recommend 100%

I was very excited at my trial and seemed to be a great program for people with busy schedules, so I signed up for a month to month contract. I have tried canceling my month to month 3 times now and there are always excuses and they make it extremely difficult to cancel so it's a money trap. It's very disappointing since the reason why I did month to month was if I don't like it I could just cancel it. If you try to speak to them they just hide themselves behind a piece of paper and do not care of what the situation is. I was convinced to put a 3 month hold on my account, which I paid for, in case I changed my mind but this is a month to month agreement so there shouldn't be such things like holds or difficulty to cancel. After a couple of months I realized that the exercises get repetitive and there is no dynamic. There is one trainer at a time who's is doing everything from paperwork, housekeeping, trials, reception... so essentially they don't get to really train you. There is not a water fountain in the space so if you are thirsty you have to buy water bottles from them. Workout gyms should have water available by law. I was surprised they didn't. I also struggled with their hours. Although I tried my best it was almost impossible to attend on their limited hours. Make sure you check that before signing up. The gym is outdated but it's clean. Overall an expensive and disappointing experience. If I knew, I'd just have lost the money on my first attempt to cancel because in trying make it worth I lost even more.

I love this gym(best fitness circuit ever) Awesome trainers who give you energy and motivation and correct your techniques. Terry the manager is super nice and gives you confidence by the way she behaves. The gym itself is really clean and has very nice air conditioning and air circulation system . I have joined 30 min hit in July and my body has changed hugely. Thank you 30 min hit.โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

WOW. Went in for a free trial session, probably the best fitness circuit Iโ€™ve ever done. Amazing energy from the locations owner, Teri, and from the other trainer there. A very supportive environment, high energy and low pressure. Their membership applies to all locations at no additional fee (hello? Amazing), and has a range of commitment options. They go over the options with you in detail after your first session, and thereโ€™s no pressure to join right away. While a membership isnโ€™t realistic for me at this moment, I will be back because I have never gotten so much out of a 30 minute workout. Best value Iโ€™ve seen for any fitness class or specialized gym. Thank you Teri for the amazing orientation, I canโ€™t wait to join you guys in the future.

This place has become such a safe space for me to really work on building my strength and perfecting my technique. The trainers are bad ass and give me so much motivation!! I look forward to beating up BOB every time I come in! I love how fast the workout goes by, you are in and out before you know it and have done such an effective workout! I also love that some of the exercises are self defense techniques so I feel much more confident in my abilities to protect myself! Thanks ladies ๐Ÿ˜Š

I started at 30 Minute Hit (the Burnaby location specifically) in January and I LOVE IT! Not only is it a great workout....the staff are amazing. I was nervous to be in a group environment with everybody seeing me "suck" at kickboxing. The trainers are extremely encouraging and enthusiastic which gets you moving and stepping outside your comfort zone. B COVID, they also offered Hit Camps. You get together in a group and practice your current skills / learn new ones. Hopefully those will return when it's safe to do so! The staff are doing a wonderful job keeping the gym clean and making it a safe environment for everyone! I love my Hit workouts!

The gym is clean, and trainers wear PPE and maintain physical distancing. I am 100% comfortable working out in person, especially since trainers sanitize stations after every use. I missed Hit in person, and am so glad to be back! There is nothing better than this workout.

Love it! Nowhere else will I find an environment so welcoming, professional and motivating. 30 Minute Hit differs from the daunting commercialized studios all around, with trainers and other members there who actually care about your health and well-being. Having been at this gym for over 7 years, I still leave in heaps of sweat after each 30 minutes, but always with a smile on my face. I wouldnโ€™t hesitate to try this workout if youโ€™re thinking about it, just 30 minutes and more satisfying than a weekend brunch.

0 Star from me. Very bad experience at the burnaby Location. First I was not assisted as a beginner as advertised. They only do the trial session to get you. Then you're left to yourself, I was barely assisted. Second, I wanted to cancel my membership, they came up with so many excuses not to cancel it and get paid for the next month. The reason I wanted to cancel is because of their weird and hours.. zero flexibility. You need to make your schedule around their operating hours if you want to workout!! For details see my comment in recommendation section on their facebook page. Obviously I do not recommend

i love this gym, but yโ€™all really need to work on your hours.. closing at noon on a weekend is ridiculous, and for high schoolers, closing at 3:30 is SO INCONVENIENT. Other then that, itโ€™s an incredible workout and I LOVE the empowering sense of community!

