me
make
this
decision
easy
for
you.
Up
until
the
age
of
31,
I
hated
going
to
the
gym.
I
would
waste
time
and
not
see
results
or
hurt
myself
because
of
poor
form.
Shon
was
recommended
by
a
close
friend
and
my
wife
and
I
have
been
training
with
him
for
over
4
years.
He
actually
is
a
personalized
trainer;
meaning
he
will
look
at
your
body
type
and
design
exercise
routines
that
will
address
your
specific
issues.
In
just
one
hour
a
week
over
the
course
of
2
years
he
totally
fixed
my
poor
posture.
He
has
completely
transformed
my
body.
My
wife
and
I
frequently
discuss
