If 0 star is possible, I would leave it here. Absolutely worst service and incompetent people (doctors and staff alike) working there. Phone number doesn't go through to the office, just tells us to leave an email or call 9-1-1. Left an email for a doctor to get back to us, no response. Found out later that the doctor (Wei Li) never even got the email from staff or any other method. When asked about it the doctor said "no, you don't reach out to me. you set an appointment and ask your questions there. you won't be able to connect with me otherwise." In beginning of June, staff sets up appointments for July and August. Staff sets up an appointment for July 1 (Canada Day) which we've asked "oh you're open on that day?" which they confirmed they do. We even receive an appointment confirmation email. Come July 1, my pregnant wife goes to find out a message on the door "we are closed on Saturday and Monday". Waiting in the clinic? Fine. Hard to communicate? Sure. But flat out telling me that no communications are available with the doctor, email goes nowhere and unchecked, and error with booking an appointment?!?! This clinic doesn't even know how to operate in basic, bare minimum standard. Absolute worst experience of clinic in my life. Absolutely furious and upset that my pregnant and wife have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

I've come here a handful of times over the past couple of years with my child. The doctor is great. I've found everything we need to come in he's been very helpful with assisting our concerns. My review has low stars because I really don't like the booking system and lack of a phone number to call. Walk in clinics in the Vancouver area in general are pretty bad for this. If they had an incoming telephone line which they answered for patients people wouldn't waste their time coming by for walk in only to find out the doctor is no longer accepting patients hours before they close.

What used to be a very good clinic with physicians that went above and beyond in their care of patients is now a shell of its former self. No longer do they accept phone calls (unheard of for a medical facility), instead redirecting patients to use their online booking system - which you can't actually utilize because every doctor is always "fully booked" for both in-person and telephone calls. Called around to several other medical clinics, and while they too were all fully booked to see patients, they were still happily taking phone calls. Brentwood Medical is the only clinic I contacted that has completely cut-off interaction with patients. They should be embarrassed and ashamed with how badly this clinic is run.

This place is the worst clinic you could imagine. Dr Li is so irresponsible and horrible even as a person. She doesn’t care anything aside from money that she can get from taking pregnancy woman (especially from those traveling to Canada to deliver their child here in order to get a Canadian passport) This place deserves a -100 score if possible. If we had any choice we would never stay with her as our family doctor. After Covid, it became even more worse. No one answers the phone and your call will just go to an auto voice instruction saying the best way to book appointment is on their website. Ironically their online booking system is so messed up - we booked an appointment for our daughter’s vaccine and even received both confirmation that mail and reminder email. On the day we arrived, we were told Dr Li does not even work that day! What a joke! And it is just an example of many. Even if you are lucky enough to see Dr Li, the only thing she’ll say to you is you are fine, all your problems can be fixed by your body itself and send you home within 2 mins. Can’t believe people like this can even be a doctor. Warning! Stay away from this place and Dr Li.

I will preface this review by saying I was quite weary before visiting this clinic just given the base of the reviews that were previously left. If it weren’t for my back being in immense pain and this being the closest walk in clinic in my area and my family doctor being completely booked for the month, I may not have gone based off of the reviews, however I am very glad that I did go. My experience is mine only and I know when people are stressed and distraught that emotions can be quite high and sensitive and I would feel the exact same way if my needs weren’t met but given my visit today I was very pleased with the service that I received from both the reception (3 employees I think one was being trained) and Dr. Khangura. The staff that were working today were very kind and clear with me as I was a new patient. They all wore masks and took each patient’s temperature. I waited around 20 minutes before the doctor saw me as they were previous appointments ahead of me which didn’t bother me as I knew I was going for a walk in versus scheduling an actual appointment. The doctor was very kind and patient with me which I really appreciated because I was in great pain. She took the time to explain things with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all during my visit. In all honesty, if I didn’t already have a wonderful family doctor I would probably want to get her as mine because of how attentive and calm she was. I think empathy goes along way and having a medical practitioner that cares is often, unfortunately, uncommon and should be really valued. I will also note that while I was waiting to see the doctor another individual had come by to drop off Christmas gifts for the reception staff and the doctor which was quite nice to see. I also overheard a phone call from one of the reception staff and it was very warming to me to hear how personable and friendly he was with her.

Dr.Terrence Ho is the doctor to see here. He has been my doctor for the past two years. He has been spot on, taken care of my referrals and has been otherwise very caring to any issues I might have had. His level of professionalism, considering how busy they have been, has always exceeded expectations. His knowledge is extremely high and my biggest disappointment is that he won't be my doctor going forward as I have left the city. If I can express my thanks and gratitude, that is how much he was appreciated for the time I was his patient. All the best Dr.Ho.

The WORST clinic in the area. The receptionist are very rude, not helpful, and ignoring patients. They cancel appointments last minute and don't offer any other appointments, Because THEY ARE ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED. Also, every time you call the clinic, you have to be on hold for 25-30 min....The doctors decide to have in-person appointments by phone and if you need any physical exam, you have to desperately look for somewhere else. This clinic has serious issues, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC...

