The bread in their sandwiches is delicious! It's crunchy without being hard. Loved the ham and bacon one!

This is my favourite bubble tea spot in the city. They have a large menu that’s very customizable. Their fruity drinks use purées instead of syrups which makes it taste extra refreshing! I especially recommend their avocado sandwich, mango green tea, and rose honey milk tea (see picture). Be sure to sign up for their stamp program if you’re a frequent customer.

What a treat! I got a red bean & matcha Belgian waffle, and I loved every bite. Cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. I spent a bit more than I was hoping for, but it was not a big deal.

Omg, this place is a total hidden gem, the costumer service is good, the food is amazing, me and my friend got the milk tea bingsoo, and I got a jeju island drink with mango jelly, and everything was so cute and tasty. The entire vibe of the Cafe is so cozy, it's got good music playing and nice seating, they also have outdoor seating and it's generally pretty quiet (at least when me and my friend went, around 4 on a Wednesday) I highly suggest this place, especially if your going with friends or even to study and relax ♡♡ :))

My family and I got some sandwiches and drinks to go today and they were all so delicious. The bread was perfectly crispy and all the flavours went together so well! The portion size is very good, I’d say that they’re just enough to feel full but not too stuffed. My personal favourite was the ham and bacon sandwich. The drinks were delicious as well but the sandwiches really stole the spotlight. Thanks tealips cafe! We’ll come visit again :)) <3

We wanted to have coffee and were looking for a coffee shop and found this place open. Lot of other coffee shops were close. We ordered Avocado sandwich as which was delicious and ginger lemon honey tea and London fog they tasted yummy especially ginger lemon honey tea. We loved their interior. It's small Cafe but well kept and nice vibe. Would want to come back for some waffles.

Very cute environment with peaceful ambient music and a comfortable environment. The chocolate and nuts Brussels waffle was crispy and a nice blend of chocolate, ice cream and waffle. Will be back in the future!

This milktea specialty cafe has reasonable price and very convenient for residents in the Highgate area. Its customers are not only Asians but from many different cultures. In addition to milk tea, it also has many other drinks as well as light meals. We recommend you give it a try if you live around the area.

Cute little cafe serving varieties of drink and dessert options. Tried the cookie monster waffle, the presentation and the dessert was on point. Tried a hazel nut iced latte. Overall a pleasant and nice experience

I love coming here! The staff are always so sweet and so are their waffles! I swear they use the most sweet and perfect berries. I always come here when I need a pick me up and it never misses. Would like to try the bingsu next. Keep up the great work everyone 💕

We had the milk tea bingsoo and it was so refreshing and tasty! Highly recommend this cute little cafe. Also got the brown sugar milk tea and just hits the spot just right! The tea flavor is very good here!

A nice place for a quick bite and drinks. The place sells variety of drinks and food which are unique. Price is reflected as such and some menu may take awhile to be prepared. The place feels small but somewhat plenty of seatings.

I had the BLT sandwich, and it tasted awesome! The bubble tea was okay. It's a great place to be working as there is free wifi, nice seating, big windows for lighting and a friendly environment.

The food is good, but no service for dine in. You have to listen to the staff carefully. Otherwise you can not get your waffles even the ice cream already melted. The tea caps not covered well. We scalded ourselves when we try to lift up the cup. Also they had see the situation, but no one cares lol. Not recommended, especially if you have kids.

A few days ago, I've got a strawberry bingsoo and a raspberry chocolate crunch with pearl and aloe vera in this cafe. I come by here often during the breaks and everything here feels really nice. The atmosphere, staff, and food here definitely worth a visit! Overall, highly recommended!

Ordered Milk Tea Bingsoo, the designs so cute and it has the finest shaved ice I've tried! Melts in my mouth like cotton candy. The toppings also add a great touch to the Bingsoo.

Tealips Cafe is a charming bubble tea shop by Highgate Village in Burnaby. We dropped by Tealips with some friends for dessert. My daughter ordered a Honeydew Smoothie and I ordered the Milk Tea Bingsoo. The Milk Tea Bingsoo had a little animal head shaped into the shaved ice as well as a paw print that was made of pudding; it was as tasty as it was adorable to look at. I could definitely taste the Milk Tea flavor in the shaved ice and loved all the toppings that adorned it. Honeydew Smoothie seems to be a winner for our daughter wherever we go, and this one was no exception to the rule. Service: Good Parking: 30 minute parking outside the shop. Free parking (longer than 30 minutes if you walk just a bit further down the street) Location: 7139 Arcola Way, Burnaby

Never heard of Tealips Cafe but we were looking for a BBT spot. Strangest thing I've seen with the time limits. Waffles only served until 8:30pm, artisan sandwiches and bingsoo until 8:00pm. - 2x Waffle pop combo - strawberry mango fresh fruit slush ($6.75), tea jelly ($0.60) and raspberry liege waffle ($2.50). Other combo was lychee fresh fruit slush ($6.50) with pearls ($0.30), white pearls ($0.40) and mango jelly ($0.30). He opted for the milky matcha liege waffle ($2.50). The waffles were bad; dry, dense and didn't taste fresh. Sauces were very generic. Drinks were slightly better. Fairly generous with the toppings. Nothing out of the ordinary at TC. 2.5 stars.

I ordered the sweet potato latte through FanTuan with a note to remove the foam, and I received a 3/4 full cup of milk and some cinnamon/pumpkin spice on top, with no sweet potato whatsoever. I used a spoon to dig through the bottom, and there's no sign of orange/sweet potato. It is just creamy, white, warmed milk. I worked at a coffee shop for 5 years before and in no way would we give this much foam to begin with, unless they request extra foam. I doubt they give 1/4 cup full of foam, and if they do, they are VERY stingy for how much milk (and refusing to give me sweet potato as per title of the drink) they give in a $5+ cup

There aren’t a lot of seatings, it may not be the best place to go to for large groups. I tried the sweet potato latte, it was interesting - the flavor of sweet potato was not strong but not a bad drink overall I have also ordered the mix berries waffle. It was tasty and I like their plate decorations but it wasn’t wow (and it was mainly strawberries with 4 pieces of blueberries)

The tapioca pearls are probably the best I've had. Soft and amazing. They also do a really great 50% sugar tea (which is a bit sour, but that's my preference). The waffles are pretty great too.

It was so good!!! I ordered takeout the first time, and it was a surprise for me, so I came dine in, and the food was even better! Recommend the pesto chicken sandwich(the best), waffle pop and oat milk latte(another surprise). However, it’s not really a quite cafe for reading and working. But overall, 5 stars no doubt.

Food and drinks ordered were delicious! I really enjoyed the brie, as well as chicken pesto sandwich + matcha lover drink. Main complaint is that service is very slow. We were the only ones at the cafe at the time of ordering and it still took their 3 staff members over 20+ minutes to prepare our food. Later ordered one waffle and it also took them again another 20+ minutes.

Come here for a sweet fix! Delicious waffles with a variety of topping options. I ordered the BerryBerry Brussels waffle and it was one of the best waffles I've had. Cute little place in the Burnaby Highgate area.

Staff are nice and the menu offers some of my favourite drinks. They brew their own chai tea to make the chai tea latte which is a plus. The sweet potato latte is always a hearty fall drink, but I think it could taste a little stronger. Overall a nice little coffee place :) Tried to go, great quality too!

Cute lil cafe located in HighGate Village area. This place offers all range of bubble tea drinks, coffee, waffles and sandwiches. I love their decorations and the overall vibe. I got the chocolate waffles and it was good, quite filling actually.
