My family ordered Hazelnut Icecream and mudslide! The flavour of just ice cream is not that sweet (which we loved!) and if you do not choose any toppings, it tastes a bit blend for people! But with toppings, great ice cream. Staffs were nice, but one staff was just taking orders and another one was taking some time to make ice creams. If cashier helped her to make ice cream, people did not need to wait for that long time. Great place to have some ice creams tho!

I tried their mocha pie which is seasoning flavor. I chose the coffee soft ice cream. Overall, it was delicious but a bit sweet for me. But I still recommend it and would come back again.

Located conveniently across from Metrotown, it's a great dessert place after meals from nearby restaurants. The only downside is it's for takeout only, that means you cannot eat the ice cream inside the store due to covid. The ice cream is very creamy. Would definitely go again!

Super yummy and light soft serve! Not too sweet, and had really interesting flavours! Got the Gastown, Mudslide and Green Forest this time but definitely coming back to try the Honeycomb!

Yum!!! The mango ice cream is so good! The first time I had soft peaks was in gas town and it was only ok. Todays ice cream was so good!!! Can’t wait to come back to have another. The employees were quick and efficient and I love the friendliness.

Came after dinner on a Friday and it seems everyone had the same idea on a warm summer day! Had the Coco Mango with their organic milk soft serve base. Unfortunately, I couldn't have the twist as they ran out of their mango soft serve base. Loved the mango chunks and coconut pearls though! A friend had the Gastown, as a tiramisu lover, and enjoyed the flavour and biscuit/ladyfinger included. The shop has a modern aesthetic with high ceilings and exposed pipes. They have some small tables for 2, as well as bleacher style seating. First time at SP but would come back to try their regular and rotating flavours! Hopefully the twist soft serve is available next time around.

Fast and quick service. Milk based ice cream. I would recommend a small portion. Street Parking is free after 8 PM. Worth to try one with mango and mud slide 😉

Loved how light and airy the softys were! I tried the mont blanc which had some chestnut maybe a sweet potato paste coated all around the vanilla ice cream! I believe they could have served us a bit more of the ice cream, found the size to be a bit lesser

This review will probably be a bit strange because I find this place kinda hit or miss, yet I’ve been here many many times because I’m seemingly addicted to trying their rotating soft serve flavours. That being said, I feel like I’m disappointed pretty often. Their flavour this month is mango, and the mango pudding is amazing, so definitely try it if you can! If they added it to their menu I’d probably be here every week. I’m waiting for them to bring back matcha soft serve as well.

Definitely one of my favorite ice cream shops with lots of options. I tried the earl grey Rockey Mountain woth chocolate syrup, the organic milk and chocolate syrup, the dark chocolate drink with soy milk and the mango popsicle. My favorite was the dark chocolate drink. I like the milk flavor ice cream more than the earl grey but next time I'll try the twist for sure. The place is nice and clean and the staff are super nice as well.

I ordered Gastown with a twist base ice cream, which tasted great. As many people said, the sweetness of the soft ice cream is mild and the tiramisu toppings are great. Will be a great treat on a summer day.

One word: Delicious!😋🤩 My friends and I were craving for something sweet after having dinner at a restaurant in Station Square. I found this place when we were walking along Kingsway. We ordered (from left to right): 1. North Pole breakfast- classic milk with caramel sauce 2. Gastown- coffee soft serve topped with cocoa powder 3. North Pole breakfast- twist with strawberry sauce They also have milk bars and drinks. Will come again before winter sets in!

I have a particular fondness for the delightful soft-peak honeycomb ice cream, with its rich and creamy texture, and during the winter season, the chestnut ice cream adds a comforting and seasonal touch to my list of favorites.

Ordered Honeycomb Peak with milk and coffee twist. The taste was creamy but not oily, how amazing! I like the coffee twist especially, you can taste the coffee but it's not too strong to cover the milk and honey, and they also blend well together. This flavour was just on my sweet spot, I can finish the whole by myself. The cereal flakes added more texture to it, so you won't get bored while eating. Would love to try some other flavour in the future. The place was nice and clean, many seating places, anyone can enjoy their ice-creams in this chill atmosphere here.

