    Jenna was an amazing personal trainer! She was the most supportive trainer and always ensured I was well physically, emotionally and mentally. She really pushed me to perform to the best of my ability, keeping me motivated and feeling amazing at the end of every session. She provided guidance on eating and dieting, which really helped me gain knowledge of what foods can help benefit my health and fitness. She definitely gave me confidence in terms of working with gym equipment and my form. She is truly the best and very inspirational!

    Elijah is a great trainer to start with. He's been my trainer for almost 10 months, I was able to lose 30lbs for first 4 months and more importantly he's been mentoring me how to maintain balanced life for the rest 6 months. Now I can confidently say that I've reached to the point where working out is part of my life, and I am enjoying training to be stronger version of myself physically and mentally. I had no knowledge about what to eat and how to lose weight (my initial goal), but he has guided me to change my mindset about what "being on a diet" means. He's helped me not only about body mechanism but also to have better understanding of my body, and to find activities that I enjoy to keep me being active. With the help of Elijah, I've found a better way of managing my stress during pandemic. He cuts no slacks and pushes me hard enough not to give up, but he is supportive and takes genuine time and efforts to go on a long journey with me. I really appreciate everything he's done for me, and will keep learning.

    After struggling to meet my fitness goals for years I finally decided to take a leap and try personal training. I saw the many great reviews for Jae online and I have to say they are all 100% the truth. Jae's workouts are fun and unique to each person. I have issues with back pain and my safety is always his priority in the gym. Working with him for only a short amount of time I saw results and was able to lose over 10kg and continuing to reach new goals. Not only does he focus on the workout but incorporates his NERD method with nutrition coaching, stress management and more. Jae is always available to answer your questions and genuinely cares about his clients!

    Y'know what, I LOVE this place! The gym is very clean and members/trainers are respectful. I love how Jae has created such an awesome environment to work out in. Trainer Jae has the knowledge to help you with your personal needs- tailored to fit the exact needs and situation for that day. It's more than just a gym, it's a place to grow and learn what your body is capable of doing. Trainer Jae takes care of you and makes working out fun and comfortable. He is a great teacher/trainer and pushes me to do the best i can. I highly recommend him as your personal trainer.

    Jenna has been an amazing trainer! I came in with zero weight lifting and strength training knowledge - two months later and I'm all about it! Jenna took the time to get to know and support me, not only in training, but also through stresses outside of it. She set me up with a strong foundation to continue my journey to be more fit and healthy!

    Great environment especially for someone who is just starting on their fitness journey. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, which makes someone who is new to workout feel comfortable. Place is clean as the staff are sanitizing surfaces as clients leave, so it doesn’t have that sweaty mucky smell like a lot of gyms do. In terms of training regiment, I started with a assessment that evaluate my needs and physical competence. They were also tracking my diet, sleep quality and weight throughout the training period. I trained with the personal trainer Elijah, who spent a lot of time observing my natural body tendency, and provided suggestions on the course of correction for me to achieve the right form in my exercises. He also pushes me enough that I was lifting heavier every session, but not too much that would stop me from going to the gym. In summary, considering the staff, the environment and the regiment, I’d recommend Fantasfit to anyone who wants to get fit or be stronger!

    Jae is a great trainer, and training with him is pretty enjoyable. He taught me a lot about what it takes to really lose weight, grain strength and have good rest. I'm definitely not quite there yet, but with the knowledge and basics Jae taught me, Im sure I will get there. I've always thought I knew what i was doing when I go to the gym, turns out I know nothing. So blessed and thankful for Jae and his passion, if you want real knowledge he is highly recommended!! Not only is he a trainer but also a great friend! Thanks Jae!

    Last March, I was suffering from Sciatica. The numbness and pain wouldn't let me sit for no more than 1 hour. I've decided to start work out to ease the pain and strengthen my core to stabilize my back. Comparing couple of personal training gyms around my neighbour, I chose Fantasfit and Tr.Jae and had no regret ever. Jae was very organized and caring his clients. With years of his experiences and multiple certificates, he was able to design perfect program for my body, and addressed my Sciatica. Now all the pains and numbness are gone, and my core is stronger than before. It is time to give more challenge and achieve higher goals. I know Jae and I will be able to make it.

    My experience with Jay was more than I expected. I first started working out because my lower back always hurt and I had a bad posture. He not only helped me get rid of these traits, but he also taught me what foods are good/bad for you and kept up to date with everything I was eating. Step by step he helped me adjust my diet to one that was a lot healthier than what I had previously. I gained so much knowledge as well as motivation from Jay. I always struggled with working out regularly but now it became a habit. With Jay it’s not just exercising for one hour, but rather it is changing your lifestyle for the better.

