    Worst experience I ever had. I upgraded my phone here few days ago. The chinese guy who helped me was in rush for my deal. That was how I felt. It was not easy to understand what he explained, but I tried to understand it as much as possible. Anyway, I don't want to blame it because English is my second language, too. Today, my phone got blocked. I checked my account with freedom, and it says I have overdue payment which doesn't make sense at all. I checked my last payment few days ago and I even received the receipt of payment from my email. However, I found that I have $1048.32 overdue amount which is exactly same amount I got discounted for my new phone. The staff from mobile shop charged this amount on my account and now I can't use my phone until I get support from freedom or mobile shop. I found it so late and freedom technical support time passed. I have to wait until tomorrow. Need to go to work and have schedule after work. I am so mad that I have to call or run to mobile shop to deal with this mess. I valued my time so much because of all things I am doing for my work, children and other stuffs. I am so regret that I visited this store to get my phone upgraded. I thought I will call Freedom to deal with this matter, but I plan to visit mobile shop to complain for this mess they make. If they say I need to call freedom, then I will call manager for handle this mess. This is misrepresented contract they gave me. I hope they would know this is the huge issue they made.

    Ren is your star employee. Period. This black friday we purchased our second phone from Ren and he has been so helpful. He gave the best deal and iphone was made available at our earliest convenience. I really appreciate his customer service and knowledge. If I ever have to shop for mobile or plan, I am sorted. 😅

    Was looking for a good deal to upgrade my phone and met the crew of Tevandeep, Ali, and Danny. They hooked me up with the new Huawei P20 Pro with over 200K PC points as a bonus! The points covered not just my upgrade fee but also covers $100 in groceries! Sweet! Thanks guys!

    Mobilist Lew is super Rude and Aggressive. I don’t know how he got hired there, he doesn’t even know how to speak English very well. I barely understand what he was saying. I asked him just for a prepaid card and he activated me a postpaid plan and credit checked me without my permission. Not only that, he also scanned my ids and even my credit card. I felt really unhappy approaching him and asking him for help. I don’t recommend him at all.

    Ren was very helpful, he showed me a lot of options and let me choose the one I wanted. He also looked for the best offers for my phone and plan. Will be coming here when I need a new phone again.

    It was a pretty good experience. I bought s23 ultra so I got the silicon based for now as glass one doesn't work well with ultrasonic fingerprint. The guy was super friendly, knowledgeable and super fast.

    A little diappointing they said acitivation fees will be reimbursed in 3 months when I singed a contract with them. Its been over 5 motnhs or so its has not been reimbursed yet and has caused much incoinvneince to me trying to talk to Fido's agents. They said they will make sure that I get it on time, if not call them and they will sort it our for me. I called them and they said I should just contract FIDO on my own.

    I have a great experience at mobile shop in metrotown. They havea great customer service. Very approachable and very helpful. They answer all our queries. We are very happy and satisfied with their service. Highly recommend their branch.😁 Thank you for the good service lew for helping us to get our new phone and as well to steve😁

    I switched my mobile carrier from Virgin mobile to Rogers yesterday Nov 26th 2023. I met with mobilist Steve. My account was continuously showing error while switching to Rogers.He has extensive knowledge in choosing the best carrier at a competitive price. He is an extremely dedicated individual who went above and beyond to help me fixing my Rogers account. I am so happy that I met him. He gave me Apple iphone 14 under 2 year contract for almost free. He is an extremely talented individual who also gave me 130,000 points that was a value of 200,000 points in shoppers and was able to buy $200 value of items from shoppers. I will purchase my future phone and plan from him and strongly recommend others.

    Excellent service. Overall, I am very impressed by the team. They are very knowledgeable, intelligent, and courteous gentlemen. I met Andy (correct name?) on my first visit. Andy explained in detail how financing works, told me about excellent Black Friday offers, and suggested an excellent 5G phone. I did my own research into options over the next couple of days. I agreed Andy's advice was excellent and he suggested the best 5G phone for my needs. I met Mickle on my next visit. Mickle spent a lot of time advising me on all options available to me to help me make the best decision, helped me get set up with a new 5G phone, and helped to keep my existing plan so that I can maintain my long-term loyalty with my existing provider. I will return in a week or so (after the Black Friday rush) to trade-in my old phone. The only downside was the Black Friday rush, because of which I had to wait in line for a long time before I got service. I would recommend you go there early on weekdays to reduce the wait time and avoid the rush. Avoid weekday evenings and weekends.
