Waited months for an appointment after a referral to get my IUD removed, after waiting months to have the appointment scheduled I had to wait again for a TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT of which the doctor didn’t show up and no new appointment was scheduled with me. I ended up getting a referral to a different specialist and got an appointment (in person) and my procedure done in less than a week of the referral. Now months later again, this clinic has set up a telephone appointment without my consent or approval for a procedure I have now already had done with a note that if I no show the call I will be charged $150. What a joke.

The WORST medical service I have ever experienced. I was waiting for this appointment for more than 6 months. When I came for my appointment with Dr. Muir, she wasn't there, and the other doctor was covering her shift. The receptionist didn't even call me to say that I will be seeing a different doctor. Following the appointment, I got a referral for an ultrasound to check my cyst and went for the ultrasound, but never got the results. When I finally called Dr Muir's office, they told me I need to follow up with my family doctor, so I did. My family doctor never received the results either. What a disaster and a waste of time! I also had had swab test done at Dr Muir's and the result didn't show up anything because the lab said not enough material collected. I asked to repeat the test and got an answer that I should just take antibiotics instead to treat whatever symptoms I had, without knowing what condition I had because the test didn't work. I had to schedule another test after a referral from my family doctor. Don't forget that waiting time to be seeing is 6-9 month (accordingly Affinity Women's Health Shannon Soga, Office Manager)!!!!! What's wrong with these people at this clinic and the whole system in general??? None of the people seem to have the intention to do good work or explain anything to the patient about the actual treatment. Also very unprofessional staff at the reception desk; very indifferent and negligent in their behavior!

Juno, The receptionist to Julie Woods is horrendous at her job and should be fired. She never ever answers the phone and twice she has given me incorrect test results. She is extremely condescending to deal with and makes you feel stupid for being frustrated at her inability to do her job. If I could give 0 stars I would, I will be asking my doctor to refer me to a different clinic. I would be dead by the time these people told me there is something to worry about.

This has to be the worst clinic in this city I have been waiting for a call from them for over 7 months, my referral got expired and now I have to request new one...I called them and they not even pick up their phone and left voice mail them I sent email with nobody call me schedule my appointment, no emails, nothing. Avoid going to this clinic and look for different options. What happen if you get cancer and you find out about it when there is not cure. Not even thirth world country has this kind of problems.

I had Dr Dunn as my Ob and she was knowledgable, experienced and timely for appointments. My GP also said Dr Dunn has great bedside manners and she was right! Jess, her medical assistant, was organized and lovely as well. Very happy we went with Dr Dunn at the Affinity Women's Clinic. We gave birth in Oct 2022 to a healthy baby girl.

Affinity women's health has been a great part of our parenting experience. Dr Anand and Dr Salim lalani were the best doctors. Highly recommended it to everyone for thier gynecologist needs.

This has got to be the worst run clinic I've ever experienced. I had to cancel two appointments due to getting covid, no one called me back to rebook. I called and left voice mail and email with no call back to reschedule. I finally reach the new receptionist months later and find out I'm being charged $150 for missing my appointments. I requested a revision of this request due to being sick with COVID and can provide evidence and I never heard back from the clinic. I've been trying to get in now for 6 months for an urgent matter and have finally given up and requested a new gynecologist. Hopefully I don't have anything like cervical cancer.

My Dr is Sarah-Jane Anand which is great but the clinic is a mess. Every time that I have come my appointment is never on time, normally I wait for an hour which, if they know that the Dr is behind schedule they should contact the patients as this takes more time and sometimes people comes from faraway or from work. This is horrendous customer service on their behalf.

Originally had a really good initial appointment with Dr. Wood, but after they found out I can't go see the other OB they referred me to, they have completely ghosted me. 31+weeks pregnant and I no longer have an OB and can't get anyone to return my calls. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was notified to have an appointment at but the doctor did not call me for hours and kept me waiting. The receptionist was not responsible either. If I missed the call, I would be asked to pay a 150 CAD fine, but what about doctor missing my appointment? Horrible experience.