    Me and my wife has been training with Jae for 9 months. Our whole lifestyle was changed completely from his coaching in rest, nutrition and exercise. We came from hating exercise to now enjoying work out... from being ignorant of many unhealthy processed foods to now naturally following a whole/real food diet. He treats his clients like family and truly coaches us from the bottom of his heart. He is always very encouraging - never do we feel overpushed, ashamed or pressured from failing to do something or not achieving our goals. Everything that he coaches is super practical and they are not diets or plans that you need to religiously follow. It’s truly transformation that he imparts, not a reliance on a trainer, plan or diet. If you are looking for a PT, he’d be the one you are looking for!!

    Jae has changed my wife and I's lifestyle. His methods aren't just about fitness, he encourages you to listen to your body, feed it what it's asking for and ultimately you'll feel better. Also if you're into vanity metrics, I've also dropped 15 pounds in 3+ months and could have easily dropped more but it didn't align with my lifestyle and I'm ok with that!

    Jae is an amazing personal trainer and is very passionate about his job. He tailors the workouts to each individual's fitness goals. It is really fun working out with Jae, the session goes by so quickly! He is a great motivator and challenges me every training session with a variety of workouts.     The best personal fitness establishment in BC hands down! I have been a client for over a year with Jae. He is the most passionate and caring trainer. He makes custom programs suited for each individual and skill level. I had zero fitness experience and was overweight and unhappy. In a relatively short period I became fit, stronger and leaner. The establishment is meticulously kept clean and safe. The equipment top grade and most importantly all the trainers care about their clients. For someone who had never set their foot in a gym before, the progress I have made never would have happened without Fantasfit and Jae’s guidance. I can’t wait to see where I keep going from here. The sky is the limit.

    My experience at Fantasfit has been amazing and Jenna's support has been great addition to me and my partner's lives! Her passion to her clients' well being is inspiring and motivating and she puts 110% of her knowledge and skill for us to improve. She will notice the places where needs more care and attention and help you gain more strength. She goes above and beyond to ensure we are getting through and doing well.     I would like to recommend doing exercise at FantasFit with JAE. I have been doing exercise with JAE since July, 2022. I believe that JAE is the best personal trainer in Vancouver. He focuses on only me during the exercise session in the whole period of time. He is very detailed and well-explained. I strongly recommend him. Anyone can be satisfied with him. Thank you JAE for making me much healthier than before I had.

    The staff is very welcoming. I think I got very lucky with my trainer Paul. With his knowledge in Kinesiology he was able to teach me a wide range of exercises and stretches to speed up my recovery. Not only that, he has been guiding me with my diet/nutrition and showing me alternative movements I can do at home as well for a similar effect. Overall very happy with everything with this facility.

    Fantasfit is just fantastic, the best personal training gym in Vancouver. This is not your regular gym which is always crowded and you wait endlessly for your turn on an equipment. When it's your scheduled appointment time, almost all the equipment in the gym is at your disposal, so no time wasting. The gym is well equipped and well maintained, impeccably clean. My trainer was Paul who is a fantastic trainer who caters to all your fitness needs. After talking to you about your goals and lifestyle he would create a very personalized plan for you. Even if you are newbie like me and have never been to gym before , you will feel at ease while working with Paul. He talks to about your diet and motivates you to eat healthy without actually forcing you to do so. With his kinesiology knowledge he even helped me with my back pain issues. In the end I was able to achieve my fitness goal and go beyond. That Paul and JAE, keep doing the good work.

    I have trained with Paul for at least a year now. He plans customized training routines to help compensate for deficiencies I have in the stability of certain joints. He is always personable, motivating, and enthusiastic. Due to his expertise and experience, and his degree in kinesiology, I have made considerable progress since starting. My pain levels are significantly reduced and I have far greater range of motion. Highly recommended.

    My sister and I both trained with Jessica. She is an excellent trainer who is friendly, communicates well, and always prioritizes her client's needs. She encourages you to step out of your comfort zone without overstepping your limits. Jessica provides effective demonstrations and guidance for each exercise to ensure your safety is never jeopardized. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend training with Jessica!

