My wife and I unfortunately had a terrible experience with one of doctors in this clinic. After a day or two of collecting ourselves we called the clinic and requested a call back from the owner of the clinic hoping to express our concerns with him. After two weeks of waiting for a response I stopped into the clinic to request a response in person. I was able to over hear the owner tell receptionist to basically brush me off. I expressed my concern again and was acknowledged by the owner where he very clearly stated that he was by no means responsible for any of the doctors who worked in his clinic. That they were only subcontractors and he had no responsibility for anything they say or do in his establishment. This came as a shock as i feel as the owner he should care enough for all patients who enter his clinic My wife and I will be filing a complaint with the College of Physician and will never attend this medical clinic again

Mina the receptionist is incredible rude. I always dread coming here as I have to deal with her. She needs to learn how to at least acknowledge patients and not treat them like an inconvenience. When you walk into the clinic she will literally stare at you without greeting you at all. Overtime this clinic has also turned more and more into a skin beauty clinic more than a medical clinic.

Honestly, what the heck is going on with this clinic? I was (?) a patient of Dr. Imperial and was very pleased with her work, but when trying to make an appointment I was abruptly informed she now worked at Kensington Clinic. I contacted Kensington and they say she doesn't work there anymore either. Really strange and no one could give me any information. Though I liked Dr. Imperial, I agree with the other reviews about the reception staff. I've been in there about 4 times and each time the receptionists are taking person calls on their phones, gossiping, completely ignoring the clientele, or just flat-out being rude.

Messed up my IME number. Clinic closed for 3 weeks and not picking up the phone. Trying to contact by email and LinkedIn. My application has been delayed by two months already.

Horrible at picking up the phone. I've been seeing Dr. Fasihih for a few years now, reception is quite awful here. Messages aren't returned, phone line is either tied up or the ppl will let it ring and go to voicemail, I've even experienced them picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. It's honestly easier to get in to a walk-in clinic than to book an appointment to see this doctor. Not worth the hassle.

The worst doctors office… I used to go here after my old GP retired. Dr. Shahram Fasihy literally, and I can’t not be more serious, did not remember who I was. I would come in every week for a treatment and he’d ask if it was my first visit. His business is clearly to get as many patients in as possible to hit quotas. I stopped going when the pandemic hit. This summer I was working with a disability tax firm to process my DTC paperwork. I needed my GP to sign the documents. I’ve been going to him for years and all my medical files were transferred from my old GP, so I assumed he’d review my file and sign off. The response from the clinic said “this patient hasn’t been for a few years and will need to come in for a reassessment”. Fair play! I then proceeded to call everyday, multiple times a day, for weeks trying to get an appointment. Left countless voicemails. Emailed them multiple times asking to book an appointment. No responses ever… I then emailed the clinic asking to book an appointment to get my medical files from the clinic so I could go to another clinic that would actually want to help LOL. No responses again. It seems I have to reach out to the doctors college and they will access my files. I’m also going to file a complaint about Dr. Shahram Fasihy. Ignoring a patient that you have the files for seems egregious… So don’t go to this clinic. It’s probably one of the worst and run by a terrible “doctor”.

I've been going to Dawson Medical Clinic for the past several years. Even more so after my motorcycle accident injury. Dr. Fasihy and his staff at this clinic have been superb in attending and responding to all my inquiries. My entire family is also have been coming to this clinic for years. They have been working tirelessly specially in this challenging times to provide excellent service to the community.

Brutal doctors office. Dr Fasihy used to be my doctor but because I didn't see him in 5 years they dropped me from their patient list. I told the receptionist that I haven't had any issues so there was no reason to see him. She said I should of came in for check ups. Not happy!!

