I have a pretty strong Rx with progressive lenses and the glasses I got are unusable. I know it's possible to make them correctly because my previous glasses with a pretty close strength are perfect, but the new ones are only sharp in a small are of the lens. The rest of the field of view is blurry. They already redid the lenses and the new pair has the same problem, so I gave up. Will have to wear the old pair until insurance pays for a new one. Will go to the old place. Very disappointed at this point.

I had my first visit to Integra Eyecare recently for a routine eye exam and it was a fantastic experience. Dr. Askarpoor was so kind and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I decided to pick out some new frames and it took a while for me to find the perfect ones, but the technician was very patient and helpful even though I kept her a bit past closing time. It is my first time seeing Dr. Henry Reis today, I brought my sister and my mom as well. I am going to say that he is the BEST doctor I have ever seen, SUPER patient and knowledgeable. Just book an appointment with him, he will take care of you and there is nothing to worry about - that is the feeling I had today. PLUS I am going to bring my dad to see Dr. Henry in two weeks. That being said, my family and I am going to see Dr. Henry annually from now on for eye care until the day he retire.

Dr. Askarpoor was professional and caring. She took the time to explain her diagnosis and help me understand. Alan was also super patient and helpful. I love my new glasses!

Dr. Askarpoor is simply amazing with kids! She did all 3 of mine in the room together. The kids had fun and a thorough exam. After 3 eye doctors not giving a proper explanation for why my 9 year old is light sensitive, she finally did.

I highly and confidently recommend Integra Eyecare, esp Dr. Reis, the best eye doctor i have ever met, who also happens to be a very kind and caring human being. Professionalism and care is what I have experienced at their Burnaby location for last many years now.. The service I received at Integra Eye Centre was top notch. I went without having had a proper eye exam in years but Annie was pleasant and walked me through all the things wrong with my eyeballs, which was helpful and super informative. I will definitely be back and recommend Integra to anyone!

Dr Reis is an excellent , outstanding doctor who is very knowledgeable , compassionate , and all around absolute perfection of a doctor. My moms visit with him with nothing short of superb. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to his office !

Dr. Maryam Askapoor is so thorough and I appreciated the time she took to answer my questions and concerns. The staff has always been amazing and nothing has changed. New doctors, opticians and staff but they care of their patients. Although we miss Dr. Ho, everyone there continue with their excellent care of their patients.

First appointment to the new branch in Vancouver. Facility wise—-spacious and brand new equipments and machine. Location—-very accessible and easy to find. Staffs—-customer service is okay but a little bit more smile and friendly approach wouldn’t hurt much aye? Probably still on the adjustment period. (Would recommend to have name plate so that it’ll be easier to know and address them properly. Tatiana—-very helpful and practical in guiding us in finding the perfect eye glass. Her inputs are highly appreciated. Dr. Huang is so cool. Very patient in answering all of our questions. My experience at Integra Eyecare was very pleasant. I went for a comprehensive eye exam and all the staff members were very kind, knowledgeable, and clear in their instructions and explanations in what I needed to do. Dr. Huang went above and beyond in addressing my questions and taking care of my needs. I would not hesitate in returning for any future eye appointments, quality service and highly recommended!

Dr Askarpoor was fantastic - she was very thorough with my exam and took the time to answer any questions I had. Not only that, but her kind and friendly demeanour makes her very approachable which made for a lovely exam experience! William, who did my pretest, was also really professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time he performed tests. Highly recommend this eye care centre. Came here last Saturday for the first time to have my eyes tested and glasses fitted and had a great experience. From the receptionist to the doctor they are all very professional and friendly. The doctor I had an appointment with was Annie Huang, an extremely responsible doctor. Thanks to her, I was diagnosed with an eye problem and was quickly referred to an eye specialist for treatment. The two people in charge of my glasses were also very professional and friendly, helping me to choose frames and lenses that I liked and suited me. I will definitely be going here for regular eye exams every year from now on

I had been with an optometrist before for my dry eyes. My eyes got a bit better and the clinical symptoms are not good enough to live comfortably. There was no concrete care plan. It was almost a year. I was hopeless during those times. I kept searching for dry eye specialist and I discovered Dr Reis and was impressed by the reviews. Unfortunately, I had to wait for months before I saw him. He is very accurate: based all his findings on the clinical symptoms as well the testing done to my eyes. On my one visit, he let my eyes be scanned for free to make sure that there was no injury at the back of eyes. He even came back to me to discuss the result even if my consultation time was finished. My eyes improved much better but still not enough to go back to my current job. However, Dr Reis is very passionate that he digs in the real cause. He coordinates with my GP for possible underlying metabolic condition I might have. Moreover, the staff are accommodating to me and my husband. They let us feel comfortable. In addition, they are prompt in giving letter supporting my leave of absence from work without fee. Service fee and product costs are very reasonable. God bless you Dr Reis and all your clinic staff.

Dr Reís is the best!! He’s personal, takes his time, detailed and caring. His equipment is top of the art! He’s staying up to date with the newest technology in his field. Dr Tsui is a young working mom just like me who is super personable, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She takes her time and I don't feel rushed at all. I really enjoy my appointments with her. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well. I like the location specifically because it’s just down the street from my house but it’s also a relatively convenient location if you have to transit/drive. I recommend Integra Eyecare Centre highly.

Thank you, Dr. Henry, for the cutting-edge eye care service and for being kind and patient with my three-year-old. All staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. My son enjoyed the visit for his eye checkup very much. Dr. Jenny Tsui completed the eye exam and gave us great tips how we can protect eyes from developing myopia. We had Dr. Cindy Ho before and she was great as well. The online booking system is very easy to use.

Dr. Askarpoor is an excellent optometrist! She was very thorough with my eye exam and she really took the time to get the right glasses prescription for me and go over my eye health in detail. She is very friendly and easy to talk to - she instantly made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I walked out of Integra feeling like I received the quality of eyecare every patient should and I also had my glasses made on the same day as my appointment within 30 minutes!

Online booking was somewhat of a challenge, nobody got back to me for confirmation and subsequent calls to the front desk were left unanswered?! Fortunately, when I finally got in for the appointment, dealing with the staff and Dr. Askarpoor were completely opposite! They were all easy to deal with, very friendly and most importantly - concise and comprehensive when examining my son's eyes. It resulted in a very positive experience at the end.
