I've
spent
almost
an
entire
year
training
with
Sean
and
seeing
him
every
week,
and
I
cannot
recommend
him
enough!
I
reached
out
to
Sean
mainly
to
help
with
weight
loss
+
to
learn
proper
form
and
technique
in
the
gym.
I
was
definitely
able
to
achieve
both
of
these
throughout
my
time
with
him,
but
the
most
valuable
thing
I've
gotten
from
training
with
Sean
was
my
complete
change
in
attitude
towards
the
gym
and
working
out.
Thanks
to
training
with
Sean,
I
not
only
was
able
to
learn
how
to
exercise
properly,
I
now
genuinely
enjoy
and
look
forward
to
working
out
-
especially
weightlifting
which
is
something
I
never
would
have
imagined
for
myself
prior
to
meeting
Sean.

I