Mid ice cream. Meets criteria to be soft serve, but not the smoothest or tastiest. The base is “milk” + rotating seasonal flavor (and twist). Current base is coffee. Overall okay if you like very barely flavoured and semi sweet desserts. Most of it was pretty bland. We ordered Gastown and Coffee Jello.

Wow, found my new favorite stop for soft serve/ice cream!! I tried their monthly special with mango pudding yesterday and had to go back again today, it was so good. The mango pudding as topping was just ok so this time I just ordered the milk soft serve with mango puree. The soft serve is so smooth and creamy. It has a very nice milk flavor. The mango puree was perfect - not too sweet and not artificial at all. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors.

Went here for the first time today, and enjoyed it! I'm not going to lie, it was a bit too sweet for me. The ice cream was delicious, and the freshness of it contrasted nicely with the syrup. But the syrups are very sweet, and since there is a big concentration at the bottom it becomes extremely sweet at the end. My advice is dig deep when you're eating so you avoid having a lot of sweetness at the end! Definitely want to try it again sometime.

😋😋😋 I get excited when I see some new additions/seasonal goodies. Not your typical ice cream shoppe. Definitely a place to check out for some ELEVATED ice cream 👌🏼 Haven’t been disappointed yet! Well I do find the honey comb one hard to eat as the honey does get pretty hard pretty quickly. I could use more tiramisu topping than cookie for the Gastown (just personal preference though.) They currently have coffee flavour for ice cream along with their classic vanilla.

Pretty mid ice cream. Matcha softserve had almost no matcha flavour and the matcha mont blanc was alright. Creamy soft serve but, unfortunately, not worth it for the price.

Nice place to dine for ice cream 🍦 and best part about the ice cream is that it’s not so sweet or sugary. Loved it

ordered a small brown sugar pearl with classic milk - not too sweet, perfect size, light snack the small north pole breakfast with classic milk and condensed milk syrup was delicate with a satisfying crunch

Street metered parking. Accept cc. Clean, bright and inviting interior. There was only 1 lady working at the time of my visit. She was pleasant and patient while I was trying to make up my mind which flavour I was going to get. I tried the monthly special - UBE coco pie. The lady did a good job in making the soft serve aesthetically pleasing. The texture of the soft serve was creamy and smooth. The coconut shavings and Biscoff cookies added a nice crunchiness to the soft serve. Unfortunately the seasonal flavour was disappointing. I couldn't taste UBE (or any flavour to be honest) in the soft serve itself. I could only assume there weren't enough UBE added to the soft serve OR the garnishes overpowered the soft serve. I'm not giving up my hope yet (I did enjoy other flavours such as Mont Blanc.) I hope I'd have better luck next time.

My favourite place for soft serve in Burnaby! The base ice cream (milk or whatever monthly flavour they have) is light and not very sweet - the perfect base for your preferred syrups/toppings. Definitely give their monthly creations a try!

A very convenient dessert shop along this area of metrotown. Relaxed atmosphere. Descently priced but product wise, nothing really extra ordinary. Soft serve with toppings! Great dessert place after meals although most newer upscale restaurants in the area offers soft serve as well.

The coffee jelly ice cream is one of the best ice creammi have tried. The coffee ice cream has a good coffee flavour and it is not that bitter. It is very cream and perfect amount of sweetness. The coffee jelly is amazing and adds great texture to the ice cream as a whole. The coffee jelly has a good flavour and also not bitter. Overall, I would come here again to get the coffee jelly ice cream.

I was looking for a local ice cream shop and came upon good reviews for Soft Peaks so we decided to try it out today. I got the Mudslide with vanilla, my husband got Rocky Mountain with swirl, and my son just got swirl with basic chocolate sauce. Our consensus was that the soft serve itself was smooth and creamy with quality ingredients. The only 2 drawbacks: 1 - price (pretty expensive for ice cream as a regular was almost $8!) 2. the variety was a little lacking, especially for kids. I'd like to see some different flavour choices and toppings. Overall we did like it and will be back to try the other options.
