I went to the clinic on August 26th to do a Botox treatment. This was the 3rd time visiting the clinic for botox treatment. The first time I went, the Dr. She gave me 50 units of Botox and I really loved the result. The second time I went, I thought the same Dr. would attend to me. However, she was not the one who attended to me the first time. The treatment with the 2nd Doctor was ok, but I did not love the result like the first time. So, I booked an appointment for a 3rd treatment of Botox and asked them that I wanted my appointment with the 1st Dr. I saw the first time. I was very clear that only wanted with her. On August 26, when I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, my surprise was to meet another doctor and not the one I had asked for. I absolutely didn’t like the results at all. Nothing compares with my first time experience. I spoke with one of the assistant at the clinic and she told me that the Dr I wanted to see, was not longer working at the clinic. And asked me to wait more days. It’s not the first time I use Botox and always I can see results since few days later. I think the charged me 50 units but I only received half. And that’s dishonest.

I am beyond thrilled with the level of customer service and treatment I receive at Lougheed Laser! Sabina is so friendly and professional, and always answers my questions promptly. Nicole does the most amazing hydrafacial - she is gentle and thorough, with great conversation - my skin is glowing!!! Finally, I have been seeing Dr. Grace for the last 2 years and she has been incredible - she doesn't push treatment and makes amazing recommendations. I am feeling great! Thank you to the LL team!

I used this clinic 20 years ago, came back late last year for some medical grade products and treatments. Can’t explain how amazing the team is. Amazing is an understatement, there are no words that describe how greatful I am to have walked into the clinic years later. Loria is my favourite, she really cares. Such amazing team. They deliver what you Ed t and don’t over sell. Genuinely in business for the clients.

This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I decided to come to Lougheed hair removal because it was more convenient for me close to home and work but I’d like to share with everyone that I felt very uncomfortable. They changed my technician 5 times and they never notified me. I also felt I was treated very differently since I was not Caucasian and I thought I was judging it but I have gone to this place over a year now and I am sure that they treated me completely different just because I was brown.

I have been seeing Lorea for laser hair removal since the fall of 2021. I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful the Lougheed Laser Centre is run and how wonderful the treatment and care I receive from Lorea is. She is gentle and understanding and takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. I have been to multiple clinics and have not had even close to the results I have seen here. I am so happy with the service here (their front end is AMAZING). Highly, highly recommend!!

My daughter has been receiving light and soft laser hair removal from Lougheed Laser for just over a year. Nicole did our initial consultation and has been fully invested in getting the very best results for my daughter ever since. Nicole works on my daughter’s face, back, abdomen, arms and legs. She is super kind and takes time with me ( mom) at the end of each session to discuss results and future treatment plans. Our results have been excellent and my daughter’s confidence has increased dramatically. The clinic is very well run. All staff are super professional and helpful. It is very clean, as well. We definitely found that purchasing packages is the best way to go, especially if you have several areas to cover.

I have had the opportunity to deal with Dr. Grace and with Nicole. They are both amazing! Nicole is the skin expert and laser master. She is very knowledgeable and gentle during the treatments. I love how she explains everything from beginning to end. She always makes me feel comfortable and lets me know what to expect. She has also recommended great products for my skin. The staff at the clinic are always very welcoming and the space itself is beautiful and impeccable! Highly recommend it!

Had a hydrafacial here after months of neglecting my skincare. Taylor was amazing at customizing my facial to treat my specific issues (peeling dry skin combined with clogged pores). My skin was so plump and refreshed afterwards. One thing to mention is that both Taylor and the receptionist Shannon were really knowledgeable about their products without pushing clients to buy. Definitely more of a professional practice than your typical beauty clinic.

I recently had laser hair removal and hydra facial services done and I absolutely loved my experience from beginning to end. Not only is it a beautiful clinic, the staff were all so welcoming, knowledgable and professional. I have been going to Lougheed laser centre for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. The Doctors are great, they are very professional and they make sure that you feel comfortable and answer all questions you may have. The receptionists are all very nice and knowledgeable. My hydrafacial at Lougheed Laser was great! The only feedback I have is that I needed more extraction done on a problem area, and the technician said she tried to get them, but the room was so dark I’m not sure how she could see. I even asked if she has enough light to see. I beleave that's why she missed a few spots on my face.And When I got home I was disappointed to find blemishes, that I just took care of myself as they were more on the surface.

I was recommended to lougheed laser by a friend for my first Botox experience. Dr. Fisher is so awesome - I’ve been to one other place since and returned to Lougheed Laser as the results were better. Dr Li and Tawny are excellent. My Botox injections were placed perfectly. I feel and look refreshed especially around my eyes.. I am 58 years old and appreciate anything to help me look younger. 10-10. 👍

I have had three microneedling sessions so far, two with Tyra and one with Nicole. I was nervous going in because I've never done it before and I was also worried my disability would make it awkward. Turns out I had nothing to worry about: they accommodated me and were very friendly, professional, and skilled. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions without judgment. The atmosphere of the establishment is positive and calm.

