Like
most
people,
I
use
the
gym
because
it's
in
my
neighborhood.
Yes
the
equipment
isn't
overly
modern,
and
I
actually
dont
mind
the
low
ceilings.
The
women's
only
section
has
everything
I
need,
although
it
is
kinda
chilly
in
the
winter.
The
room
where
they
hold
classes
is
massive,
and
certain
classes
get
very
busy.
The
staff
are
not
properly
trained,
usually
don't
know
what
they're
talking
about,
and
don't
go
out
of
their
way
to
be
warm
or
welcoming.
I
have
trained
with
2
personal
trainers
because
it
was
offered
for
free
for
me.
I
think
their
names
were
Chris
and
Haylee.
Both
trainers
were
very
good,
and
I
would
train
with
them
in
a
heartbeat
albeit
the
price.
Drop
$500-1000
on
a
handful
of
sessions?
If
I
made
60k
a
year,
sure!
What
they
charge
for
personal
training
is
inaccessible
for
many.
One
of
the
managers
who
spoke
with
me
after
Haylee's
session
was
extremely
pushy
and
asked
me
very
personal
questions
about
my
financial
business.
Inappropriate!
I
haven't
tried
the
pool
yet
because
the
days
alternate
from
women,
then
then
next
day
men,
and
so
on.
Sunday's
are
a
unisex
day.
The
parking
lot-
good
luck
finding
a
spot.
I've
always
just
walked
and
when
I'm
approaching
the
building,
there's
at
least
2
or
3
cars
looking
for
a
spot.
This
location
is
the
original
Steve
Nash.
Personally,
I
don't
mind
that
it's
smaller
and
lower
ceilings,
makes
it
feel
more
cozy
to
me.
I've
been
to
the
one
in
Victoria
and
it's
huge
and
lots
of
space
and
that
honestly
made
me
feel
more
vulnerable/exposed.
This
location
could
honestly
be
great.
In
this
case
it's
about
the
people
in
the
community.
If
the
staff
took
the
time
to
acknowledge
clients,
maybe
even
learn
their
names,
and
were
more
communicative...
This
place
could
become
more
like
a
community/family.
At
the
end
of
the
day
it's
about
how
people
are
treated.
Being
helpful
and
compassionate
goes
a
lot
way.
It's
too
bad
cancelling
the
membership
sounds
like
a
horrible
process.
If
the
time
comes,
I
will
be
sure
to
be
very
thorough
and
even
get
a
new
debit
card
so
I'm
not
charged
unneccessarily.
If
I
could
make
a
suggestion
to
this
specific
gym,
I
would
say
be
less
corporatey,
and
become
more
customer
oriented.