I joined 30 Minute Hit years back and loved it. When I got injured I had to leave. I recently re-joined and am really enjoying it. It's an intense, 30 minute workout with various stations that hit every part of your body. You leave feeling refreshed and empowered. The trainers are amazing - they push and encourage you to achieve your best. I highly recommend you try it out!

I am so glad I signed up for 30 Minute Hit... this is definitely my type of workout: SHORT (only 30 minutes!), HIGH INTENSITY (I feel like I sweat as much as if I had climbed the Grouse Grind!), and MOTIVATING (thereโ€™s always a Trainer whoโ€™s there to watch, yell encouragement, and correct your boxing/kickboxing form)! On top of all of this, Iโ€™m thankful that 30 Minute Hit is designed for women only (I am easily self-conscious)... AND I get to learn self-defence techniques! One last note - they have multiple locations you can visit AND they have a little space to keep your kid(s) occupied for your 30 minute workout! Go check them out!

Iโ€™m new in Canada, and it was my first time trying a gym, let alone working out. The 30-minute HIT circuit was terrific! I had fun punching and kicking while also working on my whole body. I feel my body getting more robust every time I HIT. In addition, I like the fact that itโ€™s a womenโ€™s gym. Iโ€™ve met a new friend, and we became HIT buddies! Not to mention the trainers who are so patient and kind with new members, especially those who donโ€™t have experience (like me). Also, they encouraged us to push our limits and supported us in gaining better skills. Furthermore, the gym is so nice and has a welcoming environment! Even the washroom is lovely! I commend Teri (the owner) for having this excellent gym for women. In short, I would highly recommend 30 Min HIT with my friends! This is a great workout experience, plus youโ€™ll learn self-defense!

30 minute Burnaby is the best place to go. I would recommend to any ladies out there who want to join this place of workout. You see results in months. 30 minute hit is my sanctuary where you let your frustrations out and at the end of the circuit you let bob have it, and in just 30 minutes of workout you will feel. Wouldnโ€™t have gone to any other gym thank you 30 minute Burnaby. ๐Ÿ˜

30 minute hit is such a good workout! It's challenging and there's variations to make the exercises harder as you get more experience. The trainers are really motivating and great at teaching you how to do the moves properly. There's a little area to bring your child as well if needed, which I appreciate!

I had the opportunity to train at 30 minutes Hit for a year and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The workout sessions are only 30 minutes long, making them perfect for my busy schedules. The gym itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary equipment for a great workout. The trainers are professional, and encouraging. Overall, I highly recommend 30 minutes hit for anyone looking to improve their boxing skills or get in great shape by a quick, high-intensity workout.

I was looking for a sustainable way to be active. The 30 Minute Hit Burnaby has been one of the best places to be to get active and moving during covid, as they make sure you feel safe working out through their social distancing and cleaning protocols. The trainers are very diligent at wiping stations once you are done. I love how my workout is done in 30 minutes given I have errands line up day to day. How I wish they also open in the morning on tuesdays/thursdays. Other than the limited hours, I am a happy client. The trainers are friendly, helpful, and diligent to watch and correct your technique & stance.

I joined the HIT Burnaby location in 2018 and to this day do not regret my decision to join this womenโ€™s only gym. Itโ€™s the best investment that I could have made for myself. The trainers are fantastic and motivate you to push yourself to work your hardest to have the best workout possible. During these unprecedented times I missed working out at the gym, thankfully HIT created a home workout while they were closed, however nothing beats hitting the bags in person! The remote check-in is quick and easy and there is more than 2 meters between each member when itโ€™s your turn to start your workout. Each station is wiped down after use, trainers use masks, making it a safe and healthy environment for working out. I feel safer working out at the HIT than I do at a grocery store. Nothing is better than starting your day off right with a 30 minute workout or ending a stressful work day hitting the bags! I highly recommend the HIT to anyone looking to invest in themselves!

I joined 30 Minute Hit three months ago and I love it! I love the way it makes me feel, I feel stronger and healthier already. I also feel safe with their Covid protocols, trainers wear appropriate PPE, they sanitize each station after use and physical distancing is ensured by having an empty space between each station. Teri and the staff are great, very friendly and motivating!

