Came here for pumpkins after dark and honestly felt like the money wasn’t worth it. i have four stars since this stadium isn’t only known for this event, but if it was then i would have given it two stars. i felt like for the amount of money you pay, there should be more wow factors and it got boring seeing a bunch of different types of carved pumpkins. the noises and music coming from some sections did make it more interesting. i felt like at most places instead of only putting up pumpkins they could have added more decorations to pop out.

Swangaurd Stadium in Burnaby, an icon in the game. From Whitecaps’ old haunt to the spirited home of TSS Rovers, it’s Canada’s only community-owned football club. This historic stadium is like a time capsule of Canadian soccer dreams. Join us on Saturdays, witness the future of Canada Soccer unfold, and let the cheers echo through the historic halls. It’s more than a game; it’s a piece of Canadian sports history in action! ⚽🇨🇦

Decent location for events. Previously have gone for soccer but I've also gone for 2 Pumpkins After Dark. Those are really fun. I do wish there was a performative element like jugglers and fire breathers and clowns too. That'd be really really cool

Swangard Stadium in Burnaby, B.C. has a long history in the city, but it's also made a name for itself as a concert venue over the last few years. The stadium is home to many local sports teams and was once the training facility for national soccer teams. It's also been used as a concert venue. The stadium is located inside Central Park Burnaby, The setup actually works quite well for outdoor concerts - the middle of the track provides plenty of room for a stage. washrooms nearby (you can bring your own food & drink). Parking is free and available nearby on Imperial Street or in any of the nearby streets .

Pumpkin after Dark!! Absolutely worth every penny!! Going to want to go to this wonderful event it's great for the kids it's great for all ages. It's $21.95 per person.I'm not too sure what the family rate is but I would definitely check that out the entrance is easy it's walkable. Well everything is flat it's a wheelchair accessible it's a very large flat flat path so it's easy to walk all the way around it takes about 90 minutes take lots of pictures take your time and don't forget no dogs lots of parking but it's expensive take an Uber there are four food trucks there are a few demonstrations of people that are actually carving amazing pumpkins dress warmly keep an eye out for postings make sure that it's a go I mean tomorrow's the last day the 31st so all I can say is get your tickets and go cuz you'll have a blast have fun enjoy take pictures.

The running track should be open for nearly the whole day on every day of the week. It's the only good track in this area but is completely ruined due to the absurd hours. Leave it open for public use.

Went to the Pumpkins after dark. Great time and effort put into setting up the event

Track is not functional now, but we visit stadium during some not sport events so doesn't matter, just rubbish parts of old cover and pure concrete. For those who care: wait for announce, currently staited: "Work is currently underway to replace the track. It will remain closed to the public until further notice." Visited during the bubble tea festival. They call it: "The largest bubble tea festival in Canada" - my opinion: Very Sad. 4 vendors in 1 place with limited stock and really short menu! Simply go to CoCo and get better drinks for same price. You'll find much more options and bigger menu in one store.

Came here for pumpkins after dark. My first time and for 50 bucks (2 tickets 1 adult one child).. there is NO wow factor. The carving skills, sure that was amazing but the general set up, the execution of the event, the display of the artwork.. it's very blend and boring. they have time slots for tickets, but really, that serves no purpose. Too many people on the trail at once MAKING it harder to get pictures or enjoy the display.I lost interest after a few minutes. My kid was bored . It's pointless..can't enjoy anything but wait in line or turns to click a snap.. it was wet and trail was becoming slippery, poor lighting in some places of the trail. Nah.. not worth it! Better to go mann farms than this.

The park itself is absolutely amazing, with lots of parking spots and very clean trails. You can easily watch a soccer game or do some practice on your own! Love it very much!

Great Olympic track to train at, unfortunately it's only open for public use from Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 2:30pm. When the track is closed, the bleachers and washrooms are still available for use.

Nice little place to visit. Cool track to run on when they let you. But I have an issue with park patrol thinking they have the authority to close the park early. Opens at 5am closes at 10pm not 945 when you arrive or 955 because you are lazy. 10pm. My tax dollars do not go towards the park patrol to be dictators of public property.

Location, location, location: the real estate agent's mantra. The food is good but better quality can be had in town. You'll pay a lot to get here with a mandatory $75 min. So bring a camera and enjoy it while the world and your wallet goes by...

Attended fruit beer fest here and had a great time. Lots of choices to try out, great entertainment, Daniel Wesley, The Boom Booms. The only criticism might be...need more food trucks so the lineups aren't so long.

First hot day in Vancouver and I thought that the park will be packed.I am impressed, there are families but not as many as last year. Just an observation in case you're looking for a spot in the park. Rest assured there are plenty

I like walking at Central Park and running here at Swanguard track when I’m in the area. Today there’s a private school track meet so enclosed some pics and videos. I shot these films right side up but google seems to flip the video when I upload so not sure why: sometimes the vids upload; sometimes they become still pics This is a great place to enjoy a good walk, jog, or run when you’re in the Metrotown area. Stadium and the park is close to Patterson Skytrain station
