recommend
Kraken
Fitness
to
anyone
looking
to
transform
their
mind
and
body.
My
experience
with
them
over
the
past
few
months
has
been
truly
life-changing.
Joining
Kraken
Fitness
was
one
of
the
best
decisions
I've
made
in
the
last
ten
years.
As
someone
who
is
passionate
about
ballet,
maintaining
a
healthy
weight
for
optimal
performance
has
always
been
a
challenge
for
me.
Unfortunately,
I've
been
dealing
with
chronic
knee
pain
for
several
years,
which
led
to
significant
weight
gain
due
to
a
lack
of
physical
activity
and
stress
eating.
Feeling
helpless,
I
tried
working
with
several
weight
management
coaches,
but
none
of
them
had
the
same
level
of
knowledge
and
expertise
in
safe
movement
for
rehabilitation
or
a
nutrition
program
tailored
to
my
specific
needs
as
Kraken
Fitness
did.
I'm
extremely
grateful
for
having
found
the
Kraken
team
and
the
opportunity
to
learn
from
them.
Brandon's
weekly
nutrition
review
and
feedback
are
absolutely
stellar.
It’s
like
a
first-class
experience.
Every
Monday,
he
reviews
my
nutrition
tracking
sheet
in
Google
Sheets
and
sends
a
summary
of
his
feedback
along
with
a
few-minute-long
Loom
video
explaining
the
rationale.
He
also
encourages
me
and
gives
me
helpful
heads-ups
for
expected
challenges.
This
is
one
of
the
highlights
of
my
week!
Brandon
has
been
an
amazing
coach,
helping
me
with
rehabilitation,
nutrition,
and
mindset.
After
just
a
few
weeks
of
training
with
him,
I
was
able
to
lose
weight
sustainably
without
much
effort,
going
from
73kg/161lb
to
67kg/148lb.
But
more
than
that,
I
regained
my
mobility
through
weight
training
for
rehabilitation.
After
about
a
month
of
training
with
Brandon,
I
was
able
to
lift
and
move
heavy
objects
with
confidence,
which
was
a
significant
win
for
me
after
struggling
with
limited
mobility
due
to
knee
pain
for
two
years.
I've
had
a
few
weight
training
and
body-building
coaches
in
the
past,
but
the
fundamentals
of
movement
taught
at
Kraken
were
invaluable.
Brandon
answered
many
of
my
questions
that
my
past
coaches
left
unanswered.
He
also
addressed
physical
discomforts
that
other
trainers
told
me
were
unavoidable.
