DO NOT TAKE THEIR PHONE CONSULTATION. They will tell you nothing on phone. You will end up wasting your money and time with this medical clinic. They are super rude, they just take phone call appointments and will not treat you as human. I was surprised with phone call appointment as they didn't solve my issue and charged with hefty amount. Save your money don't give them any business. Goto any other medical clinic if you love your health. Stay away from station square clinic.

Worst ever experience. Dr. David Sung never called for my telephone appointment. I kept my phone free and after waiting for 35 minutes when I called, the girl at reception said he called and I didn't pick up which is a lie. I was only waiting for his call, no indication of missed call or voice message on phone log. She asked me to wait and he will call, another 20 minutes passes, I called again, she puts me on hold and forgets, after holding for 11minutes, I redialed again, she picks up and Dr. Sung is running behind schedule, asked me wait again, another 50 minutes passed and no call, I called again and another girl picks to let me know Dr. Sung has left for the day. This is worst ever clinic I have experienced in Canada! They are arrogant and greedy for money. It is first clinic where the general physician doctor say to patients that you cannot discuss more than one issue at same time. Which is so weird as sometimes patients feel sharing couple of issues as they feel might be inter related.

Made an appointment, but they still kept us waiting for an hour (45mins in waiting room and another 15 mins in office) despite us showing up 15 mins early. The clinic smelled bad as soon as you walked in, the asian receptionist was rude, but the latin looking girl was trying to be nice. They kept seeing people before us who just walked in and/or had an appt at the same time as us. Terrible experience. Very unorganized. Maybe if we were Asian they would have seen us sooner, at least thats the impression I was getting.

Worst place ever. Before visiting this place highly recommend to read reviews to avoid wasting your time. They scheduled for me a phone call, afterwards I received an email with details about my appointment with a doctor and never called back. And this happened twice. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the quality of care at this clinic at Patient Care Quality Office in BC. At least they will get checked and later on in the future be more responsible when it comes to their patients and treat everyone equally. Clinics like this should be taken their license away.

Very bad service and experience. I waited for 3 hours and the doctor didn't call me. Then their receptionist called me and lied that it was the doctor who couldn't get through to me, they really lied. Doctors are not on the phone to solve your issue, they just want to end the call as quickly as possible. However, they will eventually ask the government for funds, but the ultimate source of funds is each of us taxpayers.

Whatever you do, avoid the temp Dr. Govindasamy! First off, she was late to our Telemedicine appointment by over half an hour. She will seem like she is diligently listening to your concerns, while very selectively absorbing said info. This doctor is also reluctant to dispense your required medications. I told her how many daily tablets my previous doctors prescribed me directly from the bottles when asking for refills, and instead, she said it's too much and only ended up providing me with 1 tablet per day, after I already told her it won't be enough. Furthermore, she sent the prescriptions to the incorrect pharmacy. Now I need to go in to see another doctor to receive the correct amount and have them sent to the correct pharmacy -- utterly wasting many hours of my time waiting to be seen, then waiting for my prescriptions all over again! She also refused to prescribe me with an antibiotic after I've already had a sore throat for over 2 weeks (bacterial, not viral). I won't be booking this walk-in doctor again!

Waited for over 3 hours for the doctor to call and got nothing in response. Called back to check in and the receptionist said the doctor attempted to call me but I did not answer. What a lie as I waited in an area with great reception for over 3 hours. Never received a voicemail or missed call. Worst clinic in Vancouver. Dont waste your time with these lot.

I have been to this clinic for past 4 years since i do not have a family doctor. The overall experience is good. But there is this doctor, dr.David sung. Omg , he is so arrogant and rude. This is my second time with this doctor and he never listens to what you have to say and he even he does. He undermines you and the recommendations he gives for specialist are for the worst reviewed doctors and he is so egoistic. There are other doctors here in the clinic who knows what they are doing but this guy i would never recommend to anyone. Do not book an appointment with this doctor ever! Dr. Elizabeth chong is very good and patient and listens and provides guidance accordingly though!!

Good luck trying to call in to book an appointment or even just talk to the receptionists. I was repeatedly calling since 11am and kept getting a busy signal. Do you guys even pick up your phone or have call waiting at all??

