Very nice modern coffee shop with some delicious looking baked goods and decent sized coffee menu. Decorations are very sleek and modern, I would definitely come here to meet with friends or work. I got the lavender latte which has a hint of lavender flavor which I never thought would go great with coffee but it was was quite good! It wasn't very busy and the service was quick.

My opinion: Pros: The place is spacious and most of the time they’re not busy (I normally went here around 5:30pm-6:30pm). Staffs are nice. I like the seating area, the design of both chairs and tables looks nice. Cons: they will turn off the lights instead of letting you know they’re closing. (I witnesses it like four times I think) Not big deal for me but its really funny though 😂 i used to work in fast food and I understand its really tough to close the whole store by yourself. Still five stars for me 😉 Place: very spacious (maybe bec of pandemic?). Chairs and ceiling designs are pretty good for me ;) Food taste: I’m not that fan of cafe’s food but drinks are sometimes well blended and sometimes icy Service: nice employees but works alone so pretty challenge for them to close the whole cafe by themselves Price: its a standard cafe price like Starbucks, Blenz etc

I like the location, the cafe is spacious, they have also set tables outside. I found it very noisy though. I think it is a place to go with friends to chat and enjoy drinking a coffeeand not a place to take your laptop to get some work done.

Went to pick up an order for the customer. Wait for a while,then the girl who work there said she needs to call the customer to cancel the order due to no ingredients to make it. Wasting so much time just so she could tell me she needs to cancel an order. To the owner, why do you put only one person working there in the morning? It's not like she's super fast. One customer just walked out . Do better!

Not worth the wait. Customer service is fine, frapps are good, food is good. My problem is there is only one person behind the counter. A shortliecan take up to 10 minutes. Wishing there was a second person.

Ok listen, waves is my favorite coffee house. Their caramel machiato is worth every penny. I go there at least twice a week. Plus it's right across my office in Edmonds. I totally recommend 100%

i went in to here on a whim, craving some hot chocolate. i was a bit confused by the menu, but two great baristas, adam and nico, told me about their different flavours of hot chocolate and guided me through the menu. the place was very clean and the ambience was very friendly and kind. thank you so much adam and nico to a great experience!

We came here for a quick bite, and coffee. The calzone we tried was ice cold in the middle. They also failed to call us over so im not sure how long our food was on the pass for. I usually have a good time at waves, so it was just newbies handling this store.

Good coffee shop if you wanna get your order wrong! So great, I go in there, order my Caramel FrappEh and get a coffee frappeh with no whip (which I asked for), I should have asked for a refund but I didn’t, I was already late for my appointment I had. I was wanting to get a coffee quickly but it doesn’t help when there’s folks ahead of me making a kerfluffle about change back! Not impressed by this Waves. Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Great place to chill, work, and hang out with friends. Food here is great. The coffee that I am usually ordered has always been amazing. Great place over all- 4 stars.

Prices are on the higher end with a medium-sized hot chocolate totalling to almost $6. Staff are friendly and professional. Ambience is nice with a high-ceiling. My only complaint is the exceptionally poor wifi service. The reason I went to Waves coffee is to enjoy a hot drink while focusing on some school work, but every few minutes the wifi will disconnect and cut-out. This does not have to do with my device as I do not have this issue elsewhere. I am deterred from coming back because of this specific problem. Otherwise, as a basic coffee shop to meet with friends or family, it is a fair location. I do not recommend this place as a place to sit and browse the internet or study due to significant wifi connectivity issues.

This is a fantastic café with quality atmosphere, breakfast options and drinks! We ordered matcha white chocolate, which was very subtly sweet, a black coffee, which was prepared perfectly and a refreshing pink lemonade, which was tart and crisp. I also recommend the lemon scone, which was not too sweet as well. Note that I dropped the drink and got a free replacement, despite it being my fault. That's just instant 5 stars. Great rooibos drinks here. I’m a fan of the symphony drink both hot and iced. Today was a hot day - so iced it is! The breakfast croissant was flaky and tasty.

I decided to try Waves as its very close to my apartment. It was a nice shop inside. Easy menu to read and order from. No complicated menu items. There was one person working who was taking orders and making drinks. It wasn't busy but if a group of people walked in you'd have to wait a bit for your drink. I decided to forgo coffee today and try the rose petal lemonade. Nothing special in my opinion. It tasted like regular lemonade which was lightly sweetened. I do plan on going back to try the coffee or espresso drink. Hopefully its better than the rose petal lemonade.

The staff are super friendly. The selection is good no GF treats to go with you latte. Prices are moderate. The coffee kinda taste like Tim Hortons barely drink able ( decaf with soy)

Just okay. Bathroom is not well kept up—it’s clean, but the furnishings show a lot of wear. Pastry selection when I was there was pretty limited. Loud. Fine to get a drink and sit, lots of space in the morning, but if you are looking to do a little work, not really that great.

A chill place to have your morning coffee and to get some work done. The music adds well to the serene ambiance. The butter croissant is fresh and the dark roast is decent as well. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We are force to get the same order which is caramel frappe ,the bartender told us that they already washed their blender (my husband is craving for mocha frappe but we just said yes just to end the conversation).I don't like that,customer should have the rights to decide about his or her order .Good thing is they upgraded the size of our order from medium to regular drinks but I'm not impressed though

Amazing! Nicely packaged and professional service during COVID-19. Hot and delicious breakfast sandwich and the iced hot chocolate is incredible. First time trying Waves and I’ll definitely order again from Uber Eats.

I have supported the Waves brand for years, normally their service matches the quality of their product. This location has outdoor seating and refused a paying customer the use of their bathroom. "No exceptions. " I was told explicitly even after admitting the direness of my situation. I will never support this establishment based on their poor business practices and the public should be aware.

Coffee tasted good but wasn’t as hot as many other shops are. It might have been a touch too much milk but the value of 8oz size just didn’t seem worth it. The chairs and seats all seemed to be moved outside.