When scheduling appointments they have no respect for the fact that people need advance notice to arrange for the time off. They also don’t take responsibility for messing up a scheduled appointment as they did in November. They have a way to pull back appointments that are scheduled electronically so it looks like you’re crazy when you complain. But the fact that there are so many poor reviews is a narrative that speaks for itself! For example the receptionist, Glenda scheduled appointments without leaving me an opportunity to request time off from my work on December 8th & 9th. When I told her that wasn’t enough time for me to get approval from work she scheduled another one on Jan 9th but wrote that the doctor needed to see me in December. When I complained the December 9th appointment suddenly disappeared from their no reply email to me; so when I clicked the link to the appointment it was no longer available.

Staff was professional and friendly. Dr Lalani was on time, friendly, to the point. In and out. Environment is clean, inviting and relaxing.

Dr.Maria Wu is a amazing doctor she genuinely cares about her patients, thank you very much Doc you are the best! I would also like to thank Raisa and Whitney, who are amazing personalities once again, thank you.

I had complications with a pregnancy that led to internal bleeding. I almost died from the injection I was given to dissolve the fetal tissue. If Dr. Maria Wu wasn’t as skilled and knowledgeable as she is, I wouldn’t be here. I thank her for everything! I have not been back to this clinic for a while and dreaded going here because of the rude staff and difficulty getting through on the phone. The staff here is much kinder and responsive.

Really bad experience came to see dr julie wood. My wife has been 3 months pregant and all the ultrasound, tested from Hospital was stated that our babe is getting to a safe spot. But Here is the problem with dr Julie Wood: We came into the office, and the 1st thing she ask is " you still have a baby" i was like " what the heck is that questionaire, instead of saying hi or welcome or how you feeling, doing; she just asked a really rude question at 1st. 2nd problem is that when she inserted the Gynecologic speculum she did it very strong and impatient that hurt my wife and cause bleeding after that, after a couple hours went home, my wife started feeling pain and bleeding really bad that i had to drove her to Emergency. To Dr Julie wood, this is my opinion that you should've know that Asia is not the same as Caucasian, and should be more patient and carefully when dealing with a serious problem to Asian mom. My wife has miscarriage after the day we seen you cause of bleeding very bad after.

Dr Anand is the best GYN ever. She is so knowledgeable so patient to answer any questions and she never let you feel uncomfortable during the examinations. She is the best GYN I have ever seen so far. Really love her. Her assistant Glenda is also very professional and responsive. I am not a caller type so I send her emails with inquiries and she never ignores me which I really appreciate considering their crazy workload..

Dr. Sarah-Jane Anand is a wonderful doctor. The procedure I had done was a first for me and I was a little nervous. Dr. Anand was kind, responsive to my needs, and talked me through the procedure. FYI, sending an email will get a quicker reply than a voicemail.

I was referred to Dr. Lalani regarding a prolonged issue that he was able to quickly assess and referred me for minor surgery at Lions Gate Hospital. This fixed the problem and ultimately improved my life ten fold. I cannot express in words my gratitude. He is a fantastic physician and incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Lalani is one of the most knowledgeable, organized gynecologists around. I would trust him with my life and all my children. Don't let his young appearance fool you!

Although somewhat poorly named for my purposes there, the people who run this clinic treated me very well throughout the entire pre and post-surgical experience! Always happy and polite faces at the front counter, and Dr. Muir was a wonderful surgeon to have on my case. Thank you all :)

After reading all the negative reviews I felt quite concerned about my appointment and as soon as I walked in I was relieved. I can't say enough about Dr. Anand! So kind, gentle, and an wonderful listener.

I had a really great experience here with Dr. Sarah-Jane Anand and her assistant. I wanted to write a review here because there are a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was really positive. Dr. Anand was really knowledgable and professional, and made me feel really comfortable and cared for during my exam. Her assistant at the front desk was lovely and so helpful in scheduling a follow-up appointment. The place was also very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Dr Anand is the most wonderful doctor and person. I had my first son with her and she helped me through my second pregnancy with twins. She kept me feeling healthy, happy and excited throughout both pregnancy’s. I would highly recommend her