I was surprise to find so many negative reviews. Well, my experience is different. I have been a patient to this clinic for 23 years (Dr Canderle is my doctor) and, of course, everything has its ups and downs, but in general I could say this place is magnificent.

I prefer going to walk ins as their doctors have been more caring and helpful and more accessible than my GP. Station Square medical is conveniently located near metrotown and is a decent clinic. I've been here many times and have been treated relatively well, so I'm surprised to read such vitriol in some reviews. Before the pandemic this clinic accepted walk ins; however, since then it appears that in person visits are accepted only if absolutely needed and only after a phone consult. This may bother some but it is subjective. I do not mind the phone consults although I agree that various doctors often call late. I thought that one doctor forgot about me but he did call hours later and after he was supposed to end his shift. They are busy. I recall that during one phone call appointment Dr Govindasamy said that unfortunately she needed to assess me in person before deciding whether to give me a refill of my prescription. I was disappointed to be denied a simple refill but, as a health care provider, I understand her clinical rationale. When I met her in person she was just as friendly, polite and professional as she was over the phone. I received the prescription. I would recommend her but the clinic's appointment booking protocol needs improvement. Perhaps when there is a refill request to be made by a doctor who does not know the patient, the doctor should agree to see the patient in person rather make them first call to hear that they need to call again to schedule an in person appointment. Overall, I will still continue using this clinic and recommend it to others who also find it convenient.

Looks like dr. Hung likes to hang up on many of his patients. He is the worst, most rude doctor I've ever encountered. Avoid making appointments with him. Hes not going to listen to you anyways. He will just say its untreatable and hang up on you.

Booked appointment over 'Phone' with Dr. Hung. He didn't have time to talk through patient's issue. I was told we are a very busy clinic and call was hung up by doctor in less than 30 seconds. This clinic should start allowing Walk-ins and should stop wasting time by booking the appointments over Phone.

Always great help, the ladies working different hours have been great help. I do appreciate your efforts and hard working. Weather over the phone or in person. I am very happy with this clinic.

I was concerned when reading some of the negative reviews about the clinic when I visited the clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by my 3 visits (2 telephone, 1 in-person) of the care and follow ups that I had received. Dr. Sung had been very thoughtful and caring in taking care of my ailments. The reception staff had been patient with my queries as well. I would definitely trust my life with the staff in this clinic.

I've been going to this clinic for the last 6 years or so, and while there are things I wish could be improved, they have always listened and acted on my needs. Back in 2019, my blood test came back irregular and one of the indicators shot up. None of the doctors I saw during that period of time hesitated to do whatever it took to dig into the abnormality, including almost daily blood test and ultrasounds. I was also referred to specialist in a timely manner when it became clear who I could follow up with. Dr. Lum in particular spent nearly an hour with me, looking into every single possibility, and until today I am thankful to him. Since then, whenever I had issues ranging from ear pain, to acid reflux, to blood works, the doctors have always listened and sent me whatever help was needed. Most recently, I've had good experience with Dr. Chakera. Many other reviews on here mentioned about long wait times, delayed phone calls, slow receptions, all those are unfortunately true. They do have a trend of overbooking people, or grossly underestimating how long each patient would take. But at the same time, I hardly feel like they're rushing through the appointment, so perhaps that's why. All in all, this is a walk in clinic, not a family doctor or a luxurious clinic. Wait time is expected, and no matter how long you wait for that phone call, it's going to be faster than booking an appointment with your family doctor. Pros and cons, take your pick.

Booking is online. Lately, appointments are one hour delay average. We had our family dr for more than 20 years. I will not change him. Staff is usually friendly. Very grateful!!!!

Friendly receptionists but some doctors here didn't have enough patience and professionalism to hear their patient out and jump to judgement very quickly.

I was first unsure when deciding if I would book an appointment in this clinic because of the previous reviews. However, I had a wonderful experience with one of their doctors (Dr. Chakera) on a phone call appointment. Yes, the call was a few minutes late but it is the same with my GP and almost all other doctors. The only downside I think is that currently everytime I book on their online booking, there are no dates available. I tried calling as well but unfortunately no one answered.
