    Kenton is not only a truly excellent trainer, he is also a thoughtful coach. After years and years of unhealthy diet and almost zero training. I needed to seek some help. I started with Evolve Fitness in February and the few weeks were tough, really tough, but Kenton has the experience and knowledge to push me out of my comfort zone, more importantly the program that Kenton designed for me was never the same for every session. Every session brings a degree of variety and it is always interesting, I have learned a lot from him. Thank you for being my coach!

    Kenton is a fantastic Trainer! He has multiple ways to get you to your goal and is always positive and flexible with each session knowing one day is not like rest. He focuses on what you can do and want to do while making sure you’re executing with the best technique to reach optimal results. So far Kenton has helped me double my strength and now helping me focus on a Scaled precision diet. If your looking to strengthen up, lean up or just all around get more physical Kenton is an amazing Personal Trainer !!

    Kenton has been an amazing trainer for my wife and I. He’s extremely knowledgeable. He’s also a friendly, kind human being and is really good at motivating his clients. We’ve only been working with him for a couple of months and we’re already seeing lots of positive progress. We are in our 40’s and we were nervous about starting with a personal trainer but Kenton has made it a really positive experience for us. I would highly recommend him!

    Kenton is a fantastic trainer. Right from the beginning, his prompts help flush out your real fitness goals and he maintains those in mind as you do the work, supporting and challenging you as you go. All of it feels very tailored to your ability, goals and intention - you're not getting cookie-cutter approaches here. An excellent coach! Inconsistently reliable.

    Kenton is an expert in heath and fitness, he's passionate and really caters the work out specifically for you. You learn a ton in the process and he keeps you accountable. I would highly recommend his services!

    I have the pleasure of working with Kenton and I cannot recommend him enough! He is an exceptional person trainer who goes above and beyond to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. From the initial consultation I had with Kenton, I felt supported and motivated.     I have been training and receiving nutritional guidance from Kenton for over 6 months now. You will be hard pressed to find an individual with more passion for his craft. Of course passion needs to be backed up with knowledge based on science and proven methods that lead to success. Kenton scores 10 on all fronts. If you are serious about health and fitness, do yourself a favor and shorten your learning curve by years. Give Kenton 6 months and it will be the best investment in your future you can imagine. Invest in your health now, and it will pay dividends for a lifetime.

    Kenton is very patient. He focuses on form and technique before anything else. Due to comcerns of past injuries, performing exercises properly was extremely important Andrew Kenton helped me build confidence in myself that I was getting stronger and more fit in a safe and effective manner. He had helped me with making better decisions with my nutrition which had helped me perform better in the gym and every day life. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age or fitness level.

    I have had a few personal trainers over the years, and I must say Kenton is the most understanding and most intelligent amongst all. He is very flexible with your schedule and workouts. I am still in my early months of training, but for me the most important was the right chemistry with the trainer, someone who understands when to push you and when to tell you to take it easy. I am lucky to have come across him. If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend him, he is sweet, has an amazing body, he is hardworking and has a nice quaint gym in his backyard where he gives his classes. I am currently taking 2+1 classes per week, this works for me, and I recommend everyone new to start with this as well. Most importantly you want a personal trainer who still has the drive and is motivated. And he definitely is!!

    Kenton is a great overall personal trainer, he covers everything from workouts(correct form and tempo) to diet. Instead of giving me a completely new diet, he made changes around what I was already eating. Additionally, you get to have the whole gym to yourself during your workouts. He helped me fix the mistakes that I was making in the past working out on my own, to get the best results from my workouts.

    Kenton is an attentive and caring personal trainer. I hadn't worked out for many years, and he helped me feel comfortable and confident in the gym in a very short period of time. Kenton excels at teaching adult learners. He is patient and provides clear explanations and demonstrations. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work.

    I have been training with Kenton from Evolve Fitness since December 2020. He is an awesome trainer. Kenton is professional and very passionate about what he does and about helping you achieve your goals. He is so knowledgeable about everything to do with fitness (training, nutrition, meal prep/planning, the human body, etc) and genuinely takes the time to teach and explain so that you understand and can maximize your fitness benefits. There are even times when my session is over but he stays longer to explain/teach something or show me some new exercises. I have never been able to commit to any fitness trainer/program that I started in the past but since meeting Kenton, I am all in. He has an inspiring personality and he definitely motivates and coaches you to bring out the best in you and I am seeing the RESULTS. Kenton is making fitness fun and I’m finding it easier to want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I just turned 50 and thanks to Kenton, I’M IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!! Kenton is a great guy. He’s super friendly, really cares about his clients and definitely goes the extra mile for them. I would definitely recommend him for any fitness/training need.

    I’ve been training with Kenton for about 2 months. He’s taught me a lot on technique, tempo, and rest periods. Every session I’m able to lift more. I’m excited to see how it goes moving forward.
