I went there on 30th June, Wednesday at around 1.10PM and the person there said its closed where as on door it says 7am to 3pm. And its going to be closed for next 4 days. There was no communication on the spot as well to let customers know that it's closing early. When I asked a person there she said I don't have access to till people who sell are gone already. This is definitely not a good service 😕

Some of the best coffee the city offers but you already know this. Plus they source beans irrespective of certification. Buy ground coffee and get a free cup to go.

Y'know what, I was so surprised to see them in this area. The Cafe was very clean and the service was great. Great smiles and good coffee, what else can you ask for!

Nice coffee and treats options are vegan and vegetarian too, would be nice if they had GF too. Great staff.

I visited the shop and ordered a coffee. I decided to try something different and went with the light roast. However, after taking a sip, I found it tasted quite terrible. I attempted to exchange it for a dark roast but was informed that this goes against policy. I've been a loyal JJ Bean fan, even a super fan, for over a decade . I'm deeply disappointed due to the lack of customer service and the quality of coffee this time. It pains me to say that I'll no longer be a customer. I’m going back to Starbucks. They wouls for sure without hesitation make the order right.

Autum Dark - HORRIBLE COFFEE!!! The customers chatting in the JJ Bean locations is all about how much everyone HATES the new drip coffee. Even your staff will admit quietly that they think it's horrible... and no one wants to buy it. Mr Neate, we are not sure what happened in the selection process but whoever tasted Autum Dark and thought it would be a good idea to sell in your stores, needs to be let go. Railtown did not need to be replaced. The Eastside is quite frequently sour tasting -like an old flower. I have never chosen to drink Americanos in your stores. At present, in your stores, there is no earthy, bold option for your previously loyal, now disappointed, customers. Today, I left one of your locations to go to a Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee. The taste and aroma of Autum Dark reminds me of the Sanka my Grandma used to drink. And it smells like her sock drawer. You owe your customers better. You owe your customers an apology. Bring back Railtown.

Went to the cafe this morning at around 10:30am and the cafe was closed. It was not a holiday or a weekend. There were at least 2 people working inside, but they didn’t have the courtesy of acknowledging the customers waiting outside. There were 2 other customer that came and left. What an absolute waste of a trip. It would be nice if they followed the posted store hours.

Probably the best tasting lattes out there. And the baristas are great, memorised our drinks from the sedind time around. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for a snack and bevy. The staff was super kind and friendly. Will be frequenting this spot!

This place is pretty great. The people that work here are lovely, the food is good, with plant based options. And the coffee is the best in the lower mainland.

Great coffee, baking is a little expensive but pretty good.

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and now they started charging for the one extra pump of syrup. No more JJ for me.

Man this place. I started work in the area 3 weeks ago and was shocked that there was a live JJ Bean. Been there 4 times now. The drip coffee is delicious. The oatmeal raisin cookies are huge, chewie and awesome. Today I had a turkey chorizo wrap (out of this WORLD) and an iced coffee (SO MUCH FLAVOR). I love it here. Keep up the awesome work

Great coffee and great service! The only thing I don’t like about this place is their hours and the fact that they don’t always have the baked goods that I want when I go there. But then again that’s mostly because I show up at 1 PM and they close at 3 PM

I’ve been coming to JJ Beans for 20 years now, started on the Drive, Victoria, then Main Street, sometimes Port Moody, and now in my backyard. The coffee has been the only one I actually like consistently but what gets me is the great customer service and the community around and in each location. Thank you for being there.

Latte is really delish... Croissants are really good there too

Place is great, but they run out of pastries and foods way too quickly. Also more vegan/eggless options would be nice!