This review is a little late but I had botox between my eyebrows and my smile lines. The smile lines were ok. But the injections this older woman did between my eyebrows caused my eyes to swell up for months on end. I phoned the front staff they said seems normal and to just come in on your touch up/check up. I did they said it was just my eyes and that I need an EYE LID LIFT! what the heck??? I never had that issue before. The swelling eventually went away many months later and I could finally use mascara again. Also i could see properly again. NEVER again will I go to this place that will not accept blame. This woman who worked on me had just started there and was near retirement age, She was very nervous. Not a great very expensive first time. Thanks for this cruddy experience Lougheed Laser!

Dr.Fleming and her team are great. Super friendly and very welcoming. What they do need to work on however, is taking their clients in at their appointed time. I understand that at times, things happen, and things run a bit behind. But every single time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait at least 30 mins. My very first appt, I waited 45 to be seen by the doctor.

Lougheed Laser Center is a warm welcoming place. Everyone I have dealt with have been kind and friendly. They strive to give you the best possible care and are very considerate about personal budgets. Dr. Grace is fabulous! She is very knowledgable and provides great results. It feels more like visiting a friend verses going to a clinic. I recommend this place to anyone looking for services and products that they offer.

I saw Dr. Gillian Fisher for a PRP treatment for hair loss. The PRP treatment has really worked well to thicken my hair. Dr. Fisher was great to work with. She’s down to earth, very easy to talk to and very informative about the procedure. It was very tolerable. Minimal pain from the injections. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Fisher as she is highly professional in her field!

Update 2, Sept 11th: Had a meeting with the doctor and manager to find out that I'm one of the rare cases where coolsculpt makes this worse (hyperplasia). Have had my file forwarded to the company for follow up, and will update again once that has come through. Meanwhile, the experience this time around was far, far better. Christy's promptness, thoroughness, and helpfulness was excellent. Hoping for a positive outcome at the end of all this. **************** Update 1, Sept 7th: have heard back and spoken to the manager. Will be going in for a meeting next week and will update this review after. ***************************** Went here for a coolsculpt session and regretting it. I was given incomplete information, no one followed up after my one session, and when I called in months later to say that not only had the treatment not worked, but it was worse now, they tried to blow it off and asked me to pay thousands of dollars more for additional treatment. The concession I was offered was 'interest free' payments. Just so devastated by this and the unsightly lumps on me now.

I was recommended to check on the Logheed laser clinic for hydra facial and I was very happy with my experience! Nicole was very informative and caring! For sure I will be back for another treatment! Thank you!

Beautiful location, and the staff and doctors are outstanding. They were so sweet and accommodating. I was really nervous about getting botox done for TMJ pain and they were incredibly patient and understanding, making sure I understood it's really nothing to be worried about. Also worth mentioning, all of the girls are BEAUTIFUL - likely a testament to how well their skin services are. I'll be back for more services in the near future!

Lougheed Laser Center has been amazing since my very first consultation. I thought the service and experience from the moment I called was not only professional but very warm. The staff over the phone was very knowledgeable and invited me for a free consultation. I was definitely nervous about  laser hair removal. I was afraid and anxious as I thought the procedure was a painful experience for a person with low tolerance to pain like myself. I was totally wrong! I had an extremely pleasant experience. The clinic has a very elegant and clean environment. From the moment you arrive the friendly staff greets you in a polite and very sincere way. They make you feel comfortable right away by conversing with you & offering you water/tea while waiting for your appointment. One of the things I like about this location is  how accessible is by public transit. The clinich is right on Lougheed Town Center. Today I had my first laser session. Between that and the free consultation, my experience has been phenomenal. The staff is informative, pleasant and genuine. The laser technician answered all of my questions and provided me with a detailed list of ways to make sure my post laser hair removal experience continues to be pleasant.  I am looking forward to continuing my remaining sessions. I  Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for laser hair removal. One of the treats of this clinic is their referral program. A friend of mine referred me and both of us got a great discount. What a great way to welcome a new client and thank their existing clientele.

I know that there are so many Groupons and deals available for Laser Hair Removal, and it can be tempting to buy something cheaper, but seriously, don't do it. The staff here is extremely professional and the standard of care here is supreme - the place is always so clean! Dr Grace Francescato dose the absolute best Botox I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 7 practitioners over the past decade - some of them being most recognized - and Dr Grace has the exact right touch, which is what keeps her work natural-looking. Every time I see her I am amazed at how lifted and contoured I look. She’s smart, considerate, gracious and a lovely personality.

I have been coming to Lougheed Laser Centre for almost a year and I have been extremely happy with my decision. I used to be extremely hesitant about receiving cosmetic treatments before because of the stories and rumours that run rampant but the ladies at Lougheed Laser have been very accommodating to my needs and easy to communicate with. If I ever have an issue with the results of a laser treatment (usually just spot touch-ups) they have no problem booking me in as soon as possible for a complimentary touch-up. I feel so much more relaxed and at ease without makeup after making the decision to undergo laser treatments by them. The filler I received is amazing! I used to be extremely self-conscious about my smile in photographs because my top lip was almost unseeable. I’ve never been more confident with my smile and my overall self-image.