Today was my first day back in the circuit since the start of Covid and boy was I ever blown away by the cleanliness and safety measures taken by Teri and her staff to ensure I got a good safe workout. Teri's gym has always been very clean but today showed that even more. The girls working out always have an empty station between them, which gives more than 6 feet distance apart, and the trainer is constantly wiping down each station with sanitizer after each use, so there is peace of mind knowing you get a clean station every time. Everyone uses a towel to lay on, and the gloves stay on during the full workout so you know nothing is being touched and no germs are spreading. I am 5 months pregnant, and felt totally safe and comfortable using this location, and can't wait for my next workout!! Thanks for everything you do for your members during this time!!

I joined the circuit last month and I need to say, I feel so SAFE and STRONG there!! The staff are amazing and the safety measurement excellent! The stations are always clean and sanitize, and the distance is usually more than 6 feet apart. It's definitely the best way to work out and de-stress! I'm so glad its open!!!

I joined 2 months ago and been going at least 3 times a week. It works really well for me that I get a great workout in 30 minutes and feel energized afterwards. The trainers, Nicole and Olivia, have been caring, motivating and helping me push myself harder. The Advantage Muay Thai and Fitness Trainers are extremely encouraging and motivating, to a degree that you will end up developing a passion to participate in their HIIT and or Muay Thai classes. You will definitely see positive results. The Advantage Muay Thai and Fitness trainers and members train in this respectful environment that is welcoming of all ages and fitness levels in all of their HIIT and Muay Thai classes. My children and I have all trained here for a number of years and have never gotten tired of training at this facility, we have actually gotten more enthused to attend even more of Advantage Fitness classes. I joined Hit after a friend highly recommended it. I have not looked back since! The drop in format amazing... no times/ schedules etc. Just show up and HIT. The online Hit at Home is amazing for the days I cant physically make it in to the gym. In a short time I have seen my strength and mood change, which not having been to a gym in a LONG time, was an amazing feeling. I highly recommend this place and thank my friend for showing me how this is not the typical gym environment I was worried about. All of the trainers are friendly and always there to assist and push you forward to your next goal (they might not think I appreciate them... but I do...) Thank you 30 Min Hit Burnaby for bringing me back to life and helping me become healthy for my family!!

I did a free trial and fell in love. I've been living in the Brentwood area for over 6 years and I walked in front of the location multiple times. I wish I would have tried it earlier. The circuit is efficient. The 30 minute HIT style is motivating and helps stay focus with your workout. The trainers are attentive and they keep you on your game. This is the kind of workouts I've been looking for. I'm so happy I joined and you will be too once you try it. The hours are different then a regular gym, but I feel they are realistic to what women are able to include in their busy schedule. I'm looking forward to HIT my goals with Teri and her team in my corner.

I was a previous member of 30 Minute Hit and took a 10 year break due to my busy schedule. I am finally back and loving every minute of it. All the coaches are great at pushing you to your full potential and lending you lots of great advice to make the best out of your experience. Itโ€™s a great workout with kids as itโ€™s only 30 minutes!

I became a member last week after my trial session and have enjoyed it so much Iโ€™ve gone every day so far! I love that itโ€™s only 30mins (who has time for longer with work and kids!), drop in (no need to sign up or wait for a class!) and all women (of all ages and fitness levels). The trainers Iโ€™ve met so far (April and Vanessa) have been absolutely fantastic- they have given me a lot of 1-1 support, tips and encouragement. I leave feeling inspired and excited about the next session!

I started HIT approximately 1.5 months ago and I love it! Once you start you want to HIT more. The workout is great, intense, and is exactly what my body needs. The trainers are AMAZING! I love how they are always in the floor helping us to do better every time and to keep going. HIT has not only helping me with a workout to get fit but it helps mentally to decompress from a stressful day and motivates me to keep challenging myself. You should try!

Great location with very supportive trainers! I've been a member for quite a few months now and every time I go, the trainers are so welcoming and they create a safe space for everyone to work out and do their best. The facility is consistently tidy and clean as well. The 30 minute circuit is effective in helping me gain strength, and I feel a difference even at least going twice a week. Once you start the circuit you just forget any stress you may be feeling. Highly recommend to give 30 minute hit a try!

I recently joined 30 Minute HIT and it's been a great experience! The staff are very welcoming and the trainers offer that nice balance of providing encouragement and challenge to the workout. I also really appreciate the instruction provided to help learn the techniques correctly. Making a commitment to these workouts isn't easy for me because I'm new to having an exercise routine but what keeps motivating me to go back is how great I feel at the end of the 30 minutes.

