    I have had such a great experience with Sean as Personal Trainer. He helped me with a meal plan and is creative with the workouts! The routines work every muscle in my body! He pushes me to where I think I'm about to give up, but it only makes me push myself harder in the end! The endorphins are addicting!! I have always been active, but I didn't think I would achieve these results within the first 1-2 months of starting this plan, but I lost 10 lbs in the first month! With Sean's help, I feel closer to achieving my fitness goals. I recommend him; even if you don't know where to start, he'll help you be a master of your own health!

    I approached Sean intending to take my physique to the next level and he brought me to a level that was initially inconceivable to me. Sean possesses an exceptional ability in demonstrating and perfectly vocalizing the purpose and execution of an exercise. He quickly identifies areas of opportunity and optimizes workouts to meticulously improve on these areas; creating workout plans with purpose. Sean doesn’t only have a passion for his work as a trainer, he has a passion for the sport of bodybuilding, shown through the work he puts into developing his physique. Both his physique and his self-discipline were two extremely motivating factors for me while working with Sean. I HIGHLY recommend Sean to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Thanks Sean!

    Sean is very knowledgeable on nutrition and fitness. He provided me with meal plans and exercise routines that changed based on my needs. He uses current technology to help me stay on track and succeed. Sean kept me motivated to achieve my results. He frequently checks in and genuinely cares about my health.     Sean is a very passionate coach and truly wants to see his clients succeed. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done to perfection and will take the extra time to make sure that happens. He is a great coach wether you have experience or not because he is very patient. Great coach and would highly recommend 👍

    Sean Park is a consummate professional, and I would not train with anyone else. He is very educated and knowledgeable about body chemistry, anatomy and kinesiology. He is super attentive, thoughtful and fully present every time during workout. Practices what he preaches: works out twice a day and is in top shape. And a genuinely good guy. You set the standards, Sean!

    Sean is supportive and a technical stickler who truly cares about his clients and their success. Through Sean’s training expertise I lost weight and learned how to train safely. He set me up for lifelong fitness. I know how to train and adjust my physical activity to get the results that I want. Today, almost 5 years later I still hear Sean talking to me in my head when I work out.     I have had experience with a few different personal trainers in the past. The things that distinguishes Sean from the rest is his knowledge of the body and the importance of nutrition, his supportive and enthusiastic nature, his passion for his work and his commitment to helping me meet my goals. I have worked with him for the last six months and what he has taught me is that fitness and nutrition is a way of life and not a fad. I am taking away life skills and I am very happy with the results I have had up to this point with our time together. Sean provides nutritional and dietary support through helping me determine the number of calories I need to consume to meet my weight goals. He suggests a diet program with meal prep suggestions based on my food preferences and what I am comfortable cooking for myself. I then record what I eat daily on the MyFitnessPal app and he is able to give me feedback by seeing the micros and macros I am eating daily. With regards to fitness, he creates a five day a week exercise program that I follow on his app. The program has specific exercises for each day. The app has videos for each exercise and I track the weight and reps daily to access my progress with time and stay accountable to myself and him. If I am stacking, he will check in and find out how to support me and will alter the program if needed. I would recommend Sean to anyone who is serious about improving their quality of life and making their health a priority.

    My training sessions with Sean were very rewarding. I noticed more definition in my shoulders in a short amount of time (which was partly why I signed up). I've had personal trainers before but Sean was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional, supportive and pushed me to find my inner strength when I thought I had no more to give. Those intense sessions boosted my confidence and perfected my technique. Will definitely recommend Sparkyz if you are serious about leveling up your workout routine. Thanks Sean!

    I have been training with Sean for about 6 months and I notice a big difference in my physique already. My initial plan was to just take 12 sessions to kick start my weight training program & learn proper technique because I decided to complete bikini bodybuilding but once I started training with him, I decided to continue. He is not only a nice & kind person but has full of knowledge on bodybuilding & weight training that I have been learning so much every week. He is also very passionate about his work & always pays attention to the details making him an excellent personal trainer. I highly recommend his personal training service.

    I've spent almost an entire year training with Sean and seeing him every week, and I cannot recommend him enough! I reached out to Sean mainly to help with weight loss + to learn proper form and technique in the gym. I was definitely able to achieve both of these throughout my time with him, but the most valuable thing I've gotten from training with Sean was my complete change in attitude towards the gym and working out. Thanks to training with Sean, I not only was able to learn how to exercise properly, I now genuinely enjoy and look forward to working out - especially weightlifting which is something I never would have imagined for myself prior to meeting Sean. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, passionate, always encouraging, as well as understanding and accommodating, I highly recommend Sean - I've had 96 sessions with him in total and every single session was educational, challenging, and so much fun :)

    When my 17 year-old son refused to take my advice in the gym, I hired Sean who is much cooler than me. Sean did an excellent job of training my son to strengthen his core and to safely and effectively perform many of the essential lifts.
