    I’ve been consistently coming to see Mindy at Burn Conditioning 3 days a week and now for over 3 months. I couldn’t be any happier with the results, My weight went from 235 Pounds to 197 pounds and it’s just the beginning! I had a bad health scare earlier this year. Fortunately I got a second chance at life. Mindy and I have been working on my cardio and it’s very beneficial specially cause I’m going to be competing in amateur boxing match later this year. My body is transforming rapidly from the metabolic exercises and much more. I’m so happy to be healthy and have a coach that cares about there students and proper results. Definitely check Mindy at burn Conditioning!!! Thank you for all your help. 🙏🏼

    Mindy from Burn Condition has made me excited about being in the gym again. Before I started training with her, I was bored and in okay shape, but now I am stronger, faster, and in better shape than I have been in a long while... And injury free! Thank you Mindy!

    I have had a fantastic experience with Burn Conditioning since joining last year. Mindy goes above and beyond to encourage her clients to reach their goals and keep every session whether private or group fun and challenging. No two classes are the same and feel so much more bespoke than the standard group training session as Mindy asks every class what you want to work on and how your body feels. I feel very fortunate to have found the community at Burn Conditioning and so fortunate to be working with Mindy.

    Burn Conditioning has been such a positive and wonderful community over the last 6 months for me! The owner, Mindy, brings such a vibrant and fun energy to her fast-paced, dynamic, functional movement and athletic conditioning classes. Her small group classes are catered to all levels, and specifically for the fitness junkies who crave HARD and MORE. She will challenge you if you want to be challenged, but will also be mindful of any limitations and will work with you on any injuries that you may have. Mindy is a RAD chick and I feel that anyone who is serious about making any sort of transformational change whether it is athletic performance, speed, endurance, weightloss, or simply just for FUN, you need to check out Burn Conditioning and go through a round of hell (but FUN!) with Mindy!! (All Covid safety rules followed).

    I cannot recommend Mindy at Burn Conditioning enough. She makes fitness achievable for absolutely anyone at any level. She is exceptionally supportive and encouraging - but makes a point of targeting her feedback so it speaks to your own personal successes and goals along the way. Whether you are experienced and looking to level up or just starting out and never worked out a day in your life - Mindy is the trainer for you. She is an expert at adapting exercises to ensure maximum results in a way that meets you wherever you are. I have worked out with other trainers and there just is no comparison. Burn Conditioning is the best possible way to see results no matter where you are starting from.

    I’ve been attending small group workouts with Mindy for about 6 months now. I started by attending 1 class a week and now I’m attending 3-4 a week. Seeing results and having so much fun with each workout has definitely motivated me. Mindy makes each session challenging and pushes you to achieve new levels of fitness. That being said, it’s always a fun atmosphere, which keeps you coming back. The other Burn members are just as supportive and encouraging as Mindy.     My friend referred me to Mindy and have absolutely loved going to see Mindy for my group personal training sessions. The group classes are typically between 2-5 people. She caters to your schedule if you're able to give time slots. The community of "burners" has been tremendous and completely no judgement zone! If you follow her on instagram, you can see a variety of workouts she curates, and no two workout sessions have been the same for me! She does give a fitness testing class so that she can evaluate where you are at and what you are comfortable with (injuries or areas you want to focus on). Finally, she's really active on instagram and she always follows up with me to see how I'm doing post work out. If you're looking for the types of exercises she does, you can look at her stories or posts. Mindy really makes trying any new exercises really easy and non-intimidating. I hope whoever reads this comment, reaches out to her and not be afraid of starting their fitness journey whether its from zero (like me!) or just needing a kick-start. Note: I love this location, as every one follows covid protocols, every equipment is wiped down by Mindy. (She does give or sets up your equipment so that you are not moving around). Equipment all feels relatively new (or just really well kept).

    Mindy's classes are absolutely phenomenal. She is accommodating of ALL levels and is able to push you to work your absolute hardest while still being mindful of any limitations you might have. She takes the time and care to make sure that you're performing at your best and doing each movement correctly. When class is on, it definitely means business but we're also able to have so much fun at the same time. Mindy is able to strike the perfect balance between making you feel like you want to vomit (in the best way possible) and switching things up to keep it fun and exciting. The community at Burn is one of the best parts - everyone is supportive, encouraging, and incredibly inspiring. If you're looking for a trainer who will provide transformative results, look no further!

    I highly recommend Burn Conditioning in Burnaby with Mindy. If you want to be challenged to push yourself to the next level, while being encouraged to listen to your body and taking care of any injuries you may have, Mindy is for you. I attend her small group classes, typically once a week and she caters each exercise to individual needs and abilities (from beginners to highly athletic). She works with each person to make sure they are correctly moving their bodies to have the biggest impact of transformative movement. I feel stronger than I have ever been and am often surprised by what I am able to do as the weeks go on. Thanks Mindy for your support!

    I’ve been training with Mindy during the whole summer. She’s always down for trying new things and makes workout doesn’t seem hard but instead very interesting. I love her enthusiasm and she would always be my “ go-to trainer” for HIIT. 💕💙