WARNING. I don't know if there is anyone from the clinic cares their own reviews. But I do know that they do not respect their patients at all. Cancelled my vaccine appointment when we just arrived ( we arrived 5 minutes earlier than the appoint time). The doctor said she has to go to an personal appointment.

This medical office will ghost you for over a week when you're in desperate need of a medication refill, and their office will no longer takes calls from patients. It's actually disgusting how little they care considering they are a medical office responsible for the health and well being of actual patients. Do better. Your office is lazy and the service is pathetic.

I went to the clinic for a regular check-up. After nearly 2 hours of waiting, I walked out without seeing the doctor. Who knows how long I would've waited if I hadn't walked out. I would probably still be there. Very disappointed.

So, I just booked a walk in with doctor li and I was unfortunately late because of the traffic and the guy at the front desk was so accommodating that he rescheduled it for me; talking about doctor li she just help me sort out my blood tests for 24 months as I have no family doctor. One thing more there was some stamp issue on my receipt the guy was nice enough that when I called he did the stamping despite of clinic being closed on monday

The appointment was at 3 pm, and I was told 15 minutes ahead when I was on the way to the clinic that the appointment had been cancelled (15 minutes notice ah!). So ridiculous! We work full time and have taken this afternoon off, picked up the kid earlier to get ready for the appointment, and now have to book another time and another day off. I highly doubt they have respect for the patient!!

I thought the bad reviews were exaggerating, but no, this place really is that bad. The receptionist was so incompetent that I was actually amazed. This is the first time I've had to walk out of a clinic. 0 stars if possible. Friends, don't waste your time here.

I am very upset! my child had severe ear pain all night, we came to the clinic for help, but we were scheduled to visit by video! On which they said that we should come to the clinic and look at the ear! They gave their answer at 3 pm when all the clinics were closed! Why make an appointment by phone if you can't look at the ear?? I also want to say that we already went with this problem 2 months ago and we were accepted and the doctor helped us.

Have been waiting since early May to find out test results. I have emailed multiple times and get a automatic response saying they will contact me in 1 to 2 business day. Never get a response and keep trying to contact this office. Would not recommend this doctors office.

"Waste of time! Worst clinic I've been to. " really true!!! My phone appointment time is 1:30 and now it is 2 :45 no one contact me. I made this walk in phone appointment 2 weeks ago and I tried to contact front desk phone and also emailed them, no one answer and replied to me.

Very nice staff, the doctor was incredibly polite, asked lots of questions, showed care and consideration to what I was experiencing. I don't know why this office has so many bad reviews. Thanks to all the staff and doctors for your time, amazing job! Doctors, nurses, assistance's and receptionist's around the globe are burned out from covid. Please practice some patience. Some countries do not have medical health care so let's be grateful for what we have.

My wife has been going to this clinic for years for her high blood pressure pills. Then a few month ago her usual doctor left and she started to see Dr Khawgura. About 10 days ago my wife asked to have a phone appointment. She ran out of her pills so she got an emergency weeks worth. Then Dr didn't call and wife phones many times to no answers. Emailed also. They said they faxed the perscription to our perscription place and nothing. Wife finally had a call yesterday with the Dr. And she was supposed to fax our drug store to make up the order. Nothing came. So I drove all the way to Brentwood from Surrey our new home and asked for the perscription for my wife. He finally found something and printed it for me. I went to my pharmacy and they said this is over 2 month old perscription that has been filled out so far. So I went back and showed the desk guy this was the wrong date all together. He then found an up to date one and gave it to me. I had the order done at pharmacy. Turns out it was the wrong pills. Wife takes 2 types. Its the one she ran out of is what she needed. I had to get another week supply to look for a new walk in clinic. The pharmacy I visited told me now this clinic has all sorts of confusing messes that many people complain about.

Worst walk in clinic I’ve ever visited. Doctor Lee specifically does not care an ounce about his patients. He doesn’t listen to you he just wants to get you in and out. He’s very condescending and uncaring. I requested an appointment that was very important and they scheduled me for one over the phone and I was never called. I communicated how important it was now I’m ill and lost my job.

I had a phone apt with Dr Ho the day before and he never faxed over my perscription to the pharmacy. The clinic has no way to phone them to follow up about this issue and the email they provide for contact is also radio silent. Not to mention having horrible expriences with Dr Li already previously with poor bedside manner, condescending and mocking remarks to patients, and being uneducated/unknowledgable about certain conditions and illnesses. The clinic itself is poorly run whether that be because of inconsistent and unreliable hours of operation, bad patient communication or none at all, and showing up to the clinic at opening just to find out they arent taking walk ins even though their website clearly would state they are, waiting hours to be seen if they are accepting walk ins even tho youre the first patient there at opening (the doctor is late and isnt even at the clinic yet) the list goes on about my bad experiences here. Im surprised this clinic isnt a 1 star by now. Save your time and a headache and go elsewhere.

