Worst experience ever. I have been trying to get in touch with them for days to reschedule my appointment due to cancellation of my flight. They never reply emails nor phone calls. And i went to there clinic today, tried to explain to them, they just tried to ignore me and ask me to leave. No customer service at all. I left the clinic with no solution, they won't refund the deposit even though they didn't even care to mention that before i made the appointment. The only way is to make another appointment online which means they can just keep collecting people's deposit and not helping them reschedule, or not helping at all.

I had the WORST experience with this clinic, doctors are terribly UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could I would give a big MINUS ⭐ instead. I booked appointment 22 days ago. I arrived quite early (1h in advance) and told the counter staff that I need to pick my kid from school right after the my check up, the time indicated in the email for my slot. I waited till an assistant brought me to the room. And I waited for 10 minutes without any sign that doctor will come. I came out to ask for the next day appointment because doctor didn't show up, and I could not wait. Staff told me that the doctor can do telemedicine in the next morning 10:30 and they can email me the letter for the lab. This morning, no calls, no email. Nothing. I tried to call the clinic many times with extension 5 for the family doctor but couldn't get through. It's nothing till now. I just wonder what kind of doctors and staffs in this place?

I wish I could give a negative rating for this clinic. I paid a deposit for COVID testing because it said on their website that the results would be back within 48-72 hours. After I made the appointment it became clear they could not deliver on this promise, so I phoned them multiple times and sent many emails to cancel my appointment and request a refund but never got a response nor were they answering their phone. They were clearly being misleading and now I can't even get a hold of anybody to ask for a refund. DO NOT book any appointments with this clinic!

I was looking for a clinic a couple months ago, decided to look at the recent reviews, saw that they're mostly 1 stars, but I decided to go anyway because it was the closest clinic, and I found out why so many people rated it 1/5. I come back to the reviews section, and most of the negative ones are gone. The people working here are very unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Especially the person who answers calls. Not pleasant. The waiting area looks pretty nice, I'll give them that, but some of the rooms are absolutely revolting. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. The care provided by the doctors is mediocore at best, they don't really seem to care. Anyway, I definitely would not recommend this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I am so glad I chose PolyCan for non-symptoms COVID tests for my parents. We went to clinic on late 13th Oct for Travel purpose COVID test, and received the final report on the 15th evening. My parents finally got on their flight to Shanghai on the morning of the 16th. Very efficient service. For my urgent cases, Sonia nicely follow up with me, and she had a quick turnaround when I asked her questions. If you have someone who is going to travel and requires a COVID test report, I will definitely recommend PolyCan. It is very stressful trying to coordinate covid test with travel. I had a 72 hr window. The issue date is the date the test was confirmed negative. Check dates and times of flights to your destination so you are ready. I booked 2 flights and knew what other airlines were available on calendar. Book online estimate 4-5 days then I visited polycan with flight date in hand and they were very good to coordinate the right date. When you check in for test have a copy of visa bill to show you paid! This is unusual but do it. My result arrived 24hrs before flight 🙏🏼 Airline will only accept printed copy It is unfortunate our government doesnt recognize essential travel and help the travel clinics have more control of result times. Went there on appointment date and they said that I'm not on their appointment list and asked for my appt confirmation so I showed it to them. They apologized for the system glitch but mentioned that they did not have the tools for PAP smear due to supply shortage. They offered to add me to their waitlist and so I did. A month later, they called me and told me they have a timeslot on a weekday. But since I work on weekdays, I said that I'm only available on weekends and asked if they have an availability. This health centre has everything you can name of, RMT, physio, aesthetics, family doctor and so much more! Ive been coming here for RMT and Farrah has always been warm, welcoming & thorough. She listens to your concerns, provides education and I always feel relaxed post massage. The staff at the reception are fantastic as well, I am always greeted with a big smile from Sanny. She is always on top of my paper work which makes it much more efficient. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with PolyCan was a bit of a rollercoaster. To start with I could NOT reach anybody by email or phone (I tried several times). I wouldn't have booked with them, but they were the only clinic where I could get an appointment when I needed it (prior to flying). I made an appointment through their online booking system, which was relatively smooth. When I showed up to the clinic, I was ushered to an office space upstairs that seemed to be hastily thrown together. The receptionists were great and there was plexiglass at the desk, but then I was sat in the hallway - very near to the front desk - to have my swab taken ... right in plain sight. As a healthcare professional myself, I felt that privacy/dignity were not priorities. That said, I didn't have any negative social interactions. I received my result the morning of the 4th day. It didn't bear a signature (which South Africa stipulated for my entry) so I phoned (no answer) and then emailed PolyCan but with little to no hope that anyone would even respond. I'm delighted to say that a lovely staff member named Wincy responded promptly and sent me a copy of my test result with a signature from the nurse at PolyCan. She was kind and friendly and my experience with her was by far the best I've had all along the way. So, in the end, I received what was promised but with a lot of uncertainty and anxiety on the journey. I leave for my flight tomorrow and I'm confident that I have everything I need.

The stuff is extremely rude on the phone, I called in to reschedule my appointment and they told me there is an additional $50 for reschedule fee, but the website didn’t say anything about that additional fees. Horrible service , and the $168 booking deposit is non refundable while other clinic is refundable and reasonable. Worst experience ever. Great place to get your Covid tests done. Was heading to Shanghai so I got both my PCR and blood test done at the clinic. Great staff and extremely quick even the reports were sent within 12-18 hours highly recommended. The nurse for my blood work was so since & didn’t hurt also the price for the package was so reasonable unlike some other places. Definitely go to this place if your travelling and need tests done prior.

My parents and sister did tests at PolyCan Health Center on Oct. 21. The lab reports came out on Oct. 23, about 12 hours out of of the 72 hours window before flight departure time at 11am on Oct. 27. We were a bit worry about the report time issued and therefore contacted Dr. Mai for help. He was very paitent to address our concerns and calmed us down by explaining that the arlirlines can accept the date of the cover letters from the PolyCan Health Center. We received the test reports and cover letters on Oct. 25. My parents and sister checked in and boarded the China Eastern Airline smoothly with their test reports and cover letters this moring. We all appreciate help and assistance from staff at the Center, especially Dr. Mai!

I contacted them with an urgent need for a covid test so I could get in to see and care for my elderly Mother. I requested an appointment with these people and actually got a confirming email from them advising they would be in touch shortly to set up the appointment. I had up to three weeks to get this test done before I had to travel to see my Mom. No one ever called me and no one ever emailed me as they had promised. There is obviously no compassion or caring whatsoever with these people. Stay the hell away from them if you know what is good for you. They left me hanging and I am sure I am one of many. Horrible people.