I really love to workout at 30 Minute Hit, and I have been a member since 2014. The Trainers and Owner Teri at the Burnaby location are friendly, supportive and they like to challenge you by showing different combinations or variations at the stations. Itโ€™s an intense workout but itโ€™s fun, only 30 minutes long, and leaves you feeling empowered!

Honestly if I could I would give them no stars. This is probably one of the worse experiences I've had at a gym ever. Firstly, all the trainers are on different pages. They all tell you to stand differently etc and contradict on another. Also if they try to make you sign a contract make sure you read it. I have maybe used a handful of sessions and stopped going and have tried multiple times over the year to cancel but guess what they won't let you. I've tried to explain that a student who pays for collage and is struggling with money, especially now with COVID, that I cannot afford this but they do not care. Another super frustrating thing is that they are trying to get me to pay for the 2 months where they were closed due to covid. It's a global pandemic how is it my fault that non-essential businesses were mandated to shut down. Why should I have to pay for that unforeseen event? Oh and if you want to put your membership on hold for whatever reason, you also have to pay to do that. Literally bleeding my hard earned money into a scam of a business. Super frustrated with this company and have never resorted to writing a review ever but thought I should do someone the curtesy and warn them before 30 Minute Hit bleeds them dry as well.

The hours are terrible, I can hustle and get some classes in, but no access on Sunday and holidays is annoying since I usually have those days off...no classes Tuesday and Thursday morning. Closing at 1 on Fridays and Saturdays. My biggest annoyance is that I asked to take my daughters membership and add on to mine time which means they have me for 3 years instead of 2 so they are out no money, and I can hustle the operating hours because I drive. school hours/homework and construction influx next to my hours at work my daughter needed to bus there to continue using her membership, 3 hours of time for a 30 minute workout... Who has that kind of spare time these days. They said No! So now we pay monthly and don't use the facility, we found a place walking distance from home and it's working out well. Honestly in good faith I would have continued after my contract, the class is great and I drive and can squeeze time But as they chose to say No to my request shows there is no good faith in their business so they can swallow my money til the contracts run out, and no one I know will walk through there doors

Trainers at this location are knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to help me advance and challenge myself. Absolutely must try gym if you're on the fence. The staff at Advantage are simply amazing and focused on you bettering yourself. Adrian the owner is extremely welcoming and caring to new members. The rest of the team, Claudia and Julien are equally as amazing. I started here last year in October to simply ''try it out'' I never looked back and signed up after my free trial. Got my friend to try it out and we've been going ever since and have no plans to leave anytime soon. If you're someone who's never touched a pad or thrown any kind of strike, please consider giving this place a shot you won't regret it.

I have trained for roughly 15 years spread across 3 other martial art schools in the city and none of them come close to matching the training here at Advantage. The training is hard, but you can feel a noticeable difference in your own personal growth at the end of each class. Furthermore, Adrian is always changing, adapting, and updating the curriculum to be relevant and challenging. I am currently in the best shape of my life and I owe that to Advantage. Thank you!

Simply put, Advantage is amazing! Not only does is it have a great selection of classes, exceptional staff and a great facility, it is a place for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. Members train hard and respect the shared space and each other - which is not always easy to find. If you take fitness seriously and are busy, want to train in a challenging and efficient manner with a really great group of people, joining Advantage is the best thing you could do. I love it!

I really canโ€™t emphasize enough how excellent the facility and trainers are at Advantage. After a 2 year battle with a herniated disc and chronic back pain, I finally made the decision to start training at Advantage and I can easily say it was the best decision Iโ€™ve ever made for my physical and mental health. Adrian and Megan took the time to modify exercises for me and gave me the encouragement and motivation I needed to overcome my injury. I have since fully rehabilitated my back and can once again train at the high intensity that Iโ€™m used to and I owe it all to Adrian and Megan. If youโ€™re looking for an exceptional facility, fast-paced and fun atmosphere and a constant challenge then you should definitely consider training at Advantage.

Before coming to Advantage, I had never done any martial arts classes before so I was a little bit shy & apprehensive at first. However, all those feelings soon fell away when I met Adrian & started my first Muay Thai class. His teaching style is easy to understand & he was patient with me as a total beginner. As I improve, Adrian always finds the time to let me know if I should correct or refine my technique, and always does so in an encouraging way. Since starting at Advantage in March, I've since taken pretty much every class, from HIIT Bootcamp, Kickboxing, and Conditioning, & even a private session. The community and environment he's created is so encouraging. I look forward to every class I get to take!

