Drink had no ice when ordered with regular ice level. The cold drink was almost warm. Pearls were tasteless. Milk tea is too watery. Straw was plastic but very flimsy so made it extremely challenging to poke through the top seal without making a mess. On the plus side its around $1.5 cheaper than other places. Overall quality reminds me of budget T&T bubble tea. I wouldn't come here again. Just thought I give it a try since other nearby bubble tea places weren't open before 12pm on weekend. I didn't realize how good other places were until trying this one. To the reviews who find it taste great probably never really drink bubble tea...

I wanted to like this bbt place but I’ve tried 3 times already. Pudding milk tea, panda milk tea, and Thai milk tea and they have all tasted watered out. What a waste of money. The tuna garlic sandwich was good though but I won’t ever order bbt here again

The food was an absolute disappointment. All our drinks tasted extremely watered down. Additionally, our ice cream was pretty much hollow- just felt like we were cheated- would not recommend.

Very good gelato here! I had the taro oolong gelato with sweetened condensed milk on top and it was delicious. Sweet, creamy, and the depth of the tea flavor. My ice cream was hollow on the inside, but honestly I wouldn't have been able to finish it if it wasn't so I'm not that bothered by it. Clean and quick service!

Always my go-to for bubble tea! I usually rotate between pu-erh, tieguanyin, oolong, Sri Lankan black, and golden thai milk teas with either boba pearls or grass jelly - love the strong tea flavours and chewiness of the toppings 😋 punch card reward system also encourages me to go back for more lol

Good tea, nice decorations, really love the pandas all around :) Had a group of guys playing monopoly and some guy got nuked for 1400 LOL

The attendant ,an Asian lady slim and about 5'4" tall, dark hair pulled up and wearing glasses, was not friendly at all ! My grandson (who is not a regular customer at bubbletea places)placed his order and forgot to mention to add pearls in the beverage and she made a rudely comment by saying next time tell me if you want pearls...seriously? You are the server and you are supposed to help the customer building their beverages! She made the drink and it was made to standard. After it was made, instead of calling out the drink she just placed it in front of me and didn't say anything and walked away to do her dishes! I had to read the label if ut was my beverage. I hope the owner gives her a chance to retrain her especially with customer service. I posted the receipt so the owner gets to know who was working on that day and shift.

We ordered only two drinks. Took us 5 minutes to order and waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Only one person on floor and you can tell she's a newbie. It wasn't even busy. The store was literally empty. The employee works too slow! If I could give it zero stars for service, I would.

I have been coming here for years and their bubble tea has always been consistent. I like their Panda Milk Tea which comes with black and white pearls. They also have game nights every Wednesday and Friday and they play really good movies on their TV. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and family and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Ordered Coffee Jelly Pu-erh Milk Tea and pretty good. Personally, it tastes a little bit on the sweet side but you can always ask for less sugar. See that they have Tea Gelato and will definitely give it a try next time.

Spacious cafe with nice decorations and setting. The bubble tea was also tasty. The lady served us bubble tea though it was around closing time.

Typical shiny tea joint nothing special, if you like their style of teas. I'm not a big bbt person, but their bbt ice cream is pretty good. Interior is nice and spacious enough for people to gather and socialize

I think this is the last time I go to Shiny Tea… I walked into Shiny Tea, the place was empty except me and the tea lady. I ordered a basic milk tea with less ice and 30% sugar, no pearls. I then see her start to make the drink. It all seems normal until she reached into the dirty sink and grabbed what looked like a finished drink with ice left in it. She then began to saw open the sealed top with some dirty tongs that were left in the sink aswell. She then poured the used ice into my drink, sealed it up, and handed the drink to me with a smile. I was shook and didn’t know what to say or do, so I just walked out and tossed the drink in the garbage. Very gross.

Always quiet which is nice! Anything milk tea flavour is just ok but the lemon tea was good! 50% sugar is ok and the place is inexpensive!

Delicious bubble tea and according to my brother, the ice cream is really good too. It's cheaper and tastier than many of the other bubble tea options in the area. The interior decor is really nice and the service is good. Plus they have free wifi and charging ports for those of you who, like me, love to siphon a bit of energy to charge my phone. Overall recommended and I'll definitely be swinging around again soon. :D

Drinks and food were good and came quickly. The toast sandwiches went well with the tea. It was too bad both the mango and chocolate cheese cakes were sold out when I was there.

I got the Matcha tea with no sugar and half pearls, half grass jelly, very good service, all smiles and was patient in answering my questions. Also gave me a sample of the milk tea ice cream they are now selling. Recommend!

We love the freshness of the tea. It's not powdered and it's super refreshing. The grass jelly was super fresh and highly recommend it.

BEWARE!!! As per the advertisement on their huge screen by the cashier, tealatos with various toppings are priced differently. However, when we made our order, the barista said we must order the drizzle (as shown in the advertisement) with an extra "topping" charge. FALSE ADVERTISING IS ILLEGAL. The "price tags" are there to lure customers into buying something with a higher price. Another note: my purchase was based on another one of their advertisements which says you can get a free medium panda drink by spending $5 and writing a Google review. After paying for the falsely advertised tealato of over $5, I showed them my review. I was told MUST give a FIVE STAR review to get the free drink. FALSE ADVERTISING AGAIN.
