After being in isolation in COVID -19 we really needed to get back on track so me and my partner ordered the 21 day lean medium plan.The food was delicious and really tasty, service was great, all meals are packaged and labelled clearly. Loved that as we were local enough we could walk to pick it up and burn off those extra calories. We loved it so much we are now ordering it for another 21 days. Cannot recommend enough!!

I hosted a function recently with Got 2 Eat Meals providing the catering, and it was great. Couldn't say enough good things about the quality of the food and Darren's quick responses to my initial enquiries. He even followed up after the event with a "how was everything". If you need healthy meals delivered (or picked up) and you are too busy this is absolutely the best way to go. The meals can be customized to whatever macros you are trying to achieve (weight loss, maintenance etc.) and any dietary restrictions. So convenient and also tasty!

I highly recommend Got 2 Eat Meals if you need help with meal planning for your fitness goals or if you are a busy professional without much time to make healthy, balanced meals. I am not good at meal preparation and the meals are all put together with a variety of options to chose from depending on your goals. There's always a lot of great variety to choose from and the meals taste fantastic! And I know I'm getting good quality nutrition even when I don't have a lot of time for my meals! The customer service is fantastic and my meals all get delivered to me and are ready to eat without any preparation. Then I can eat and still have time to do my workouts as well! I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free and I find there are always lots of options for me to choose from. Thanks to all of the team for their dedication to nutrition and health!

Got 2 meals have certainly changed my eating habits, help me with my 8 week challenge journey and i got to know them through F45 partnership with them. Initially I didn’t know how it works, but on the first order when I went to pick up my food, Darren - one of the owners came out to greet me himself, introduced me to John and I chatted with them a little bit to know why they do what they do, they certainly impressed me with their effort wanting to help individuals achieve their goals. Also, having had their own fitness background and journey, I certainly trust the menu they put together. The food - yummmm!!! Each and every single meal made by them were so yummy. I just ordered their 21 day lean meal package! Try it out for yourself and you will understand what I mean! Everyone is busy and certainly have different schedules, however, these guys made it so easy for me - for e.g. I was travelling and couldn’t make it back in time to pick up the food, but yet i wanted to have these meals for the next days so my routine doesn’t get interrupted too much and these guys actually dropped it off at my place to ensure I have them! I am very thankful and grateful to have found got 2 eat meals, they have changed my life! Menu changes weekly and I always get excited trying their new food!!!

I ordered 10 meals from Darren every week for 1 and a half years! I was pregnant and wanted myself and my baby to get the best nutrients! When my son was born, thank goodness for Darren’s meals, I was ravenous and too tired to cook. When my son was ready to eat solids at 6 months old, he was eating got 2 eat. 💕

Definitely a company you want to support. Amazing food (especially protein muffins) and customer service. Honestly one the most professional and friendly companies I’ve experienced, and they go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Also the meals have the macros on the top lid which is huge for me and for some reason hard to find in meal prep companies?

Used them for my kid's elementary school hot lunch program. As per my kid she loves the food - always fresh and tasty with a balanced selection of nutrient ingredients ( you know what I'm saying here fellow parents lol). Customer service is attentive too - made an error during one of my ordering and it was rectified right away. Highly recommend :)