I have moved around a lot and been a member to many gyms, I've trained in various martial arts. Advantage Fitness is by far the best studio I have ever trained, Adrian tailors his specific workouts to target the people in the class and really works with every person individually to make sure you achieve your desired goals. I have been injured for years and have tried many different approaches to get back in training and only after his boot camp did my body start responding to the training, I told Adrian what issues I was having and he explained the different workouts and variations to get conditioned enough over time and be able to fully take advantage of the whole workout. Absolutely the best gym/studio there is, even if you are in shape and train everyday, you can improve your personal performance through these workouts, and if you aren't in shape, you will get in shape, guaranteed results, different classes and programs to choose from and great people. You can get fit, learn to defend yourself, if your an athlete, your performance will exponentially improve and the atmosphere is always everyone helping everyone, no show offs, no pressure. Advantage fitness is where you go to improve yourself (mind, body, spirit)period, if that's not what you want, go to your local gym., Adrian, thank you for all your help, I appreciate it, my body appreciates it and my work appreciates it. Advantage for your life, that's where the name comes from.

I canโ€™t get enough of the Muay Thai, Adrian teaches it like the real Thai style training. Everyone here really checks his or her ego at the door, which makes the Mauy Thai here so contagious. Advantage is a great place to train, I love the Muay Thai itโ€™s rigorous and the sport performance program is accommodating to everything I do from soccer, hockey and Muay Thai. I can honestly feel and see the difference when doing the sport-training program. The sports performance class really takes me to the next level with state of art equipment, plyometric, and dynamic movement exercises.

I was very new to Muay Thai, I had only 2 months of experience prior to coming to Advantage fitness. As a beginner, I would say that this gym cater's well to the inexperienced, Adrian is a great person to work with and he will be more than happy to help you get up to speed. He will help you with your form which will let you use proper technique, and develop speed which in turn will automatically lead to a more powerful strike. If you have any questions just ask, everyone's been a beginner at one point or another so you don't have to worry about sounding silly or not being good enough. And if you stick with it long enough, you'll get to know the core group that attends regularly and before you know it you'll feel right at home. They are workout machines and also very personable, it's the perfect combination for training! I had a great time getting to know and training with everyone, Im going to miss it here for sure. This is a super clean gym and the environment here is great. You'll have no choice but to get in better shape simply by participating in the class, and it's easy to do because the people in the class are all really friendly and helpful as well. It's go at your pace but you will be encouraged to give it your all every time. Remember what you put into it is what you get out of it. There's always something else that you can learn/improve on as you work with different people, so I would say, whatever your level of understanding, you can benefit from coming to advantage fitness and training with Adrian and everyone else at the gym. So if you do decided to check out Advantage fitness just remember to give it your all, keep it in control, be respectful, and have fun! You won't regret it, unless you absolutely hate sweating.

Over the last eleven months I have been training in mostly the Muay Thai Program at Advantage Fitness. Upon entering the facility for the first time, I was welcomed into a warm, friendly "ego-less" environment. Right away I felt comfortable to train there thanks to my fellow students as well as the head instructor. The Muay Thai program itself is amazing. It is true, authentic Muay Thai. Over these last eleven months, I have felt my Thai boxing skill improve drastically. We are taught to properly hold pads (which is an art-form in and of itself), as well as how to properly spar without the worry of getting injured! Each class is different from the previous one, which is great for us students as it always keeps us on our toes knowing that every day will be something new and exciting. Advantage Fitness' conditioning classes are amazing as well. Though I have only attended a handful of these, it is amazing how awesome you feel after completing the rigorous yet fun circuit exercises. I recommend Advantage Fitness to anyone of any age, and any skill level. If you're looking to just get in shape, or to learn the art of Muay Thai in the true Thai way, this is the place to be!

I have been training in Muay Thai with Advantage for the last two years and its been a great learning experience! Classes are taught for all levels and for all different backgrounds in martial arts in mind. Advantage teaches Muay Thai in its original art form, with the highly technical moves broken down clearly and precisely in a safe, effective manner; making it easy to understand and execute. It is a perfect combination of a mind / body workout in a CLEAN, state of the art facility!

I donโ€™t need to schedule a time, just show up and start the circuit. Thereโ€™s also a safe space for babies/kids with some toys.
