Burnaby copy center are amazing they offer so many printing needs service but I used them to design and print a custom t -shirt for me and it looks amazing just like I wanted to detail I will return at every occasion to get them to custom print all my work team and personal message design on t-shirt and more you need to check them out and the price is right too.....

Went today to get some pages printed. Ali - I hope I’m spelling it correctly - and his daughter, because she definitely helped make the experience amazing, provided me with the best service. Ali was so friendly, patient and attentive to the format adjustments that were needed. I ended up staying for an hour and a half just talking to them without even realizing. It absolutely made my day better, just how welcoming and helpful they were. A family owned business that I will always make sure to always go back to and highly recommend. We came to this printing shop after being fully dissatisfied with Staples. Here, we received a very good service and I was very satisfied with my business cards!

Just got my passport photo taken here. If you dont mind waiting a little longer to get the photo as it's not ready right away, then it's a great place to visit. The photographer was very professional. He took his time to get everything right, i.e., make sure ears were visible, hair is off the face, neutral expression, lighting was just right, etc. The best part was that it only cost $13 after taxes compared over $20 at most places nowadays.

Caring, receptive and professional! I had to do my father’s passport photos and since he suffers from chronic knee pain and minor dimentia we needed a ground level studio with ample street parking and this store turned out to be the ideal candidate given our circumstances. Thank you 🙏

The owner is nice, but the quality of the pictures for the documents is not great. We had to wait until the next day (normally other places are able to print them out on the spot in a few minutes) and when we received them they were over exposed. In the end we had to go elsewhere to have them done properly.

I am so so so grateful for this print shop! I had gone to 3 other print shops that turned me away for same day printing on card stock paper. I called Burnaby Copy Center, sent them an email with my documents and they printed on beautiful card stock instantly. They even cut my images to size which was AMAZING! Thank you so much for great and efficient service.

Customer service fail. Make sure which address you use, when emailing items to print for pick-up. I went to the "wrong" one for pick-up, and was invited to re-send for immediate print, which was great. I asked them to inform the other location. The next day, I got an email saying "Because you make mistake , you have to pay for printing in Kingsway, too." Wish I could have better feelings.

I never write reviews but I just had the best experience here. It was not busy at all and I was helped immediately. The man was so nice and walked me through the printing process. He was very conscientious about Covid as well. Usually other print shops make me feel like a burden but not here. The printing was super affordable too. This will now be my go-to place as I make a lot of art and need a lot of prints. Thank you!

These guys don't stick to their posted open times, i.e. they don't respect their customers. I came at 10:15 on working day, to pick up my passport photos - the business was dead closed without any notice. Had to turn around and go home.

They have really good, fast services and I would recommend them. HOWEVER, their opening times are often wrong. The first time I tried to go, noone was available on Saturday, despite the google opening times. For this, I sent a editing request for their opening schedule. The second time I tried to visit on a TUESDAY, they also weren't open at 2pm, despite the schedule sign up front.

Very friendly staff who quickly accommodated our needs. The best prices for printing service we have seen. We printed some lost cat posters and the staff was kind to help us come up with the exact prices for our measurements. Will be coming again hopefully for a different reason than a lost cat. 😊

Very fast service. Needed an urgent passport photo and they got it done, even for our newborn baby who was a handful! Highly recommend
