Paid parking location, also doesn't offer all travel medications you might need. No antimalarial or altitude sickness medications offered here

This clinic doesn't have a nurse practitioner so you're very limited on what you can actually have done here. Quite disappointing as you still pay the high consultation fee but are directed to go elsewhere to get certain things, which will cost us another consult fee. The website doesn't say anywhere that they are restricted on what they offer and make it seem like they offer full travel health services and are a "one-stop shop". That's not true. The registered nurse was nice and we were able to get some vaccines done but I don't recommend going here as you'll have to do two different clinics and pay fees at both to get everything you need. They charge $69 just for one consult and $49 for the 2nd person. Absurd considering we still need to go to another clinic to get more done.

Clinic is small and hard to find. Booked a consultation and was told vaccines would be administered in the same appointment. Upon arriving I was informed the nurse did not have time to adminster any vaccines. No one called me and informed me of this prior to my appointment. If you want to waste your time, this is the perfect clinic for you.

I would advise against even calling this place, let alone going in there and giving them your money. Receptionist was rude, dismissive and entirely devoid of any willingness to help. High fee's for consultation (which they say on the phone could be declined if you don't need a consultation, but they make you book it anyways so I doubt they would ever waive the fee), individual vaccinations, as well as an extra fee for "visitation". Scamming people who don't know any better and are in a rush to get necessary vaccinations. Avoid at all cost.

I had the best experience with this service. Both the TB nurse and receptionists were all so sweet and accomodating. I was stressing trying to complete requirements and get forms signed for my Nursing program admission requirements and the receptionist calmed me down and reassured me while changing around appointments last minute to ensure I had my forms signed for school. The workers here go out of their way to provide the most efficient and friendliest service!

Great experience, one of the best nurses I've seen. Called ahead to get pricing for shots and testing and for booking. The nurse who saw me was very professional and patient, and even called me hours after our appointment to ensure I was doing well after mild adverse reactions to the shots I took. Patient care was fantastic.

Just a waste of money. You get a nurse that pretty much forces you to try and get the vaccine and pay an absurd price for just giving you basic information you can find online. I would not recommend.

Had a super nice woman help me with my shots. She did her job well and had everything prepared for when I arrived. Was knowledgeable in the area I was headed and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which shots I needed for the trip. Thanks for the help!!

Lynn was awesome and extreme detailed being able to answer all of my very detailed questions regarding vaccines for my upcoming trip to Africa. I left with some vaccines and a clear plan of what steps to take next. Thanks Lynn

Had an appointment booked a week in advance and received 3 emails regarding appointment confirmation. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early only to be greeted with an empty office with the lights off. After calling the main telephone line I was told the nurse had called in sick and had received no phone call or email with this information. Very unprofessional and a big waste of time. Will definitely be looking at other clinics for any vaccination requirements and highly recommend others to do the same.

I found that the nurse was really helpful and everything I just find everything way too expensive for getting shots when she literally tells me that you can still get sick and I just find this a little strange.

Be aware of the consultation fee which is not used towards your purchase of vaccines. The staff were helpful and friendly but I wouldn't book here again due to the consultation fee.

nurse was really rude and dismissive, office was hard to find, cannot offer antimalarials, vaccines were about 2-3x as any other place because they’re private.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, and what the person didn’t know, they made effort to find out. Appreciated the recommendations and the sales pressure was low.

I had a consultation and received my shots for travel. The nurse was very kind and provided all information I needed. She also didn’t try to push a bunch of additional immunizations as she was honest when the actual risk was very low. Overall it was a great experience and I will be going back for any of my future travel immunization needs.

My experience was fantastic. No one wants to be vaccinated or go through the process to travel. If you need to be, visit this office! Colleen is the RN who helped me. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I didn’t know what to expect, my Experience was great. Thank you

👍👍 Very convenient. I often need to travel to us, and i have purchased a bunch of these travel kits. I book an appointment online and get the results in 15 minutes. These results are recognized by both US and Canada Immigration. The entire process is very user friendly and convenient.

😠 Love my family doctor but the receptionists has some issues. The one that always makes phone calls and sends emails (seems to have indian accent) has major issues with being a receptionist. The way she carries out the message and the nuance that I receive is that she is sick and tired of talking wit...

😠 Not even worth a star! I was referred to Dr. Wong for stomachache. After waiting a long time, he called me and asked about my symptoms. When I tried to explain, he interrupted me and said:” Don’t explain; answer my question.” Then he booked an appointment for the endoscopy, which was the only time I...
