Four of my children have gone to Royal City for a combination of tumbling, cheerleading and parkour over the past 3 years. The instructors are incredibly patient, kind, educated and dedicated. They have become like family to us! I highly recommend RCC for kids of all ages.

This is a review only for the summer camp, NOT for regular classes. Overall I am okay with the summer camp but my daughter did not enjoy it much (personal preference, she loved the water park, not too much of the gym stuff) and asked not to go back. The teachers seems to be nice and very polite, daughter said during class she asked to drink water and was denied because she didn't have the water bottle with her (it was in her cubby). I didn't ask the teacher for detail - coz my daughter told me not to, I would give the teacher the benefit of doubt, I don't see why would anyone denied kid to drink water, doesn't make sense, I believe it's a miscommunication between my daughter and the teacher, but my daughter did mention there's one teacher who would say no to anything. I forgot to pack a fork for my daughter for her lunch and the staff there gave her a spare fork which I am very thankful for. Another event is they were supposed to go to the water park if the water is hot and nice, but they didn't go the past Friday because the teacher said the kids take too long to change so they won't be going anymore which is kind of weird. A few times when I pick up my daughter she was soaking wet (from the water park), she didn't change, I am guessing the teachers are not allowed to assist her to change, but when I asked her why, she said she forgot (???) to change. The teachers did remind her to put sunscreen on which is fantastic.

Great classes! Amazing coaches! I highly recommend Tumbling, Parkour and Cheer! My daughter loves the summer programs too.

Royal City Cheer has helped my daughter grow as an athlete. She was in gymnastic prior and she only got to follow along with the planned activities, so it took her a long time to develop a new skill. At Royal City, they constantly are looking at the individual athlete and offering support for each child’s growth. My daughter has been able to acquire more tumbling skills than I thought possible, and she is so excited to go every day. She looks forward to being able to try new skills. The coaches are amazing!

If you are looking for a great family focused environment for your kids this is the place to go. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, very well training and great with kids. My kids have been attending Royal City for years and I’ve even taken some adult Parkour classes with them!! I would totally recommended them as I do all the time!! Thank you for everything you guys do! They also have the best birthday parties!!!!!

We stumbled upon Royal City Cheer when we were looking for a place to do gymnastics after the roof caved in at the Arenex in Queens Park. We hadn't thought about cheer ever before but thought we'd give it a try. My two daughters are now completely in love with the sport after only one year of being at this gym. The staff is passionate and personable and it's super family friendly. I totally recommend this gym.

We LOVE Royal City! My daughter does cheer here and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Many different classes for all ages. My daughter did a couple of spring break day camps here last year and absolutely loved it!

My daughter recently started gymnastics class at Tumble City and is loving it so much.  Her learning rate has increased substantially and she is developing faster than I had expected.  She really enjoys her teacher and the facility. Thank you Tumble City for your investment towards the children and the wide variety of classes!

We have been a part of the Tumble City community for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Staff are amazing. Professional, fun and always available for questions and feedback. I love that the owner, Nicole, is hands on and engaged as well. Great team to be a part of!

We (my 6yo daughter) started the Prep Cheer program with Royal City in Fall 2021 and she fell in love. We practice twice a week and she looks forward to each practice each week. We have made friendships that I trust will last a LONG LONG time. I am talking about myself too - a cheer mom! Lol - who knew? We are a team of 8 and we are looking forward to the upcoming season!!! The junior coaches are also athletes on The Elite Cheer team and they are family. The coaches and staff are amazing to work with, open to feedback and lovingly let us know how the athletes are doing. Come try it out! You won’t be disappointed. 2021-2022 Cannot Come Fast Enough!

The gym has quickly become a second home for both my children. My daughter has developed a love for cheer thanks to the enthusiastic, caring and friendly personalities of the staff. My son has been enjoying the Parkour program and loves the new addition of a designated parkour space!

What an amazing place for my 9 year old daughter! We just enrolled in Cheer camp 2 weeks ago and she is over the moon! We were looking for a place that would help my daughter develop a sense of self-confidence in fostering friendships, positive body image and the importance of being a part of a team. The newly renovated facility and it's instructors at Tumble City have definitely made the mark!

We’ve been sending our kids to their cheer program and summer schools for about two years now and our family absolutely love the classes, coaches, peers and the new facility! All the staff there are very energetic, engaging and great with children. Our kids look forward to going to their lessons every week! Thank you, Nicole and other fantastic coaches!

Clean, well experienced staffed facility, challenging ramps and equipment to use for children of different ages. This is the first time my child tried this program and she is hooked. We like it because they include the kids abilities and strengths. My daughter loves doing the stunts. She learns the safe and proper way of doing it.

On behalf of Edmonds Community school and Burnaby School District #41. We have partnered with Tumble City for the past 3 years. We have had over 500 students attend from 10 different Elementary schools all across the district. We also have a program for our toddlers from strong start as well. The parent and student feedback for this program has been nothing but positive. Our school can not keep up with the demand of this program and we have massive waitlist. Tumble city has helped many of our students with self-confidence, personal awareness as well as learning how to use their bodies in different ways. Our students and families absolutely love this program. Kids love to be active and move around and we are very lucky that tumble city provides a safe place. They are also very structured in their programming and this has resulted in the students gaining confidence in their physical abilities rapidly! Asia is one of the coaches however she is not only a coach she is a role model and mentor for our students. Many of our students attend just to spend time with her because she is so great at what she does! Tumble city provides a kind, compassionate and safe environment for our students. I am so grateful for this partnership. We hope to continue this for many years to come! Our student have so much fun there! The owner Nicole has been so easy to work with and she is so supportive of our community! They have also expanded to double the square footage with brand new renovations! We highly recommend Tumble City!

My daughter is 7.5 years old, and she recently started to try the cheer novice classes! She’s really enjoying it, and the staff does appear to be very friendly! We are looking forward to seeing how we grow here, not just as an athlete but as a valuable team member!

When registering, be careful about their policies, they can cancel any class and dont refund your money or add any makeup days, they give you account credit and you have to use their programs so for some people like me that do not have the opportunity or not interested in their programs, the money is gone.

Admin team is not responsive, irresponsible and not consistent. I've sent multiple emails for an answer. Tumble City Cheer never responded.

My kids both take classes here and love it!!! My daughter (3) was taking taking Gymnastics and is super excited to start Parkour this month. My son (13) has been taking Parkour for a while now and is hopeing to join the apprentice coaching soon.
