I've
been
going
to
this
clinic
for
the
last
6
years
or
so,
and
while
there
are
things
I
wish
could
be
improved,
they
have
always
listened
and
acted
on
my
needs.
Back
in
2019,
my
blood
test
came
back
irregular
and
one
of
the
indicators
shot
up.
None
of
the
doctors
I
saw
during
that
period
of
time
hesitated
to
do
whatever
it
took
to
dig
into
the
abnormality,
including
almost
daily
blood
test
and
ultrasounds.
I
was
also
referred
to
specialist
in
a
timely
manner
when
it
became
clear
who
I
could
follow
up
with.
Dr.
Lum
in
particular
spent
nearly
an
hour
with
me,
looking
into
every
single
possibility,
and
until
today
I
am
thankful
to
him.
Since
then,
whenever
I
had
issues
ranging
from
ear
pain,
to
acid
reflux,
to
blood
works,
the
doctors
have
always
listened
and
sent
me
whatever
help
was
needed.
Most
recently,
I've
had
good
experience
with
Dr.
Chakera.
Many
other
reviews
on
here
mentioned
about
long
wait
times,
delayed
phone
calls,
slow
receptions,
all
those
are
unfortunately
true.
They
do
have
a
trend
of
overbooking
people,
or
grossly
underestimating
how
long
each
patient
would
take.
But
at
the
same
time,
I
hardly
feel
like
they're
rushing
through
the
appointment,
so
perhaps
that's
why.
All
in
all,
this
is
a
walk
in
clinic,
not
a
family
doctor
or
a
luxurious
clinic.
Wait
time
is
expected,
and
no
matter
how
long
you
wait
for
that
phone
call,
it's
going
to
be
faster
than
booking
an
appointment
with
your
family
doctor.
Pros
and
cons,
take
your
pick.