    I trained at FantasFit with Chris who is very personable and knowledgeable. Personal training with Chris has given me motivation to continue exercising. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Chris has really kept me moving. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding , which makes the training time go quickly. I have struggled with the idea of going to a gym or working out in general. But Chris has been very patient with all my concerns and have carefully picked all the exercises that addresses all my concerns. I managed to lose 4 kgs while training with Chris in our 12 sessions of personal training. But more than that I have started to really like working out and following a regime. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start my fitness journey. While training Chris is very dedicated and always been flexible with my timings. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Chris.

    Fantasfit is an amazing gym all thanks to the culture, environment and atmosphere Jae and all the trainers have worked hard to build, I'm sure. Everybody is so understanding, kind and non-judgemental, which to me was the key to changing the relationship I had with exercise. They take a holistic perspective at your wellbeing (N.E.R.D) and aim to work with you to help you reach your goals, at your own pace, and stress the importance of sustainable changes. They don't force you to make specific changes or dictate your diet but rather educate and encourage you to make such decisions on your own. I have been to both branches and they're both amazing - clean and well stocked facilities, not to mention that they're in great locations that allow you to run errands as they're close to other shops and malls. ;) My friend and I have been training with Jessica (2:1) since March 8th and it has been such an amazing experience so far. Jessica is such a dream to work with - open minded, non-judgemental, works at your pace but pushes & challenges you when appropriate but respects your limits. Not have I only found a great coach in Jessica but also a friend! I love you guys!

    From someone that never enjoyed going to the gym or had the motivation to work out – Kelsey has really changed my mindset. Not all sessions are easy, but somehow, I really look forward to my workouts with her. Kelsey also tries her best to keeps me motivated on the days I don’t see her. I frequently get videos of short workouts I can do at home. Jae, the owner, is super supportive of all the clients that trains at the gym. The gym is clean and seems to be constantly getting new upgrades. Exceptional work FantasFit, and Kelsey you been amazing!

    My trainer was Jenna. She is always bright and energetic. I was greatly influenced by her. I worked out with Jenna for almost two months. She pointed out my shortcomings and helped me achieve my goals in a short time. He always cheered me up with positive energy. Also, the time to exercise with her was so happy.     I started my training with JENNA last August and this is one of the best things I've done this year! Before I met her, I had a lot of counseling to find a trainer who really cares about me but it wasn't easy. Most trainers I talked to before told me that they can help me to lose weight in a short term. Obviously, I never wanted such things ever. All I want is just being healthier and getting a strong body which helps me to stay awake after work, not exhausted when I got home. Just needed more muscle so that I don't have to feel an awful pain on my feet and knees after a workout. Of course, I want to lose weight so that I can fit in my old pants but never want to be weak or sick. For the record, FantasFit is the first place to listen to me and Jenna is the only person who truly cares about my health not only physically but also mentally! If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, this is the right place you've been looking for. I am amazed by how different I could be only in three months. I lost many weighs and I can fit in my pants. Above all the things, I am glad that I can have a positive mindset about body. If you are thinking about PT, spend your money and make time for it.     Jenna is a very empathic and understanding personal trainer. I had the pleasure to work with her for a few sessions with my mom, and she did her very best to make her feel comfortable. Jenna focuses on what your fitness goals are and how to achieve them without completely changing your entire lifestyle. So far, my mom has lost 10lb in the past couple of months and my mom is almost at her goal weight. I think what sets her apart from other personal trainers is that she truly cares about your overall well-being, it doesn’t feel so transactional as many other personal trainers may make it feel like. Jenna gets my mom to update her with her diet and sleep, so it isn’t just about pushing her clients as hard as they can during the sessions but also making a overall difference in their health and wellness. My mom was never a very active person, going to a personal trainer was actually my idea because I was concerned about her health. Jenna has made my much more active and comfortable with exercising. So if you’re looking for personal training that really works, then please give fantasfit a visit and ask for Jenna.

    The BEST trainer I've ever had. I trained with Jae on and off for close to 1 year and it was worth every penny and second of my time and money. Jae always tailored the workout to my goal and daily condition and gave me full attention during my sessions. I have definitely gotten stronger since training with him and friends compliment my improved physical ability, which proves that Jae's method of training works. He is truly a great trainer and I would recommend him to everyone I know with confidence!

