Have been coming here for about 4 years, always a great experience, have had acupuncture and massage services by a variety of acupuncture specialists and RMTs and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The owner is extremely friendly and polite. The overall attention to hygiene and sanitization is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.

just got a facial but loved it! Min has magical hands the massage was amazing, the facial could have been just the massage! , the smell of the products its very nice and relaxing, the place looks very nice and the staff is friendly, absolutely no complaints, I see my self going back and recommending the place. thank you so much!

I go for facial and body massage there, the service is always amazing! The owners are super nice. However, every time I called them, a young receptionist girl has a hard time understanding English on phone. A lot time it’s just as simple as a schedule change. One time, I tried to book a service on 27th, she kept repeating 23rd, I kept correcting her it’s on the 27th for at least three times. I thought she finally got it right. Later, the owner called me back to confirm something else, I realized she still booked me on the 23rd. It is ridiculous

I had six sessions of underarms laser treatments done and results were great. Also had their facial trial package with four different kinds of organic facials. Skin felt hydrated and smooth after each session. Recently tried acpucture service and massage which was also relaxing. Front desk staff, especially Lisa, was super nice and welcoming. Will definately be back for more!

Absolutely my-go-to spa for anything. Acupuncture to aromatic relaxation. Service is great and packages are met perfect for me. Great for any women and her family as well. The most upscale aesthetic spa in whole Burnaby and Coquitlam area. They have cafe to wedding experience. I would recommend anyone considering going to this spa. Prices may be somewhat but much cheaper than spas in downtown with lack of service and techniques. Easy to reserve too.

If you don't care about the decor of the salon, then this place is for you. The salon looks very run down and needs updating but the Eminence Facial that I got was amazing!! The young girl 'Yuon" I think her name was, massaged my face in all the right places, pressing into the pressure points. I felt really relaxed afterwords.

My friend and I went for an early Mother's Day treat and it was fantastic! I had a full body massage and a facial. I had never had a facial before and was not disappointed! On my intake form I indicated that I wanted the massage focused on my shoulders and it was! I am so relaxed still the next day. Will definitely recommend!

My husband and I both received full body massages from Chloe, and our tense muscles were relieved and pain areas were greatly recovered. I am very satisfied and grateful that Chloe has great strength and skill and gives me a massage with sincerity.

The owner is very informative and friendly. Had the best facial experience with Annie. She is very skillful. Definitely will make it my regular place. Highly recommended!

My left arm is permanently damaged by Dr. Jun Soo! My left arm is permanently damaged after an acupuncture treatment performed by Dr. Jun Soo. I never had any problems with my left arm before. The initial treatment was for my neck and Dr. Jun Soo put bunch of needles on my left arm. 3:00AM, I woke up in pain and my left arm was all swollen and it was so painful. I went to see my family Dr. the very next day and he put be on anti-inflammatory medication for 2weeks. When I went back to talk to Dr. Jun Soo very nicely about it, all he said was "It could happen." He never apologized. I did not bring it up to the owner because I was not going to come back ever again anyways. However my arm still hurts even after 5months now and I think my nerves are permanently damaged. I regret so much for going to this place and Dr. Jun Soo shouldn't be performing acupuncture because he does not know what he is doing and it is not safe. Everyone I know told me I should have sued this place. I thought the pain will go away after the medication so I did not want to make a big deal out of it. The reason I am posting this review now is that the pain never went away completely and I really should have sued them in the first place if I knew my nerves are permanently damaged then. I am warning you! STAY AWAY! If I could give less then 1 star I probably would.

First experience ever, and definitely best experience ever. Still at the place, could not wait to get home for sharing my feelings about this awesome place. Spent 100 bucks on an acupuncture-massage package, I do believe it is worth paying much more. My husband is also very happy with his experience. Thanks to Soojung and James for giving us a very relaxing time. We are lucky to live near this place ❤️
