Not
even
worth
a
star!
I
was
referred
to
Dr.
Wong
for
stomachache.
After
waiting
a
long
time,
he
called
me
and
asked
about
my
symptoms.
When
I
tried
to
explain,
he
interrupted
me
and
said:”
Don’t
explain;
answer
my
question.”
Then
he
booked
an
appointment
for
the
endoscopy,
which
was
the
only
time
I
saw
the
Dr.
for
a
second
before
they
put
me
to
sleep!
Later,
he
called
me,
diagnosed
me
with
Reflux,
and
gave
me
medicine.
But
the
medication
didn’t
work,
my
pain
worsened,
and
I
lost
weight!
My
family
Dr.
told
me
you
should
explain
to
him
that
you
lost
weight
(10
KG
for
one
month).
But
again,
when
I
tried
to
explain
that
medication
dost
work,
he
said
you
did
not
use
it
contingently,
which
is
why
they
don’t
work;
he
changed
my
medication
thought!
But
the
pain
was
intolerable!
Eventually,
when
I
had
another
one
of
those
pain
attacks,
I
went
to
ER,
and
the
Dr.
there
did
Sonography
and
realized
that
my
Gallbladder
had
a
stone
and
the
situation
was
urgent
for
surgery!
One
week
after
surgery
(January),
I
had
one
of
those
follow-up
phone
call
appointments
with
Dr.
Wong!
When
I
told
him
that
I
had
a
Gallbladder
stone,
he
just
told
me,”
I
am
so
sorry,”
and
“
I
will
follow
up
again
with
you
after
two
months!
But
he
did
not!
However,
today
(it
is
June
19),
after
five
months,
I
received
a
message
confirming
an
appointment
next
week,
BUT
the
funny
point
is
the
name
of
the
patient
is
not
me!!!
I
regret
why
I
did
not
sue
him
for
his
carelessness!
By
the
way,
the
message
said
there
is
a
$75
no-show
cancellation
policy,
and
the
only
option
is
to
confirm
the
appointment!
There
is
no
phone
call
or
a
code
for
cancelling!
There
is
just
a
code
for
confirming
another
useless
appointment
with
Dr.
Wong!