I had been going to this clinic for 3 ish years. I always got help for my mental health concerns and they were very kind about it although they did refuse some diagnostics because they thought it would make my anxiety worse. When it came to health issues at first things went really well and was sent for testing which was amazing. When nothing was found I was again told it was anxiety and was spoken to like I was hysterical and making things up. I ended up switching clinics because I was in so much pain that I needed an answer.. I've since been diagnosed with more than 1 chronic illness that never would have been found if I stayed at this clinic. I dont have many negative things to say about the clinic in general and for small things.. but if you suspect you have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or ehlers danlos syndrome or any other chronic illnesses I would recommend going elsewhere.

The front desk is very rude and careless, never answers the phone, after been patient with Dr fasihy for couple years with our whole family, just because we can not even get an appointment with him and I asked the front desk woman why their working time is getting shorter and shorter, the Dr fasihy called me back with a kind of anger attitude said if we don’t like their working hours, we can go find other family doctors, because he is so busy . But I think the main reason is they care about to make more money from the beauty business instead of the patients.. after few days, they send me a email said they are no longer our family doctor. So , don’t waste your time to this place, it’s already became a beauty clinic not medical clinic..

Do not waste your time. Terrible. Does not respond to pharmacy requests for medication. Does not answer phone or return calls. Absolute racket.

I accidentally cut my thumb while using a mandoline. I went to this clinic without an appointment and the receptionist welcome me politely. Filled out the patient data and waited for around 5-10 minutes. The doctor is really nice. However, you can't get stitches from this clinic. Thankfully my wound is not that severe so I don't need to get stitches.

Called to book an IME, was on the phone for 20 minutes just to hear a robot say their voicemail is full and I should call at a later time. Stop wasting people's time

Great experience. So happy to choose this clinic and Dr. Fasihy.

Waste of time, I have called for an appointment and there was an empty spot for tomorrow and I have been in the clinic before but the refuse to book me in.

I have been dr. Fasihy's patient for many year. He is a very caring and attentive physician. He listens carefully and discuss the condition and his possible treatment options. I wish there were more family doctors like him. His office manager Mina is wonderful. They are a great team. I have always had very good experience without exception. Thank you Dr. Fasihy and Mina.

I found the whole experience from beginning to end was great ! They have the right people in the right positions do the best they can. I found the from the front desk to the DR everything went seamless. They will try to make everything as simple as possible

I have to share my experience, because my son and me had been terribly treated in this clinic. I made an appointment to see Dr. Wu last week because my son need his vaccination shots. The appointment was sheduled on Oct.6, but the young girl who helped me entered an wrong date by mistake. She wrote the date on a card to remind me of the appointment. When I came to clinic. The receptionist, I believe is Mina who has always been rude and arrogant told me to come on the date on her system. I told her I had the card with the appointment date which were given to me by the clinic. She told me without thinking that I wrote the date on the card by myself. I was shocked and can barely spoke. I was too angery to talk I said I need to talk to the manager. She told me she was the manager, and kept speaking loudly to me, because I told her it took me fifty minutes to get to the clinic asked to see the doctor if possible. My son was very scared and could hadly talk because of anger and could hardly hold my tears. I asked her for many times not to be so loud because of my 6 years old son was scared. But she kept talking loudly to me and I didn't even know what she was talking. When I took my son out of the clinic, my son began to cry. He had never been in a occasion when a woman was so loud and rude to his mom and his mom was about to cry. Now I am home and I am writing this review with trembling hands and tears in my eyes. I had been to the clinic for there years. Had not even one good experience with the receptionist. She is obviously previleged in the clinic. She seldomly answers the phone, seldomly call back when I left message. Always looking arrogant and impatient. Never greets patient. I had to deal with it because I need to see doctor Wu. But I can not take it when she behaved like that when my son was present.

This place must be a front should not be open for business, does not respond to patients. Where are the morals? No compassion for patients?why is this place even open other then doing who knows what ?

You know, this place would be great if the medical receptionist didn't work there. The Doctor is fantastic. But medical receptionist is a dolt. She can't even send in medical requisitions properly. If you have any medical issues that need to be looked into further by a medial specialist, avoid this location. Again, the doctor is great but damn, fire her already.