    Jae is the BEST trainer I've ever had - worth every penny. It's easy to find a personal trainer that will work on your short-term goals, lose weight, gain muscle etc., but they don't address your lifestyle and who tailor workouts to your goals and routine as well as monitor your nutrition, stress levels, and sleep levels to improve every facet of your life. Jae understands that in order to meet your physical goals, you need to fix the other external factors too and he has perfected his method. His NERD system works. I've always had really bad lower back pain, and within a few weeks of working out with Jae, my back pain was completely gone! I've never felt better in my life. I'm stronger both physically and mentally. Jae challenges me like no one ever has before; If I think I can't go any further, he seemingly finds a way to push me past my limit and it feels so good! My muscles have never been more sore, and some parts hurt where I never thought it could and I love it! Not only that, Jae is honestly one of the nicest person I've ever met. He genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing. Because of that, I can safely call him a friend now too. I'm so grateful to have found him. My only regret is not going to him sooner.

    FantasFit Personal Training is great! They are very professional and help you to be focus and meet your goals! They design a program tailored and specific to your needs. What I like the most is that you get great results at the same time you are having fun! With my trainer Jae, I have lost my weight 5kg in 3weeks and got lots of strength and stamina. Definitely I will come back again and look forward to experience next programs.

    I've always wanted to work with a personal trainer, but would often get so intimidated about how the process would go (i.e. how much do I need to cut out of my diet, how many pounds I need to lose, etc.) -- but Kelsey's training style is exactly what I needed. She worked with me on what my goals were (which were to build strength and endurance specifically for my long hikes, and feel good on my wedding day, which is coming up in May). The best thing about Kelsey is how NORMAL she looks -- I know it's weird to say, but often times, trainers have beach body figures/beef cake muscles that seem so unattainable, but Kelsey could probably move a truck if she wanted to - being strong doesn’t mean you have to look a certain way. She's so encouraging and pushes you because she knows you can keep going -- best decision ever was to work with Kelsey :) I've also never seen a more dedicated, caring, small business owner like Jae. He takes the time to learn every client's names and stories (even if he's not training them), and sanitizes the entire facility, while keeping his clients informed at all times, which makes me feel so safe working out during such a weird time such as this COVID life. Thank you Fantasfit team for everything that you do, and to anyone else who's looking for an awesome PT crew, there's a reason why this crew has 5 stars all around.

    I learned of FantasFit from friends who had incredible results from Jae's personal training. I did a drop-in group class awhile back, and my boyfriend and I immediately clicked with the head trainer, Jae. I knew I would get in touch with him down the road. I had access to my own gym up until Covid, and I saw FantasFit's expansion on Instagram. As someone who exercises regularly, I was excited to see all the equipment he had, as home fitness equipment was scarce at the time. I needed a change from home workouts! My boyfriend and I started training with Jae in the summer. He stresses on technique over repetition, in order to utilize the correct muscles and to prevent injury. Progressively, we learned to use the barbell and different exercises using some equipment. Jae has created workouts catered to our differences in fitness ability. The workouts are never the same, but I could definitely tell my mobility and strength have increased over time. My muscle groups have become stronger to last on my long distance runs. I am so happy about my results so far! Aside from training alone, Jae is a trainer that cares about your well being. He has created NERD - Nutrition, Exercise, Rest, De-Stress. He is not a typical trainer that I've encountered in the past; he won't restrict your diet or calorie count, but encourages a change in lifestyle. He is a very flexible, easygoing and fun person to be with. He is resourceful, a great friend and will help you in any way possible. Jae has hired several other trainers as well, which all specialize in different areas. His studio is very clean and Covid-free. You won't be disappointed. Cheers to health and well-being!

    My trainer is Jenna. She is just amazing, always communicates with her clients even outside the session times to connect with the clients and their goals.     Before I started training with Jae I was so frustrated because I was not able to achieve my fitness goals on my own for a long time. I was a generally active person who danced, hiked, did yoga, lots of cardio, and thought I was eating healthy. But I was still gaining weight and not getting any toned or stronger. Jae has a very easygoing personality and he helped me get over my trepidation of using the gym. His workouts are tailored to my fitness level and goals, and gives me the extra push that I need. He always makes me feel safe performing each move and keeps and eye on correct form. He challenged my eating habits and taught me how to be more mindful about my nutrition. In just a few weeks of training with him, I easily lost all the weight I had been trying for years to lose, and am getting closer every session to achieving my goal of doing a handstand! I am so motivated to continue on this health and fitness journey. Thank you, Jae!!