Leaving 5 stars for Dr Li. I have seen her off and on for 11 yrs (she delivered my first) and she has been consistently helpful and competent. She has been especially good at picking up signs of mental health struggles. I came in complaining of feeling sick and dizzy and she instantly diagnosed post partum depression (she was right). At a more recent appointment, she spent over half an hour with me, getting me to take a quiz and going over medication options. She might be an extremely busy doctor and not even remember seeing you before, but she is smart and experienced and zeros in on the issue expertly. In the crazy chaos that is walkins these days, I think she is doing a pretty good job

Been going to the clinic for a while now and Dr Ho is amazing. But it’s very hard to book an appointment online because they’re always full and you can’t call the clinic because they don’t answer. And when you do book a televisit the call will usually come about an hour and a half after your actual appointment time. But once you’re finally able to get a hold of the doctor he’s very helpful.

One of the worst clinics I’ve been to. The receptionists are gonna lie to you about something and tell you to come on another day if they’re full. If it’s something they cannot take care of, they’re gonna tell you to go somewhere else on your second visit wasting your time like it’ does not matter.

  • 1/5 Ark C. 11 months ago on Google
UPDATE: changed from 2 to 1. Receptionist was not helpful. Flat effect. Informed of update but no calls or emails received. Calls are not even taken. As it is always not available. The only way to connect is in person. It was tough to rate this clinic as i only visited this clinic twice. It’s nice to have a clinic in a mall but expect alot of people as it’s in a highly populated area. 1st time i noticed there was 2 unit clerks and the 2nd time there was only 1. I can feel their frustrations dealing with patients over waiting times. I was fortunate to have a gp assigned after 2 years wait through Divisions of Family Practice website waitlist. My doctor has moved practice from this clinic and i noticed there is another moving also leaving with 4? left. It’s a shame as they dwindle down leaving the highly growing resistances looking for another option. I suggest another clinic or urgent care. Use Medimap for clinic or Erwaittimes for urgent care wait times.

Don’t come here guys. ALSO DON’T LOOK AT THEIR ONLINE WEBSITE FOR WALK IN TIMES. I tried to call to ask if the walk in capacity was at the limit but phone number only gives useless automated information. The website says it updates every 5 minutes but it still said walk ins accepted until I stepped foot into the clinic and they turned me away. Kensington clinic is more reliable than this circus show. Walked 30 mins here just to have my time wasted. Pathetic.

  • 1/5 Adrian P. 10 months ago on Google
They do not answer their phones. When I walked down 10 minutes later they only had 2 patients waiting to ge seen. The patient ahead of me had prescriptions that were faxed over a week ago that still weren't processed... the pharmacy faxed again earlier today and the walkin clinic still hadn't received it. The patient asked whether their fac machine was broken and the receptionist said maybe. And just to wait "maybe a few more minutes". At this point I realized there was a second receptionist behind the desk doing nothing. I asked if I could see a walkin doctor at 1230 and they said the doctor had already left! Then a new patient behind me asked how he can make an appointment if they dont pick up their phones! Better off going somewhere else

We had an appointment on June 24th. We showed up half an hour before but the clinic is not opening. It’s not only for us, it’s for at least 4 patients. It’s ridiculous that I had to take one day off and travelled 2 hours for this appointment. Can you explain? Do you understand how much trouble to me with a 2 months infant and needs to get her vaccinated? Can you do your work or not? How hard is that to make an appointment when you guys are open?

Dr Li is very nice and caring and I always go out of my way to come to see her or talk via phone call she also delivered our baby she is a top doctor in my opinion.

I came here for allergy shots since Kensington medical clinic doesn't do them anymore and the doctors did a good job. Booked appointments have priority over walk in as it should be. It is sometimes difficult to book online and the phone system is not great. Luckily I live close enough to walk in to book an appointment for a future date, which is much easier than online or calling

Worst medical clinic I've ever walk into. The female Md has no business being a doctor, her bed side manner is terrible . The worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

  • 1/5 Chip C. 1 year ago on Google
Went into this clinic with with heat stroke and was told I needed an appointment. I was visibly in distress and the receptionist denied me access to a doctor and when I asked her to then call me an ambulance she said that she would not do that but instead call a cab because its "faster". Absolutely pathetic way to run a business and I suggest anyone that has had a similar experience to contact the better business bureau. They do not deserve to operate. They are more of a danger than they are helpful and when this happened the clinic was 100% empty.

Dr. Terrence Ho has been excellent for the two years he has taken care of me. He has referred me to the right people and everything has been done with care and precision. If I didn't move from Vancouver, he would have been my doctor for as long as I would have remained there. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking a true professional. I wish him well and all the best in the future.

Their service is horrible!!! I booked appointments with Doctor Li Wei twice. They just sent me cancellation notices one day before the appointment and asked me to rebook the appointment. When I rebooked my appointment, the available time was always to be one month later. It's almost six months passed after I finished the lab exam, I still can't follow up with the result. I'm so frustrated for their horrible service. By the way, nobody in this clinic will answer your phone.
