    I have been attending different bootcamps for years now and started with Danny in January. I always look forward to class as every workout is different, so you never get bored and he makes it fun. Danny is knowledgeable regarding fitness and nutrition so you know you are in good hands with him as a trainer. Highly recommend. Nice guy, hard working and good at what he does!

    This class has honestly been life changing. I found it during COVID when my yoga studio was shut down, and I'm so glad I did! Our trainer Danny is the best trainer I've ever had. He has pushed me, and because of him I'm in the best shape of my life. Workouts are fun, motivating and he always manages to keep things interesting. I train 4 days a week and look forward to every workout :) THANKS DANNY!

    A fun and informative fitness class geared to all fitness levels. The trainer, Danny Corey is full of helpful tips and will provide the attention you need to help you reach your goals....provided you show up of course. And if you do show up, you will not be disappointed. If you're willing to put in the work, Danny will get you to where you want to be. And you'll have lots of laughs while he's helping you reach your health and fitness goals. Maybe I'll see you there. Tina

    Danny is awesome, hes always so positive and welcoming which makes working out fun. He helps you with your goals and motivates you til you achieve them. I truly enjoy coming more than going to the gym or being part of any other workout type of class. You won't go wrong being part of Danny's fitness bootcamp. Ps. He sometimes bring healthy, nutritional and delicious snacks (which he bakes himself) talk about winning! Thanks Danny!!!

    Excellent workouts. Danny brings a great deal of knowledge to the class. Workouts are always different, informative and always enjoyable. Back after 11 months of being away. New exercises are fantastic. Danny makes the workouts interesting and creates a safe knowledge filled hour of pushing your limits without injury.

    Great exercises. Danny is always finding new ways to make the workouts challenging and fun at the same time. I appreciate how informative he can be, teaching us rather than telling us. He also does a great job motivating you rather making you feel forced to do something. I’ve only gone for a month now and Im shocked by the results I’m seeing. Not only do I notice an increase in strength but flexibility as well. Highly recommend.

    Always fun. Always challenging. Always something new! Danny is the best. Very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain all exercises and benefits in terms everyone can understand. Helpful, encouraging and pushes when its needed. After a year doing his classes I feel 100% fitter than when I started. Thanks Danny, your a real Peach!

    I have been training with Danny since October 2021 and I cannot adequately describe the difference his Boot Camp has made in my life. Boot Camp has helped me both physically and mentally. Physically I am losing weight but more importantly I am gaining lean muscle mass. All those repetitive muscle aches and pains I was getting sitting at my computer terminal for long periods of time have disappeared and as a result, I am more active and don't hurt anymore when I do things like throw a tennis ball for my dog. Seriously, before boot camp, I couldn't throw a ball overhand because of the pain in my shoulder,. Now, while not a reliever for the Blue Jays, I can again throw a ball far enough that my dog actually gets a bit of a run. More importantly, I don't hurt. With respect to mentally, I just feel much better about myself and that has been worth all the effort. Danny is extremely supportive and ensures that the exercises he assigns are done safely for your fitness/ability level. The classes are both challenging and as the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and non judgmental, they are a lot of fun too. Each class is different and Danny really does a good job ensuring all your muscle groups are targeted over the course of the various sessions. I just can't say enough positive about Boot Camp.     I have been training with Danny for 5 months. He is the one of the best trainers I have trained with, wish I had discovered the bootcamp earlier. He motivates you, shared his knowledge about nutrition and pushes you. I couldn’t have survived 2020 without the bootcamp. I feel very strong and healthy, thanks to the carefully crafted workouts by Danny. Great group of people and amazing trainer. Wish I could take you all to Calgary with me! Will miss working out with the team. Thank you Danny, keep up the great work!

    Danny’s boot camp has been awesome! I started out with a 6 week spring challenge and saw immediate results. I’ve come away from class stronger, fitter and more motivated to stay healthy. Danny is very welcoming, motivational and knowledgeable. Come on Monday’s and you might be surprised with yummy, healthy muffins😊
