    Shon is an amazing trainer with a chill attitude and relaxed vibe. He'll help you achieve your fitness goals at the right pace. Never a dull workout and always taking it up a notch session after session. Shon is the best!

    5 years post a life altering car accident, I was introduced to Shon. At that time I had very limited mobility and strength and weight to lose. From day 1, Shon was committed to my journey and getting me well again. Through this entire time he listens, wants to understand my pain so he can personalize and adjust exercises. Shon is attentive to make sure I will not get hurt but he also pushes me so I progress and become stronger. I value his support and patience with me, I literally started with only ground mat exercises and slowly we progressed. 3 years later I am doing full resistance workouts; I am strong and have mobility again. My healthcare providers always compliment Shon, for his expertise, perseverance and success with me. Shon has helped me bring my mobility and strength back, giving me a positive life again.

    Shon is the best personal trainer you will find in Vancouver. Let me make this decision easy for you. Up until the age of 31, I hated going to the gym. I would waste time and not see results or hurt myself because of poor form. Shon was recommended by a close friend and my wife and I have been training with him for over 4 years. He actually is a personalized trainer; meaning he will look at your body type and design exercise routines that will address your specific issues. In just one hour a week over the course of 2 years he totally fixed my poor posture. He has completely transformed my body. My wife and I frequently discuss our Shon workouts and are blown away by the fact that after 4 years, he has us doing completely different exercises because our body issues are totally different. I can now walk into a gym and do exercises efficiently and with proper form thanks to his guidance. This guy is an absolute gem. I'm a doctor and I see people with back pain all the time, sometimes caused by personal trainers who did not know what they were doing and asked their clients to do stuff that led to injuries, sometimes ones that require surgery. Not once in 4 years has Shon asked me to do anything that has caused an injury. If you want an outstanding personal trainer who will look at your body, ask you do to exercises that will improve your specific physique, and make an hour of strenuous workouts pass by quickly because he is fun to hang out with, call Shon.     I have been training with Shon for around 5 years. I do Ultra Distance Cycling Events and trips; Shon has helped me with my preparations. I had a serious accident before meeting Shon and my ability to work out in the gym is limited because of my accident. Shon has done a great job modifying things to keep me strong. I apologize frequently to my Physio Therapist and Active Release Therapist that I am sorry that I do not see them very often. Shon does a great balance of workouts to all parts of my body and I get injured less often. Some of my accomplishments while working with Shon; Completing Paris Brest Paris in 2015 ….. Google it and find out more about it, The La Marmotte Gran Fondo, Coming in 20th overall in the Axel Merckx 2018 Medio Gran Fondo in 2018 out of 645 participants, Cycling across Peru from the Brazil / Peru Border Amazon Jungle up and over the Andes to the Pacific Ocean. Shon is an excellent trainer. I am 60 years old I have seen a lot over the years and I would highly recommend working out with him.

    Came to Shon because I needed to get back to an athletic state and rehabilitate an old injury. Done just a bit over 10 sessions and honestly, my injury is not hindering my workouts anymore. Shon does a great job in catering to your goals and creating a plan that is the healthiest and supportive. It's been such a positive experience, would recommend session with him 10/10

    Shon is knowledgeable, professional and a great trainer to work with. He knows when and how hard to push me making sure I get the most out of each session. Having worked with a few other trainers I can with certainty say that the best results I’ve had have been from working with Shon not only in weight loss but also in building my strength and endurance.

    Shon is an amazing fitness trainer. He is attentive to your goals and tailors a program to set you up for success. Shon works with you consistently to achieve your goals by keeping you accountable and changing things as needed to push you to the next level. I also find him a very caring trainer. He is tough, but what impressed me is that he always follows up after a session to see how you're doing and gather feedback for your next session.

    Shon is a phenomenal trainer who is able to look at your body and listen to your goals and come up with week after week of new training combinations to provide you with the support needed to achieve your goals. He is unlike any other trainer I have worked with before and is an absolute master at his craft.

    I’ve been with Shon for years as my personal trainer and friend he’s been great. My back has never acted up up since I’ve been seeing Shon and my core is stronger than ever. His routines always evolves so you never get bored of the work outs and he pushes you to achieve new higher levels.Yah I might complain a little but that’s what I need in a trainer so results are achieved thanks Shon
