what

paid
and
how
much
time
I
spent.
I
got
4
times
bbl
treatments
at
Burnaby
Ever
Young,
spent
more
than
$1,800
on
treatment.
At
the
beginning,
Ashley
in
PoCo
Ever
Young
sales
person
sold
member
fee
of
$100
on
this
clinic
and
she
recommended
me
to
try
3
times
of
picosure
laser
in
Burnaby.
So,
I
came
to
Burnaby
because
of
picosure
machine
that
she
recommended
me.
So
I
paid.
but
then
Burnaby
treatment
agent,
Tatiana
recommended
me
bbl
treatments
instead
of
picosure
laser.
I
was
frustrating
and
eventually
I
trusted.
I
expected.
by
the
way,
I
am
living
in
PoCo.
Not
in
Burnaby.
Which
means,
I
did
not
need
to
get
treatment
in
Burnaby
when
BBL
laser
machine
is
in
PoCo.
Anyways,
I
trusted
them.
and
Also
I
purchased
4
different
skincare
products
here,
I
spent
more
than
$500
as
side
skincare
as
she
recommended.
but
I
don't
see
really
huge
difference
over
4
month.
Also,
Clinic
don't
use
any
anesthetic
cream
when
they
do
laser
treat.
They
use
only
cold
gel
and
laser
right
away.
so
During
laser,
It
really
hurts,
and
sore.
It
feel
really
crying
during
laser,
it
feel
burning
after
laser.
After
my
4th
treatment,
My
both
side
of
face
was
swollen,
and
became
really
red
face
over
6
hours.
I
had
to
use
ice
pack
for
6
hour
because
my
skin
was
too
hurt.
I
decided
to
update
my
review
now
because
I
was
thinking
of
how
much
cost
I
spent,
how
much
time
I
spent
(to
go
this
place
from
all
the
way
from
poco,
which
i
could
get
same
treatment
in
poco
if
it
was
like
this),
and
results.
Also
I
got
laser
long
time
ago
in
different
place,
but
it
was
not
like
this.
I
just
trusted
them.
but
I
feel
like
scammed.
I
could
spend
my
money
in
different
place.
As
customer
service
area,
It
is
just
okay.
1
time,
they
canceled
laser
treatment
1
day
before
and
just
noticed
me
on
the
phone
because
laser
has
problem.
So
they
requested
me
to
reschedule.
so
I
rescheduled.
and
3rd
session,
I
asked
them
what
happened
to
laser
machine.
and
Burnaby
sale
person
said
nothing
happen
on
the
laser
machine,
laser
did
not
broken.
Then
Why
they
moved
my
schedule?
My
time
is
important
too.
They
could
call
me
3
days
ahead
or
earlier
if
they
can't
make
time
for
my
book.
If
they
were
more
honest
about,
that
would
be
better.
Why
this
person
and
that
person
says
different.This
is
not
really
professional
customer
services.
More
like
frustrating.
and
Pushing
to
buy
some
products
that
does
not
even
work.
Ashley
in
poco
sales
lady
recommend
me
to
try
cleanser.
cleanser
was
bad
because
it
did
not
clean
or
make
brighter
skin
over
time.
and
it
was
wasted.
but
then
in
burnaby
sales,
I
understand
they
have
to
sell
so
many
products
but
I
told
them
I
did
not
like
it
because
it
does
not
remove
anything.
but
how
they
talk
is
those
products
in
stores
are
the
best
products
because
it's
professional
and
their
talk
is
like
others
in
other
brands
are
not
professional
and
not
a
good.
I
don't
like
attitude
that
making
sounds
like
other
brands
are
bad.
Any
brands
can
be
good
for
anyone
who
fits
with
that
products.
Anyways,
Inside
is
clean
and
nice.
but
As
Treatment
results
and
my
time,
costs
of
products,
services
and
all
that,
I
don't
recommend
this
place.
They
have
highly
5
star
reviews,
because
they
give
client
1
cosmetic
brush
and
let
clients
review
5
stars
at
first
visit.
So
I
got
1
brush
too
because
they
said
they
give
me
some
gifts
if
I
do
good
review
at
1st
visit
(when
I
felt
as
trust
in
this
place).
This
is
just
all
marketing.
I
realized
later
I
got
faked
by
5
stars
google
review.
but
I
believe
People
must
know
about
BBL
laser
before
they
check
in
and
think
about
spending
lots
money
and
how
result
will
come.
By
the
way,
I
did
not
get
a
treatment
by
doctor.
I
thought
they
are
medical
clinic
but
not
really
(
I
knew
this
later
as
well).
and
I
don't
even
know
who
is
doctor
in
this
clinic.
There
were
no
meeting
before
laser.
You
just
pay
money
and
sign
on
ipad
,
they
just
do
with
just
gel.
ouch.
I
will
give
2
star,
because
tetiana
was
nice,
inside
was
clean.
but
As
a
business
and
services,
it
seems
not
a
professional
business.
