This was solely what happened to me and if you had great experience at Mulberry then that's great. In short: hard sell on invisalign when they know you have benefits, would not take no for answer In long: I left my dental cleaning appointment humiliated and traumatized. This was my 3rd time coming here for what I thought was suppose to be just dental cleaning. Jerry the dental hygienist has been assigned to clean my teeth. As I sat down in the chair, he started off with asking "are you still not considering Invisalign?" I have said a clear no to Invisalign in the past TWO appointments so I was taken back he asked AGAIN. I said no again and he kept asking why. This got me very annoyed as I don't understand what part of no was not clear enough. He cleaned my teeth, and as the dentist approached I can hear him report to the dentist behind me: she is refusing to do Invisalign. This was where the aggressive interrogation began. The dentist asked me why am I not considering Invisalign? I replied I'm fine with my teeth and they are not impeding my daily use of them. She then went to grab a mirror and pushed it into my hands: "look into the mirror, bite down for me. Look, look here, your bite is not normal, your teeth are all the way down here. Don't you want perfect smile? Invisalign will fix the bite issue and you have perfect smile" I again had to say "No I don't want Invisalign!" Maybe the dentist never had someone said no to her before because she made me feel I was a terrible person for saying no to Invisalign and I didn't have her definition of a "perfect smile" let's just say I'm not coming back to be judged for not having great teeth and perfect smile.

I absolutely can not speak more highly of this clinic. They went out of their way, while I was traveling to get me booked in for an emergency. Without any issues I got into see the dentist who was so very kind. (I have the worst anxiety about dentists) he fixed me up and they even called me the next day to check in on how I was doing! Best ever 100% recommend! The pharmacy next door is also amazing!

Mulberry Dental Will bait and switch you on quotes. DO NOT waste your money here. Paid $70 for them to analyze my cavity, they quoted me $160 to remove my tooth after analyzing. I called back a week later and they said they quoted wrong, that it would cost $270. Ok fine. Booked my appointment anyways. After the extraction they increased it to $440 without telling me untill I went up to pay.. Why did I pay $70 for a check up if you cant even figure out whats required and give me the right quote from the beginning. This dental office is either inept or this is part of their scam. I am leaning towards the latter. Save your money

Tara at front desk is warm and friendly and knowledgeable at her job , Tara is very helpful and make a person relaxed. Also I've never had as awesome a teeth cleaning before until i met Jerry . I highly recommend Mullberry Dental . had front of tooth spit fantastic Dr. Afarin Pahiavan was fantastic doing root canal and dental Technician Sanigo was great had root canals before and always horrible. Here Reception to doctor is a painless comfortable safe environment. I'll never go to a cheap dentist againAnd at Mulberry they know exactly what they're doing

Dr. Afarin Pahlavan is a great dentist, she is very kind and personable. It’s easy to see that she is a highly skilled dentist with her level of confidence while working. Her colleagues seem to be at ease with her as well, the women working at the front desk are very polite and professional. The dental office is also beautifully decorated and tidy. Overall good experience 😊

I just had my first wisdom tooth removed by Dr Biju. I’m so scared of going to dentist, but he calmed me down and while the procedure, he was talking to me to distract me. I can easily say he is the best.

Very impressive. Walked in with a problem and got an appointment for the next day. All solved with very little pain. Friendly courteous staff.

I had my dental cleaning done here. My Hygienist Shubha was super good this time. But the last time I wasn’t aware that tartar was not removed from upper teeth. Didn’t know why the last time hygienist (Jerry) did polishing but not removed tartar completely.

Dentist is good but their charge is very high even you book general cleaning appointment they do X-rays and everything and charge your insurance 600$. Also won’t tell you if you are covered until you come out and surprise you with 200 or 300 out of pocket.

Great dentist and great staff and when ya need the they really do help you and give you advice to keep your teeth heathy happy and strong:)

Got over charged for xray. If I didn't know the fee guide I might paid as they said. Hope that doesn't happen to anybody else. Root canal has to be done cause of severe pain but they said earlist one they can book is month from now. Moved to another office.

This is a great place to get your dental services, very friendly personnel, explained me everything at every step of the process for my cleaning and my teeth fillings that were wearing out. Really good place.

The people were very nice and understanding. It was my first time getting a dental check up after a long time and I was a new patient for them and they were great during the whole experience. I made a lot of emails on the start just because I was nervous of how it’s going to be and how much the cost will be but they were amazing enough to reply back to all of them. Reception is helpful and pleasant. Both dentist and assistant are knowledgeable and understanding that making me feel at ease and comfortable.
