this
gym
is
the
best
thing
that
I've
done
for
my
fitness
in
the
last
ten
years
-
I
can't
recommend
it
enough.
The
trainers
know
you
by
name
and
support
you
in
achieving
your
fitness
goals,
including
helping
to
scale
or
change
workouts
for
you
on
the
fly
if
you
can't
do
the
exercises.
I
know
that
every
class
I
attend
is
going
to
be
a
workout
that's
just
right
for
my
current
fitness
level
and
that
I'll
be
encouraged
to
challenge
myself.
They
also
have
a
fantastic
group
of
physios,
massage
therapists,
and
the
like
that
can
help
you
resolve
and
recover
from
injuries.
Having
the
physios
in
the
gym
is
super
helpful
too
because
you
can
get
targeted
exercises
and
guidance
for
how
to
do
or
scale
(down
difficulty)
class
movements.
Your
physio
can
talk
with
the
trainers
about
your
injury
so
that
the
trainers
know
how
to
adjust
the
workouts.
The
community
among
the
class
attendees
is
very
welcoming
to
new
folks
and
very
encouraging.
There's
not
a
culture
of
machismo
or
mocking
people
who
can't
do
the
workout
-
everyone
is
there
to
get
a
little
better
every
day
and
encourage
one
another
on
the
way.
I'm
rebuilding
strength
after
a
significant
series
of
injuries
and
the
community
and
trainers
have
been
nothing
but
encouraging
as
I
build
up
from
small
weights
and
careful
movements.
There's
also
two
friendly
huskies
who
hang
around
the
gym
and
add
to
the
good
vibes.
Overall
I
love
coming
here.
Cat
and
Daniel
are
fantastic,
they've
build
a
fantastic
team
and
culture,
and
they've
made
the
biggest
positive
in
my
fitness
in
the
last
decade.
This
place
is
awesome
and
you
should
join!
