I'm lucky to have Dr. Sundeep Grewal as my family doctor. He really cares about your health and doesn't underestimate your symptoms, sends you for further medical exams and test if needed and referrals to specialists are fast, i could say it's been one of the best doctors that i have seen in Canada. Through the pandemic as many doctors did, they are attending by videocall or phone appointments but i always get called on time or 10-15 min delay max and very easy to book an appointment online. If he still taking new patients is the doctor to go with.

This review is written for Dr. Franny Pan's locum, Dr. Kay Fung. I had a phone appointment at 09h15. Previous phone appointments with the physicians at Imperial Medical Clinic, the physicians called using the clinic's number, which is a safe and saved number. The receptionist didn't indicate that the locum will be working from home at the time of scheduling the appointment, and neither did they indicate the locum will be calling with a blocked number rather than using a work phone. The locum called at 09h12 with a blocked number and left a voice message. The locum called with a blocked number again, at 09h21. The communication was lacking, and it's unprofessional to be given a "verbal" warning via email for a "No Show".

My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr.Kaliray. He always takes the time and provides unrushed care and attention during our appointments. He provides great insight and knowledge during each of our visits. It is comforting to know, my wife, our new born baby and I have a great family doctor. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Dr.Kaliray and the Imperial Medical Clinic team to all my friends and family. Keep up the excellent work guys and I thank you for your continued care!

Very clean floor. It looks like new inside of the building. Front receptionist is NOT friendly/bad attitude, which needs to improve or well trained. The doctor is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Public restroom available downstairs. Elevator available. New patients accepted. Free parking lot available in the back of the building.

Dr. Jag Kaliray is a great doctor. The receptionists are all very helpful, intelligent, and conscientious. Especially Minh, who has come to my rescue many times. In spite of the high stress of working in this very busy office, the receptionists are always polite, friendly, and professional. The doctors are very lucky to have such an excellent reception staff.

Switched to Dr Jag Kalliray a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. I have an eating disorder and am managing a new disability from a car accident, and he's been so supportive, anti-diet and body positive. I also needed help managing severe pain and opiate meds, and he's been so amazing and non-judgmental. I honestly feel like his care is a huge part of what enabled me to go back to graduate school and start creating a better life after a horrible accident made it seem impossible.

Dr. Sundeep Grewal is the best family doctor. He takes a very good care of my mom, sons and myself. He is a diamond at the clinic.

He is always very attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure all the nessessary tests and referrals are ordered. I'm able to discuss all my concerns without feeling rushed.

I see Dr. Jag Kaliray and I find him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. I feel he truly listens and does his best to help. He also makes me feel safe which is a rare thing in medical care for me. I am very grateful to have him as my family doctor!

I really don’t like the system at this place where it’s really difficult to book appointment unless u wait to do a phone call first. Doctors also not very helpful and just get blood tests done and doesn’t do much.

Doctors here are great. However receptionists are unwilling and unhelpful. Called to follow up on a referral sent 2 months ago. They gave me the # to follow up. Isn’t that receptionist job to do so?! This was after a few times I called and was told they will update me …. Ridiculous! Very bad attitude and not helpful AT ALL

The receptionists are awful here. They are unwilling to help and seem to think their patients are incompetent. Good luck trying to get anything done if you don't show up there in person.

This clinic is such a gem. The doctors and receptionists here are great and incredibly accommodating. I rarely wait past my appointment time, and they have even been able to see me an hour before my appointment when I misread the time. The receptionists have always been super kind and helpful. Kari at the reception desk has always gone above and beyond for me and I am so grateful to have such a wonderful doctor and staff.

We feel very fortunate that we got Dr Sundeep Grewal as our family doctor. We have been seeing him for ~3 years and we are very much thankful for all his guidance and references. He always listens to our problems very patiently and politely addresses them. He is very professional and never overlooks any symptom/illness. We feel very confident while talking to him. Even during the pandemic he was always approachable. He always exceeds our expectations. If he is still accepting new patients then I highly recommend getting to Dr Sundeep Grewal. Also, the front desk staff is very helpful in handling all the appointments and managing updates. I am more than happy to recommend the Imperial Medical Clinic.

I am so very pleased with Imperial Medical. It was hard to find a Doctor at all but to find one who is so great is a blessing. They care so much about patients.

Have, been going to Dr. Jagdeepak Kaliray, after my last GP retired. He has been an a absolute asset, After pericarditis diagnosis, and heart surgery. I've had his support through that, and my current rehab. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Pavan Kaliray is an absolutely amazing Doctor. He has been so helpful over the last few years and he truly cares about his patients. The front staff have also been lovely to me over the years, even when I sometimes call repeatedly because I keep forgetting what time my appointments are (sorry haha)

Wonderful receptionist, Noor ty! Even though we couldn’t be seen she went out of her way to send us where they will take care of us! Provided two alternatives and we are extremely grateful. Kudos for excellent care and communication skills

Are you guys ever going to correct your website? It still is in pandemic mode like it has not been updated in years now. Why are we still required call for an in-person?

I can’t reccommend this clinic enough. What a pleasure to have an attentive doctor with professional staff. Dr Kaliray and his crew are timely and efficient. I never wait, and I never feel rushed.