    I trained with Jenna from 2016-2020. The first squat I ever did was terrible, but within one hour of working on my body positioning and cues my squat had changed completely! Working with Jenna, I lost more than 25 Lbs (178-152), and increased my strength from lifting 0 Lbs to squatting 250 Lbs. She helped me go from not even being able to squat my bodyweight, to taking 2nd place at my first powerlifting competition! I sure as hell was one rollercoaster of a client, but Jenna has helped me improve my discipline and concentration tenfold. She’s always kept me on track with sleep and my eating habits, keeping me focused on my goals. I could never have asked for a better trainer in my life. She’s my mentor, role model and just an overall great person. No one is perfect but she is for sure someone I look up to and always will

    I have been training with Jenna! She is awesome and the best trainer ever. She listened to my goals and pointed out issues during our workouts. She really cares about her clients and she actually focuses on my posture and always customizes the exercises in order to help to improve my body weaknesses!

    When I came to Jenna I was 39, a mom of a 1 yr old, and had recently been in a car accident. This left me with intense back and neck pain. I physically was not in a place where I wanted to be and my confidence was low. My main goals was to be pain free, feel strong, and keep up with my 1yr old. “Fit by 40!” became my daily mantra! In 6 months of training with Jenna, not only did I heal from the accident, I lost 15 lbs, and increased my squats from 45lbs to 135 lbs. I can now keep up with my very energetic toddler which is my joy! Jenna helped me regain the confidence in my body and my mind, that I had lost. Jenna will empower, motivate and inspire you to reach your goals. She is not just an amazing trainer, but also a person who genuinely wants you to be your best self. If you feel like you need help with your fitness goals, I definitely recommend taking that journey with Jenna. Invest in yourself, your worth it!

    I train out of this gym with my personal trainer Jenna. Jenna has been an extremely positive Personal trainer inside the gym and outside the gym for many years and she has helped me get back on track more times than once. I have been suffering from back problems, sciatica, tight muscles, and numerous other problems and Jenna is there to make sure the workouts I do are beneficial for the way I am feeling during the day. She pushes me but never pushes me to a point where it will make me worse. She knows how my body reacts to her workouts and will change it for me every time we train. The tailored workouts have been life saving for me. When I am able to have my mind in the game and work hard, she was able to help me lose more than 30 pounds within a short period of time. She creates a check in program that keeps you accountable and will help break down your eating habits and what you could do better. Overall, I’m glad to train with Jenna and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to have a positive personal trainer that cares about you, how you feel mentally, physically and will work closely with you on your goals so that you can reach them. Additionally, the gym is also very new and has nice new equipment. The owner is also very friendly and works hard to make sure the place is what he wants it to be. Keep up the good work.

    I started training with Jenna in Summer 2019. I was going through a tough time and had little to no motivation to improving myself and was in a slump in terms of both my physical and mental state. My good friend recommended Jenna to me because of the progress they saw in their own training with her. My previous experience with personal training left me with an injured back so I was hesitant at first but now, I have no regrets starting training with her. From that first session onwards, she helped me achieve goals, face challenges, and helped me feel better about myself. Jenna is kind, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. She observes and corrects my form and in addition to the physical training aspect, she also gives guidance on diet. She will help you achieve the best version of you and will support you in keeping on track. She will listen to you. I enjoy her training so much that I followed her to FantasFit which has more open space and a lovely atmosphere to train in. Founder Jae is very friendly and will greet you with a smile when you walk through the door. I 100% recommend Jenna and I do so to anyone around me that wants to train. She is amazing and you will see results!

    I had a really good experience training with Jenna. I was a little nervous entering the gym as I had no previous training experience. She eased me right into everything, corrected my form, and most of all it was super fun. I highly recommend Jenna. She's very passionate about training and is super understanding - absolutely amazing❤️

    Oh boy where do I begin, there’s just too much good things going on with this place. I came in just wanting to be consistent with exercise after falling off the wagon. Diet wasn’t really in mind, but Jae managed to convince me to go on a keto diet and I’ve never seen faster result from both diet and exercise. I was stoked to do both. the exercises was never boring and felt like some of them can be done home once you get it right. There’s also lots of advice on how to start and stick on a diet at the beginning. Right now I’ve lost more weight than I thought I cagoule thanks to him and last years resolution was done! Recommend 1000% (extra zero is not a typo)

    There are many things I like about personal training with Kelsey at FantasFit. Kelsey is always positive and pushing me to go further in a supportive manner. She also listens carefully to details about my lifestyle and activities in order to best tailor workouts that will help me perform better or address nagging issues. I appreciate that instead of a one-size-fits-all workout. The gym itself is always meticulously kept clean and has a wide variety of equipment as well. The whole vibe is very friendly, inclusive and supportive. I would highly recommend both Kelsey and FantasFit.
