I took my mother for her IME (Immigration Medical Examination) to IME Clinic in Burnaby. It was my first time being there. I arrived one hour early to my appointment time. However, the front desk person was very helpful. She stated that we can start early, which was great. She was very kind and helpful to initiate the examination process which went very smooth, despite of my mother's language barrier. I met Dr. Shahram Fasihy for the first time. He was extremely professional and kind. He was speaking the same language as my mother, which resolved my mother's language barrier. It made the communication very easy which resulted in a smooth and timely examination. Dr. Fasihy appeared to be vey knowledgable and thorough (I am in the heath care myself and I could recognize a knowledgable and professional doctor when I see one). Dr. Fasihy performed my mother's IME in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He explained everything that we should know about my mother's IME in depth and thoroughly. The clinic's location is easy to find. The clinic is also very clean which is of a paramount importance to me. Everything regarding my mother's IME went smooth. Due to Dr. Fasihy's professional and experienced guidance and his helpful staff, I could complete my mother's IME in one day. And for that, I thank you Dr. Fasihy. I strongly recommend IME Clinic, Dr. Fasihy, and his staff for anyone's medical needs. you won't regret it. You will be in great hands.

A few points worth notice: - Appointments were easy to book online - There were no delays as the clinic staff was professional and readily available at the scheduled time. - Dr. Fasihy took the time to explain things clearly making sure that I understood and left without questions - Bonus points for the location being close to the highway and parking meters only start charging at 9am so you can park for free if booking at 8am.
